• Matheus (8/5): - O apartamento em Copacabana entregou exatamente o que eu precisava. A localização é excelente e o imóvel oferece muita praticidade para o dia a dia. É o ponto ótimo para quem busca um custo-benefício imbatível na região. Valeu muito a pena e recomendo a estadia!

• José Antonio (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Ótima localização, em frente a praia de copacabana e próximo ao forte de copacabana. Apartamento muito bem equipado. Ótimo custo benefício. O prédio em si é bem antigo e mal cuidado. Mas isso é comum em copacabana, já que é uma área que tem prédios bem antigos. Estou comentando mais para quem não conhece a região

Os funcionários foram super cuidadosos conosco, respondendo rápido mensagens que enviamos, deixando mimos para gente 🥹 foi incrível o único ponto foi o cooktop, que ou não entendemos muito como funcionava ou ele não estava 100%

• Fenoglio (10/5): Gran opcion! - El departamento esta muy bien ubicado teniendo un ingreso directo desde la av. Atlantica y otro sobre la paralela. Es muy completo y comodo! Nosotros eramos dos pero puede ser tambien para ir con chicos ya que la opcion de las camas extras se ven comodas. Tiene muy buenos electrodomesticos como air fryer, cafetera que facilitan mucho. Tanto en el check in como en chek out super atentos a coordinar con los horarios. Pudimos ingresar antes eso nos facilito a aprovechar bien el dia! Como sugerencia podria ser la incorporacion de un filtro de agua que vi que muchos tienen y es una prestacion muy buena. Pero todo super bien!

• Nayara (10/5): Adorei , recomendo . - Excelente localização , acesso do prédio de frente para a orla .Adorei a estadia! O apartamento é super aconchegante, bem cuidado e confortável. A localização é perfeita, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, comércio e pontos turísticos. Ótima experiência!” Infelizmente não possui garagem , apenas na rua , se conseguir vagas disponíveis .

Yo viajaba solo y eso es importante, algunas personas se quejaban del tamaño del lugar, y entiendo que quizás para varias personas se ponga más complicado, pero para mi solo fue perfecto. Necesité ayuda y flexibilidad con algunas cosas y Allan, super amable, me ayudó con todo y eso para un viajero extranjero es primordial!. No diría que algo en particular, quizás la cocina está pobremente equipada, y si me pareció un poco caro el precio, pero nada grave. Vi que alguna gente se quejó del edificio o del olor en los pasillos, cosa que es una ridiculez. Es un edificio antiguo y tradicional de Copacabana, criticar eso es no entender a Río, su cultura e historia.

• Panos D (8/5): Καλή περίπτωση αλλά για σύντομη διαμονή στην Copacabana - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για επίσκεψη στην παραλία της Copacabana και της Ipanema. Επίσης, είναι πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και στάση πολλών αστικών λεωφορείων. Άνετο σε χώρους για 2 άτομα. Θετικό ότι υπάρχει κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ό,τι χρειάζεται για παρασκευή γευμάτων. Σχετικά καλή τιμή εν συγκρίσει με τα καταλύματα της περιοχής. Δεν υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα τα ανάλογα σεντόνια (ενώ υπήρχαν οι ανάλογες ελαφρές κουβέρτες που ανάλογα την εποχή μπορεί να χρειαστούν). Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν σχετικά άσχημα. Μεγάλο μείον η απαγόρευση από τον ιδιοκτήτη σχετικά με την κανονική χρήση του πλυντηρίου-στεγνωτηρίου, ειδικά όταν έχεις και μικρό παιδί - (επιτρέπεται να το χρησιμοποιήσεις μόνο στο σύντομο κύκλο και καθόλου στο στέγνωμα - πράγμα που δεν το γνωρίζαμε πριν κάνουμε την κράτηση). Το στρώμα είναι μαλακό και δε μας βόλεψε. Το κατάλυμα θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό.
• Mario (7/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location, close to all that Copacabana and Ipanema have to offer, with supermarkets nearby and just steps from one of the beach exits. The apartment is spacious and comes equipped with everything you might need, such as towels, an iron, and a hair dryer. Communication with the owner was always great—they were always available and happy to help. The building is older, so there are some limitations with the electricity, such as needing to use shorter washing machine cycles (15min). The bathroom is quite small and may not be comfortable for everyone. Considering the apartment’s features and the price, it may not be the best value for all guests.
• ROSEANE (9/5): Tive uma muito boa estadia. - Gostei muito: da gentileza do anfitrião (quando cheguei no estúdio, tinha uma badeja decorada com docinhos e uma bolsinha porta-dinheiro); da limpeza do ambiente; a decoração aconchegante; a cozinha é completa, tem os eletrodomésticos e utensílios necessários para cozinhar, armazenar e fazer as refeições; a proximidade com a praia. A entrada para o bloco, no térreo do prédio, é numa galeria que dá acesso de passagem para pública da rua da praia para av. nsa sra de Copacabana; e algumas vezes a portaria estava vazia.

• Måns (10/5): Sköna dagar i Rio - Utmärkt läge på Copacabana mellan posto 5 och 6 på Avenida Atlantica, bra med två ingångar till lägenheten, en mot gata med affärer, restauranger och busshållplats och den andra direkt mot hav och strand. Bra kommunikation med uthyrare och lägenheten har allt man behöver. Promenadavstånd till Fortet på Copcabana och klippan på Arpoador där man ser solnedgång över Rio.

• Lika (6/5): It is okey for short stay but not great - Location is close to the beach, however personally prefer Ipanema over Capocabana as it is much more clean area. Not the most clean apartment I visited. Wall behind bed probably was the worst one for me… couldn’t even sleep near to it. Taps need to be a bit fixed as seems like they will get broken when you touch them. In the end it is renovated apartment in the old house, but just not as good as reviews I sow before
• Danilo (10/5): Wonderful apartment that has everything you need. - Everything was very clean and the room is very spacious. It’s filled with everything that you need. There’s even a beach umbrella that you can take to use at the beach. It’s a very wonderful and comfortable apartment.
