The reason why I extended right after checking In on the first booking Plse refer to my 1st review Sept 12-14 As mentioned, the bed linen and towels brought in were better quality. On the 1st booking, a pile of laundry was left for the 2 days right outdoor near the entrance door. The lady (Sandra?) who brought in the supply for the extension dates took the bag with her. Some early mornings, this uttica alley is used by the delivery service and very noisy with the trolleys going down the steps. Really do not feel I got the value for this stay. But the inside decor looks inviting and well located. Francine

• Francine (6/5): - Location is what caught my attention on this one as I had to relocate from another location; had previously booked short terms at previous location Although do not feel I got the value for the money here. Booked this place as nothing else available in this area at the time. I also extended here the first day after I checked in this place 3:02 pm after quickly dropping my luggage in. Realized then Bed linen mediocre. Towels (2) greyish, no hand towels, no shower mat. This place is very small to offer plentiful supply in the kitchen nook if you intend to cook?? Shower gel provided mediocre. The scent dispenser in the washroom is noisy and disturbing in the night. Asked for hand towel and shower mat the 1st day we check in and never got it. Have to say though that the bed linen and the towels provided on the extension date by the delivery person ( not sure it was Sandra) language barrier… was better quality and the person also offered to change the bed linen… very pleasant person. Presently, at least, the bed linen reflects the type of accommodation and it’s a great location. Still here for 2 nights. This place needs closer follow up as presently does not reflect the quality offered in the area. Francine

• Monika (6/5): - SEHR HELLHÖRIG!!! Sehr billig ausgestattet, aber nett anzusehen. Umgebung am frühen Morgen sehr laut Müllentsorgung & Belieferung der Geschäfte!! Allein die zentrale Lage war top! Den Rest brauchen wir nicht noch einmal.
• Aleksandra (8/5): - Property was great, the location was perfect. The only two small faults. No toilet paper :) and unfortunately it get very loud on the street from 6 am due to deliveries to local restaurants, but general experience was very good.
• Toshiki (2/5): - The location was very convenient but the apartment was so poorly! There was a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The whole apartment was super damp and smelt like mould. The price was good for the location however I would not recommend staying here.
• Jeffrey (3/5): Disappointing Property, Cannot Recommend - The location (1) The hot water lasted only about 1½ minutes when taking a shower. Management advised that we might have inadvertently turned off the switch to the hot water heater which was located outside the bathroom and unmarked. Assuring that the switch was on, the problem persisted for our 3-day stay. (2) The bedding, especially the pillows, was of extremely poor quality (3) This room is located up a single long and steep flight of stairs. There is no railing or hand-holds along the stairs and very insufficient lighting. (4) The property was not acceptably clean, especially the bathroom, shower, and sink. Since my stay, I have seen all the aforementioned complaints on this and/or other platforms and the fact that they remain unresolved indicates management's lack of concern.
• Antony (2/5): Terrible experience, not worth half of what we paid! - Good location in the old town Cramped, noisy, old, tired. Apartment above was ridiculously noisy. Bare Wooden staircase thoughout the property very noisy. Pillows rubbish, terrible nights sleep!

• Lea (10/5): Great place to stay in Dubrovnik! :) - Apartment was very clean and equiped with everything you need. Location is great and check in was easy. Comunication with Sandra was easy and pleasent. It is not disadvantages but the stairs which reachs to apartment are very difficult so it is not for everyone.
