• Cole (10/5): Great place to stay in Florence - Location and atmosphere - close enough to city center but quiet and away from the crowds. Street sweepers woke us up (no fault of innkeepers).
• Joseph (8/5): We would love to return to this B&B again. - We were able to walk to many of the museums and high lights in Florence. The laundrette at the end of the street was a big bonus. Breakfast was sufficient and our room was generous in size, the shower was very good and all in all it was extremely romantic. We are seniors and found climbing the stairs a little difficult. But once we reached the top it was delightful.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tipps zu Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten in Florenz. Das Frühstück war reichhaltige und mehr als ausreichend. Todo muy limpio, sencillo y cómodo. El desayuno también muy bien. Y valorar, por encima de todo, a Julia. Fue super encantadora con nosotros, tan amable y agradable. Sin duda, recomendado 100% y volveremos!

Giula nous a fourni toutes les infos pour se rendre au logement (les instructions sont très claires) et est de très bon conseil pour visiter Florence également (cerise sur le gateau, elle parle français !) On a vu dans des commentaires précédents des remarques sur la salle de bains (qui serait trop petite). Franchement, ce n'est pas le cas, de plus la chambre est grande pour poser ses valises et ses affaires. Le petit déjeuner est très bien également avec du choix pour tous les gouts.

Plus för kylskåp på rummet, lyxigt med både badkar och dusch. Sängen. Bäddmadrass saknades, man låg direkt på resårmadrassen vilket gjorde att lakanen gled. Sängen var också väldigt hård. Det var också väldigt lyhört ut mot gatan och tyvärr ganska mycket ljud därifrån till sent på kvällen.

• Eleonora (3/5): Очень маленький санузел со старой неисправной сантехникой, нет даже тапочек, скудный завтрак - Рсположен на тихой улице, вблизи от Палаццо Питти и основных достопримечательностей. Холл отеля выглядит стильно. Постель была чистой. Номер попросту древний, а не аутентичный, как на фото. Очень маленькая ванная со старой неисправной сантехникой, ободранные стены со следами убиенных комаров. Большинство плечиков в шкафу оказались сломанными, в номере нет даже простейших тапочек, поэтому будьте готовы ходить босиком по каменному холодному полу. Из туалетных принадлежностей - шапочка и гель для душа и мыло. За три дня ни разу не сменили полотенца. Завтрак - это отдельный разговор... Хлеб, тосты, джем, масло, плавленый сырок и нарезка из двух видов твердого сыра, одного вида колбасы и прошутто. Яблоки, пару видов йогурта и мюсли. Кофемашина с невкусной робустой.

Un grand merci à elles deux pour leurs conseils et services. Les chambres sont situées dans un quartier plus typique de Florence par la population, c'est tellement plaisant. C'est un endroit à recommander et nous aurons plaisir à y revenir.

• Lauren (10/5): Delightful place, with a few false promises - This hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff are delightful and I loved the decor. I would totally stay here again, in spite of the problems I'm reporting below. I just want to do other travelers the favor of letting them know what to expect, since the listing is not accurate. I booked this hotel because it called itself a "B&B" and the listing promised a delicious breakfast for 6 Euros. Also because it promised two separate beds in each room. I was booking myself for two days, and a group of clients for a week. I'd promised my clients separate beds (since they are unrelated to each other) and breakfast. At the last minute I was told that no breakfast would be available (so I guess it's just a B, not a B&B?) and even though I was assured repeatedly, in messages and in person, that each guest could have her own bed, at the end we were told there weren't enough sheets to make up separate beds and two guests were forced to share.

Plein d'établissements autour proposent le petit-déjeuner, donc l'occasion de découvrir d'autres lieux dans une ambiance italienne. la salle de bain est petite, mais tout ce qu'il faut. Le wifi fonctionnait moins bien dans la chambre, mais il suffisait de se déplacer dans l'endroit près de la réception, donc pas très important.
• Anna (9/5): Excellent location and quiet, comfortable room - The location of the hotel is outstanding - 5 mins to Boboli Gardens, 10 - 15 mins to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Cappella Brancacci. The hotel and the neighborhood are quiet. The room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable. A breakfast of coffee, cake and biscuits is available in the morning. The managers of the hotel (Giulia and Sonia) were very attentive and helpful. Communication with them was excellent (prior to my arrival and during my stay). The check-in process was flawless too. It was possible to leave my luggage in the hotel for a few hours after check-out and do last museum visits ;) I would consider staying here again on a next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

We had complimentary hot tea, coffee, and water which was so appreciated. Plus, our host went above and beyond to allow us to easily check in late and store our bags after check-out for a time. Absolutely worth it, would stay again.

Ambiente pulitissimo e molto curato con arredi d’epoca perfettamente inseriti nel contesto. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito tutte le preziose indicazioni sia per i pasti che per i luoghi più caratteristici da visitare. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, vicina ai maggiori luoghi di interesse ma comunque tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!

Colazione potrebbe migliorare, ma comunque c'è tutto: caffè, cappuccino, biscotti e ottimi ciambelloni e crostate. Nulla! Non c'è nessuna cosa che non mi è piaciuta. Prossima volta prenderò la stanza con la vasca da bagno, ma anche la doccia andava benissimo, spaziosa e pulita.

В квартире несколько номеров, в холле квартиры оборудовано уютное помещение, где утром мы могли бесплатно выпить кофе из кофемашины и полакомиться кексами и печеньем. Все очень уютно. Дом находится в тихом районе Старого города, в пешей доступности - траттории и супермаркеты. Прекрасный персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Такого не было - нам понравилось все!

• Fulvia Gisella (9/5): Un b&b accogliente in una posizione tranquilla e comoda - Ottima struttura, è la seconda volta che prenoto. Posizione comodissima in un quartiere molto autentico, camera spaziosa e bagno pulito. Personale gentilissimo. Il letto è molto comodo. Possibilità di caffè, tisana e un biscotto anche fuori stagione, quando non si effettua il servizio colazione. Segnalo che non c'è l'ascensore, potrebbe essere un problema per persone con mobilità ridotta.

Excellent location. Fairly quiet. Only noted that water temperature for showers varied quite a bit. A little bit of information about this from staff might have helped us adapt to this, such as an explanation, best times, how to manage etc.

• Kathryn (10/5): Fantastic place to stay--made to feel very much at home! - This was a true home away from home. Giulia was a wonderful, helpful, and warm hostess. My room was charming, very large, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was also very large and super clean. A kettle with coffee and tea were provided, very welcome during my winter visit. The breakfast offered for a very reasonable 6 EU was abundant, fresh, and delicious. Guests may also enjoy coffee and cake in the morning whether they opt for the breakfast or not. The guesthouse is in a great location, near enough to all sights to walk, but in a quiet, non-touristy area. The whole place has a warm, cozy, feel and is nicely decorated. This was one of my favorite stays in Italy. Everything was wonderful!

• Lucas (9/5): - Emplacement parfait, proche de tout mais hors du centre ville bondé. Equipement très correct et coin calme. En hiver nous n'avosn pas eu froid, l'accueil était très chaleureux aussi, nous recommandons! Le petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorer mais reste correcte pour le prix. La douche est peut être un peu petite et pourrait être un peu plus grand mais très correct. Rien à signaler, nous recommandons!
• Mario Hernán (4/5): Alojamiento peligroso por los muchos desniveles en sus pisos, sin una adecuada señalética - Los desniveles en el piso que tenían las dependencias. Al entrar a la habitación: 2 escalones dentro de la habitación. Al salir de la habitación, un desnivel en el pasillo cercano a nuestra habitación, y 2 niveles entrando al comedor, y otro más llegando a la recepción. Lo peor es que no tenían reflectantes en la orilla de cada escalón, lo que provocó que mi señora sufriera un accidente, porque en el desnivel saliendo de la habitación, se cayó, con resultado de una fractura en el pie derecho y un esguince en el pie izquierdo. Eso nos privó de un viaje tranquilo para lo que nos quedaba de ruta: 2 días en clínica de Florencia, uno más en París a consecuencia de este accidente, y uno más en Chile, ya de vuelta, donde le detectaron la fractura que, ni en Florencia, ni en Paris, pudieron hacer. Las encargadas del hospedaje se limitaron a mostrar preocupación y compartirnos hielo para que mi señora se aplicara en el pie. Nada más. Tuvimos que ser nosotros, los que les exigimos que, al menos, y a costo de ellas, nos dieran 2 días más de alojamiento para que mi señora pudiera cumplir con el reposo médico indicado, y en compensación con los 2 días perdidos en la clínica. Accedieron sí, no sin antes, cobrarnos de igual manera los impuestos municipales. De los gastos médicos y traslados, nada, y que bajo nuestra mirada sí debieron cubrir, dado que el accidente fue en sus dependencias y a carencia de una buena señalética debieron responsabilizarse.
