- Cheng (1/5): Super super super terrible - The location is good, near to public transport station The cleanliness of apartment is terrible. Not kidding in every corner is dusty, I even got fungus infection because of the bedding, I have receipts seeing doctor on the next day I checked in the property. The host didn’t even notice I am checking on the date, never give exact address and never send me any details, message via booking.com do not reply also. Until booking.com platform also can’t reach out to him and the platform asked me to rebook a new property. It’s ridiculous I was travelling with kids and elders ranged from 5yo to 72yo. On the day checking out , I just do not follow the instructions to return the key (I don’t put the key box in the mailbox, instead I just drop the key in the mailbox) the host’s attitude was so terrible , he keep blaming at me and nagging at me nonstop , ignoring my suggestion which is to find someone to check for the key first, before it’s really been stolen. But the guy just quite clever continue nagging and totally ignore my words, let me feel like he wish that the key was stolen so that he can forfeit my deposit…. Cause in his word is like edi knowing 100% the key will be stolen ….To be honest I booked so many serviced apartment never meet host that is so rude, and the most terrible is …he didn’t say anything and never tell me whether the key is stolen or what he just never reply to my message, and HE DO NOT REPLY TO ME PLUS HE DO NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT! Hello , this kind of no manners host should not be eligible as an host on Booking.com!
