- Sylvain (1/5): Pour le prix une escroquerie DOMMAGE - L’emplacement La suite de que j’ai réservé n’avait rien à voir avec celle que l’on m’a donné Voire pire quand je m’en suis plains on m’a expliqué qu’elle n’existait pas c’était juste une photo Un comble voir une escroquerie une suite de 40 m2 d’un seul tenant contre une petite chambre et un tout petit salon avec un balcon au 1 er étage bas donnant sur station de vaporetto et de gondole Pire encore pas de chauffage uniquement de la clim on m’a expliqué qui n’était pas possible d’avoir du chauffage car ils avaient arrêté et après mettre mis en colère auprès du concierge ils me l’on rétablit pour le deuxième soir

- Katherina (7/5): Overall, great location. - The breakfast was definitely a gorgeous venue but the food selection was not "the best in Europe " as it was advertised. See above. The room was definitely small for the price, there was a confusion when booking a canal view and got there and was told no it was not. Just expected better accommodations for the price.

- Marcelo (8/5): La estadía impecable amo el Hotel Mónaco Gran Canal, son momentos que quedan grabados en los más lindos recuerdos de la - La propiedad, el lugar y la ubicación , inmejorable, ya estuve varias veces y lo volvería a hacer mil veces. El desayuno en el balcón sobre el canal es una experiencia maravillosa de esas que queres vivir mil veces. La presión de agua débil en la ducha en el 4to piso donde nos alojamos, tuvimos días de mucho calor y no se podía prender el aire acondicionado nos obligó a dormir con ventanas abiertas.

The concierge staff was polite, friendly and always greeted us with a smile and conversation. Room service was absolutely amazing. The laundry service was fantastic and the property was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend and I would go back again heartbeat thank you for a wonderful stay. 10/10

- Elena (1/5): Обманули с категорией номера на 1000€ - Локация однозначно отличная. Я забронировала номер Делюкс, ориентируясь на фото этого номера на букинге. На фото были большие французские окна и именно они и стали решающим моментом в выборе отеля. Ибо помимо проживания, была еще и фотосессия с определённой задачей. Номер стоил 1500€ за 2 ночи. Вместо этого номера меня заселили в номер прям напротив лифта, который постоянно грохал и пиликал, а окна в номере были абсолютно обычными, такими как в номерах класса стандарт за 580€ за две ночи. То есть абсолютно наглое хамство. Я разумеется пошла на ресепшен выяснять этот момент, в итоге они признали этот факт, что номер не тот, что на фото при бронировании и предложили переехать на следующий день. То есть, день вы в этом обычном поживаете, а на последний соберёте вещи и поживете в том, который оплатили. Завтрак хороший в ресторане, но если вы попросите завтрак в номер, вам принесут кофе/чай и 2 круассана с маслом и джемом. И какие-то невнятные маффины. При этом эту опцию они активно вариант, дескать завтрак такой же как в ресторане внизу. Это не так.
