• Giacomo (10/5): - Ci siamo fermati più di una settimana, un posto fantastico in cui ci siamo sentiti perfettamente a nostro agio. Antonia è gentilissima e solerte, ha sempre risposto alle nostre richieste in tempi brevissimi e con grande disponibilità. La stanza è in realtà un piccolo appartamento, molto spazioso, con tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti di cammino da Spaccanapoli, Duomo, e stazione centrale. La prossima volta che verremo a Napoli vorremo senz'altro tornare qui. Grazie dell'ospitalità.

Il B&B si trova vicino alla stazione principale e a tutti i luoghi più importanti della città. Il Gestore è stato disponibile, rapido nelle comunicazioni e Molto paziente nel rispondere alle mie mille domande. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

• Marianna (10/5): - Casa molto comoda come appoggio, vicina a tutti i servizi necessari, tra questi: stazione principale, stazione via Cavour, pizzerie, negozi di alimentari, bar, tabacchino, vicino a via dei Tribunali. Inoltre il proprietario ha saputo accontentare ogni nostra necessità. Infine, da non sottovalutare, zona molto tranquilla, ottima per riposare. Nel complesso, con dei piccoli accorgimenti risulterebbe ancora più bella.
• Marta (10/5): Centrico piso - Ubicación. Estaba nuevo. La cocina y el frigorífico muy bien. El contacto con el propietario muy bien y rápido.
• Perez (4/5): No muy recomendable - Estaba ok para una noche. Buena ubicación El baño estaba sucio, tenia hongos la ducha y se notaba que estaba muy mal la limpieza. La ducha estaba rota y el duchero estaba tirado en el piso y no tenia soporte. El pestillo de la puerta a l habitación estaba roto tambien. Algo que nos complico mucho fue que no estaba incluido el impuesto al turista cuando nos cobraron via booking y no me hicieron nada facil el pago, primero querian que les hiciera una transferencia de mi banco a su banco, lo cual siendo de otro pais me era imposible. Luego me dijeron que cargara una tarjeta en un local de tabaco en italia, estuve todo mi viaje por italia preocupada consultando y nunca pude cargarla, finalmente cuando les dije que no podia me dijeron que les dejara el efectivo en la habitación, yo me pregunto, si eso era una posibilidad por que no plantearla desde el inicio? Luego piden muchas fotos para entrar y al salir. Me parecio bastante engorroso. En fin, para una noche estuvo ok pero me resulto estresante el pago, el check in y check out con tantas indicaciones. Y bueno la suciedad y lo roto del baño.
• Chiara (1/5): Alloggio molto sporco e trascurato. L’host poco collaborativo, ha evitato di risolvere il problema. - Esperienza estremamente negativa. All’arrivo, l’appartamento appariva carino e sobrio, ma appena entrate abbiamo subito notato gravi problemi di igiene: capelli nelle lenzuola, nelle federe e sparsi su tutto il pavimento. In particolare, le federe erano visibilmente impolverate e chiaramente non lavate né igienizzate correttamente. Le tazze per la colazione erano così sporche e macchiate di marrone da renderci impossibile usufruire del servizio colazione, nonostante si trattasse di un B&B. Anche in bagno la situazione era pessima: muffa presente e piatto doccia ingiallito, segno di una totale assenza di pulizia profonda.Abbiamo immediatamente contattato l’host per risolvere il problema prima possibile documentando con foto. Solo dopo ripetute sollecitazioni si sono organizzati per far pulire l’appartamento nel pomeriggio, mentre noi eravamo fuori a visitare la città.Durante la nostra assenza ci è stato inviato un video sfuocato a dimostrazione del fatto che la camera fosse stata sistemata, ma era impossibile valutare la reale pulizia dal filmato. Abbiamo ringraziato per cortesia, riservandoci di verificare di persona al nostro ritorno. Purtroppo, una volta rientrate la sera, abbiamo constatato che poco era cambiato: le lenzuola sporche erano ancora sul letto, le tazze sporche erano state solo rimosse senza essere sostituite. Gli asciugamani erano macchiati di fondotinta e, cosa ancora più grave, con evidenti tracce di sangue secco. Di fronte a tutto ciò, ci siamo rifiutate di trascorrere la notte in quelle condizioni e abbiamo richiesto immediatamente un rimborso tramite Booking. L’host ha evitato ripetutamente i nostri tentativi di comunicazione. Nonostante le prove evidenti (foto e video), ha negato il rimborso e, dopo vari solleciti, ha smesso di rispondere ai nostri messaggi.Sconsigliamo vivamente questo alloggio, non solo per le gravi carenze igieniche ma anche per la totale mancanza di professionalità nella gestione dei problemi.

• Olivia (8/5): Even better than the photos. Clean, well-located near the Centro Storico, safe. Air conditioning and big windows keep th - It was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the location was perfect. The blackout blinds were fantastic too and communication from the host was great It could benefit from more kitchen utensils (specifically a chopping knife and chopping board) and dish soap and a drying cloth.

• Phillip (1/5): I would not recommend staying here - Good pans and cooking utensils The bed was absolutely horribly worn out. The shower head holder was broken. Shelves falling off the walls. Check in took an hour because I didn’t have an Italian bank account and they wanted 20 extra euros for the inconvenience of me leaving the money in the room for the taxes. They did end up letting me leave it in the lock box though. And then to top it off after we left the host accused us of damaging the room and said they were gonna come after us for the money. (Until I sent screenshots of all of the other horrible reviews stating that things were broken before we arrived) Horribly unprofessional would not recommend staying here

• Danai (8/5): Very good - The communication with the owner was excellent and we were very pleased with the house! I would suggest adding extra bedsheets in the closet, just in case:) the house was beautiful and the building was very quiet, so we did not have any issues. The only issue was that the one mattress of the twin beds was leaning on one side, but it was okay.
