• Rigels (5/5): Cold indoor pool, not a 5 star resort. - The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was warm. We stayed during winter and we were really hoping to enjoy the indoor pool and spa wellness. When we arrived and wanted to try the pool, it was way too cold for anyone to enter during that period of time. The spa and everything else was switched on the moment we arrived so nothing was ready for us to try. We were told that the pool would be ready the next morning but nothing had changed, way too cold to enter. The sheets where we slept, seemed to have had sand and it was really annoying to feel it while we were sleeping.
• Naime (8/5): The staff and the food were excellent; however, I don’t think I would visit again - The best staff ever! Excellent service with very friendly staff and waiters. Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

• Ersila (3/5): Poor - The outside of the hotel was nice The room was badly maintained. The sheets were full of sand and they would scratch all night long. It was cold, we were in winter. There was no water in the room minibar. The price for one night was high comparing to what it offered. Breakfast was poor
• Lol (10/5): Friendly, Clean, Sights for days! - Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are so friendly, the service was exceptional. I was quite surprised as to how well spoken people are here. The rooms were extremely clean and so was the spa! I absolutely loved the sauna and hammam the amenities were all included. The food was spectacular, I have quite a few allergies and the staff were so accommodating. Even though it’s quite not near the city of dures the reception team were really helpful at explaining how we could get there via public transport or even ordering a taxi. They did a price breakdown and everything. Great service guys thank you!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.The sevice was exceptional. Would definitely send a friend there.Please give your staff awards! The roads need to be fixed.
