• Tomas (9/5): Returning guests: Comfortable Stay with Excellent Location and Helpful Host - We stayed in this apartment for the second time, which already says a lot about its value for money. The flat is on the 3rd floor and one set of stairs is quite steep, but it’s not an issue unless you have mobility problems. The equipment is fully functional, even if a bit worn in places. Two of the bedrooms face the main road, but the windows surprisingly block out most of the noise. The kitchen is well equipped, and having two bathrooms is a real bonus. The apartment has gas heating that you control yourself, so we were perfectly warm even in the evenings. The location is excellent — about 7 minutes from the Earl’s Court station (rear entrance) and 5 minutes from a large Tesco. The host was flexible with both early check‑in and early check‑out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a practical and comfortable place to stay in London steep stairs

• Lin (9/5): Definitely recommend the property to travellers to London. - The property is in West London, quiet and close to the tube station. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It has a large, comfortable living room, and the rooms are very clean. The owner is friendly and very supportive.

• Naumann (9/5): Schnuckelige Wohnung in tollem Stadtteil - Die Wohnung war hübsch und schnuckelig mit tollem Ausblick in den Park. Schade war bloss, dass man im Winter den Dachgarten nicht benutzen konnte, obwohl das Wetter meist sehr sonnig war und dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte. Die Lage war toll, Leihfarradstation und U Bahn direkt in der Nähe. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Toll auch, dass wir früher einchecken und später auschecken konnten. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, man fühlte sich direkt wie zu Hause. Hier konnten wir gut Weihnachten verbringen. Dass der Zugang zum Rooftop abgesperrt war, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte. Das kleinere Bett könnte für zwei grössere Erwachsene etwas zu schmal sein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Also they are happy to be contacted whilst you are staying if you have any issues Just to be aware lots of steps up to the flat so if you have mobility issues this may not be the apartment for you.

• Luke (5/5): - The location is awesome,3 minutes, walk to the underground train station, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket, large living room Book this apartment for the rooftop view, but the day before check in, the manager told me the rooftop is not accessible due to the broken door. Ok, Accident happens. This apartment located on the attic of the building, when you open the door you still have to keep climb several stairs to reach the apartment. Those two bedrooms are facing the crowd street, it was very noisy day and night. Seasoning just salt and a black pepper, some tea, no coffee provide and the espresso machine was not working. WiFi almost never worked. Just a little disappointed. Other than that, everything is perfect.
• Bmagp (8/5): Great location near Earl's court station. - Great location, close to the tube station. Nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. It was good to have two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen space was big. The host provided detailed information about check in. One of the bathrooms needed some improvement. The shower head was quite rusty and the ceiling was cracked. We couldn't use the terrace because guests before us broke the door.

• Rachel (5/5): Well located, but run-down. - The apartment is well located (2 minutes on foot from Earl‘s Court tube station and less than 5 minute to the closest supermarket). We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the cleaner, Alisa. :) A few dishwasher tabs were provided, which was great. The apartment is very much in need of renovation. From the furniture to the kitchen appliances, it all seems to be rather old and cobbled together. The whole dishwasher machine moved backwards in its hole when we closed the dishwasher door. There was a glass with lipstick marks on it in the cupboard. The bathroom tile grouting needs a good scrub. And the windows also need a clean, in order to be able to appreciate the „sunny“ aspect of the apartment. We did not get the opportunity to use the terrace, but that was partly because we found the staircase too risky for our children (winding and narrow without a handrail). As mentioned by other guests, the last part of the staircase up to the apartment is rather narrow, but fine if travelling with smaller suitcases.
• Blay (10/5): Cozy and centrally located place to stay - This property was comfortable, clean, and very spacious. Four of us were staying here and it was perfect, especially since there are two bathrooms. We had no issues during the stay. It looks even better in person than the photos. The place is also very centrally located, which made it easy to get everywhere we had on our list. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay. I would gladly book again

There are stairs fo - Our apartment was close to Earls court underground so it was easy to navigate around London. There was a Tesco grocery store very close which was convenient to buy anything you required. Also Earls Court road had pubs and food outlets which was very close and so easy to navigate around. The building had 4 apartments in it and it should be mentioned on what floor you will have apartment. The top apartment had 4 flights of stairs which we were not aware of. It was a great place to stay to see sights of London. In the description I would mention the stairs as some people cannot do that many.

• Anonymous (10/5): Grand old apartment with high ceilings and lots of space. - Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed. The best shower we had during our trip. Close to the train station and walkable to many parts of London. It’s a little more of a residential area and there weren’t as many dining options nearby.

• Ho (8/5): Very good - Good location in Earl's court. Close to supermarket and station. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for 4 people to stay. The host allowed us to bag drop before check-in time, and he reply messages quickly. Living room is facing a park, the view is excellent. Heavy traffic nearby. Bedrooms are at the roadside, noisy at the peak hour. One of the the bathroom was smelly. We couldn't find out where is the smell come from but it suddenly disappeared at the last night of our stay. Stairs inside the apartment is too narrow.
