• Wooldridge (10/5): Great apartment for 6 persons in central Rome - Great location , very central. Excellent facilities for a group of 6 adults. The washing machine and dryer were greatly appreciated. Boris, our host was very good with communication and information about Rome was also included in the apartment. Anastasia met us on our arrival and showed us through the apartment which was helpful and appreciated. Lovely welcome gifts were left for us. Our stay in Rome was very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity to the apartment. Nil

• Anna (10/5): Die perfekte Lage, komfortabele und grosszügige Wohnung. Top Gastgeber. - Top Lage im Herzen Roms, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Läden und Supermarkt sowie zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist äusserst sauber, komfortabel und mit vielen Extras ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, stets zu erreichen. Äusserst empfehlenswert! Alles war bestens.

Alles ist fast wie neu. Super bequeme Betten. Trotz Lage an einer Straße ist es komplett ruhig. Sehr gute Sicherheitseinrichtugen bei den Türen und Fenstern.Lage ist für Rom absolut top. Direkt gegenüber der Engelsburg. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Petersplatz. Alles perfekt

• Heiko (10/5): Toller Männerausflug mit Kultur und Sport. Leider hat Stuttgart verloren. - Eigentlich alles, sensationelle Lage, besser geht es nicht. Der Kontakt mit Boris und Anastasia war super. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war super. Da unser Flieger später ging durften wir länger bleiben. Die Unterlagen bzw. Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants waren eine super Hilfe. Wir waren sechs Personen und es werden sicher einige davon wieder kommen. Da kann es nichts geben!

Tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien (livret d’accueil, prosecco et gâteaux à l’arrivée). Très bonne communication tout au long de notre séjour avec Boris et Anastasia. Les recommandations de Boris sont très utiles, nous avons testé certains restaurants et glaciers et nous n’avons jamais été déçus. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir la climatisation dans la pièce à vivre et les chambres. Le quartier est très beau avec le Castel Sant’Angelo et la basilique à deux pas. Emplacement idéal pour les visites dans Rome. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied et en plus il y a beaucoup de bus à proximité pour rayonner. Isolation phonique avec les appartements voisins
• Ian (10/5): Amazing stay right in the heart of Rome - Boris and Anastsia were wonderful hosts. We had full contact all the time and Boris always answered questions and helped me booking taxis etc. The apartment itself was amazing and clean. The air con in all rooms was a welcome comfort from the 31-35 degree heat. Also had a lovely welcome gift of grapes, wine and biscuits and there was plenty of coffee, tea and sugar to make us welcome. This not really a "what I didn't like" but I know others would be put off by other reviews. There is no view from the apartment itself as it is below the main road to the front and overlooking a yard at the rear. But this really did not worry us at all. The apartment was safe and secure and one step out the front door and you are greeted with a stunning view of Castel Sant'Angelo.

Very nicely appointed, newly renovated and attention to detail was perfect. Fresh flowers, snacks and prosecco was a very much appreciated gesture after a train ride from Florence. Even though this was our third trip to Rome, the Information book provided, which showed restaurants and venues to see, was a welcomed addition.

• Pierre (6/5): Pleasant - I did not expect the property to be a semi-basement apartment with no views whatsoever on the main road, as depicted when showing the facade of the building. Rear windows opened onto an accessible courtyard with auto workshops!. There were also refurbishing works being carried out in the apartment above, with the noise of a jigger starting at 07:30, besides other inconveniences from the next door pilates studio, which also commenced very early in the morning. Other than that, the apartment itself was brilliant, and the hosts, Boris and Anastasia, were very prompt and helpful.
• Stuart (9/5): Superb - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in great location with high quality finish and everything you could need and lots of thoughtful touches from the host. It’s a basement flat so no views but we spent most of the daytime out exploring and it was a very comfortable and private base to come back to.
