- Almir (7/5): Super location, value for money and apartment - with few adjustments I’d surely rate even higher! - Superb location, very nice apartment. Window in the living rooms wouldn’t close, and soundproofing in general is low. The area is loud so could easily cause discomfort.

- Amartuvshin (6/5): Pleasant - NA Communication of the host was rather rude and unfriendly, hostile in some ways. We tried to reach and he was unresponsive when we keep calling. Customer friendly attitude needed!
- Neha (8/5): Comfortable stay fabulous location! - The location was fabulous. the apartment was comfortable and cozy. All supplies were available. Kitchen was fully functional. Everything was very clean. Air conditioning was available which was awesome! It was hard to find the key to the apartment could be because our check in was late and it was dark. Some instructions for first time users to find the key can be helpful.
Also, the sofa cum bed was uncomfortable. Separate firm bedding to cover the gaps in the sofa is required or a change of the sofa beds in itself.
One of the sofa beds doesn't become flat,not possible for anyone to sleep on that.
Flat is comfortable for max 3 people only.
- Amritta (1/5): Scammed of our deposit - The location was really good. We were central to most famous placed in London. A deposit of £600 was asked for, which is in small print when you book.. we didn't notice until the day before when the owner said we needed the deposit. Then, they agreed to have a £500 for any damages.
The day we arrived, we noticed there was no hot water. When we asked for this to be sorted, was originally told it wouldn't have been sorted until our 2nd day.. which is annoying as we had a child with us.. but somehow, (Mohammed the owner)did sort it as we really asked politely.
Our trip wasshort-livedd when we got back and then accused of leaving a stain on the carpet. The owners refused to give our deposit back. And said it would cost them £600 to £1000 to clean the stains. Booking.com is still waiting for a receipt of this.
We were left utterly shocked and devastated by this as we did not leave no stains on the carpet.. we respected the property, and tbh most of the day we were out. When we were at the apartment, we respected the properly and kept it clean..
If you dont want to be falsely accused of damaging the property, then please stay away from this property.. As you will be left disappointed. As they will accuse you of doing damaging to their property, and you can't prove anything sadly.. especially after they take your deposit.
Also on the website says its soundproof..it is not..at night you can hear every honk and car and vehicle driving by..the curtains that are up..don't cover it completely..so it is very noisy at night.
The kitchen had items missing.. the cooker head wasn't working. Tbh, few things needed fixing.. but we didn't use much. We just liked the location. But in result we got scammed. I have attached pictures of stains that we were accused of when we got home. We didn't leave no stains..but its shocking what people can do to good guests who looked after their apartment.. its utterly disgusting.
Nobody greets you in person when you get to property. It's all done via online.
- Queena (6/5): Great location, property is just ok, probably wouldn’t stay here again. - The location was good and fairly spacious for a London apartment. Had a good sized kitchen. Short walk from 2 metro stops, grocery store just across the street First of, the description says air conditioned property and it’s not. It’s kinda clean but not immaculate. Hot water went out our last day of stay. You have to take a flight of stairs after taking the lift so just fyi, for those traveling with kids and lots of suitcases.
- Lallmahomed (6/5): Some little attention and few additional amenities would have made my stay a WOOW one. - Very good location with good transport connection to reach any part of London.
Safe location
Very residential area thus avoiding too much commercial activities/noises/disturbances For an apartment, I would have expected some more kitchen amenities like microwave, kitchen knife which would have enabled me to cook or heat my food. Moreover, I do not understand why there were two fridges in such a small kitchen while there was no microwave.
- Michael (7/5): Remove falsehoods from description, and trust this is a very nice place on its own. - The location is in a wonderful neighborhood in London. A quick walk to the tube station made it easy. The flat is nicely renovated with a lovely bathroom and kitchen you can prepare meals in. The main bedroom bed is quite comfortable. There were lies in the description that we were unhappy about. It lists air-conditioned, but all there was no air conditioning and just one fan. It says soundproofing, but the apartment is extremely noisy.
There is no terrace with views. The views are quite nice, but there was no terrace to step out on.
The kitchen lacked essentials for truly cooking and eating: no sharp knife, no can opener, only three plates, two mugs, and one bowl.
The two sofa beds were uncomfortable, having a bar that runs along the center.
We suggest the owner remove the falsehoods from the description and purchase the few small common items to make the kitchen more practical.
- Rick (4/5): Location was good but various missing advertised features and a poor owner response made a poor stay - The location of where the apartment was was good. Close to a number of attractions, trains and buses. It started off badly as we chose the house based on the fact that it had washing facilities. When we checked and there wasnt and then rang we were told a previous tenant had broken it at an earlier time. There was a dryer there but was told it was also broken. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere. We were told that we could leave the next day and not forfeit any money but we had booked this about 4-5 months earlier so not a viable option. Poor response from the owner. No other alternative offer made.
We had booked for 4 people so they knew how many we had. There was not enough crockery and cutlery for all of us. There was no real proper dishwashing tools, no can opener, no bottle opener.

- Daniel (8/5): Very good - The advantage of the apartment is its location and size. Seamless communication with the host. The disadvantage is the noise from the street and the poor equipment of the kitchen. But it's nothing terrible.
- Loïc (6/5): Good stay - Beware of number of people - A nice & well located appartement, with clean cuisine, nice bathroom and nice bed (for 2). We booked for 4 people. It was a bit small.
1 big bed for 2 was good, but 2 little sofa/bed not really comfortable.
We changed beds every night cause it's not a good idea to sleep 3 times on the little beds. They are a bit cheaper.
So, people have to know it's a better place for 2, but not really worth for 4.
- Kelly (3/5): Disappointed - Good location, near to the station The staff were very rude on the phone when I commented instructions to be let in could have been sent over prior to my arrival. I was told they had sent this to me, and if I had not received it, "that was not their problem." Not really the customer service expected when you're tired and struggling to find the location.
- Nurul (5/5): 1. The staff very slow and take days to respond to complaints - No comment 1. No lift (elevator) up to the unit. Need to climb up steep staircase
2. Lift too cramp to place suitcases
3. Not told about “broke-down” washing machine. After a complaint was made a technician tried to repair but unsuccessful. The machine was not repaired even until our last day
