• Ivan (1/5): A very disappointing experience. - Deep disappointment with the way my reservation was handled. In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced a situation where a confirmed and paid booking was cancelled just a few hours before arrival. As a result, my entire family and I were left completely stranded in Salzburg with no accommodation in Vienna for New Year’s Eve. The explanation provided by the property owner was that Booking.com had made a pricing error, which was unacceptable, especially as the property was instantly re-listed with a higher price and re-booked before I even had a chance to secure an alternative. Because of this last-minute cancellation, we were forced to find emergency accommodation outside the city centre at significantly higher inconvenience and cost. The communication from the property owner was extremely poor. The only message received was that the issue was “beyond their control” and that nothing could be done. This level of accountability and support is far below what any traveller should expect, and it severely undermines trust.

• Scott (9/5): - Very nice apartment! It is a half-basement apartment with windows that look out only at the courtyard, but that’s fine.
• Luiz (8/5): O apartamento é uma opção muito boa para quem vai estar fora a maior parte do dia. - A localização é muito boa , com transportes à volta e não muito longe de atrações turisticas. Apartamento arrumado e bem equipado. O horario de check-in normal, sem a cobrança de taxas extras, até as 21 hs é restrito para viajantes que eventualmente chegem a noite. Por ser um apartamento de rés do chão ocorrem em alguns momentos odores ruins não muitos fortes, mas podem incomodar algumas pessoas sensiveis, mas existem desodorizantes de ar disponíveis
• Russell (7/5): Average clean apartment, the heat was way too high and cannot be adjusted and ruined our night, and the parking situatio - Clean and the room itself was nice The parking situation is terrible and the host didn’t help locate a garage that worked. Cars are not allowed on the street and we got a ticket. I eventually found a garage that worked nearby on my own but it caused a lot of problem searching for a spot for a long time. Booking or the host need to provide help on locating a parking garage, it’s not that hard. Also, the heat was extremely high and neither of us slept the first night AT ALL. I was not given instructions on the thermostat, and it cannot be adjusted by me in the room. The just adjusted the heat the next day at 1800. Even with all the windows open, the temperature was way too high. The heat ruined our night and the following day and I am still exhausted from a problem that should not have occurred. The guest needs to be able to adjust the heat in their own.

Ci tornerei sicuramente La Wi-Fi non funzionava bene, abbiamo dovuto pagare una tassa extra per fare il check in tardivo e abbiamo dovuto aspettare al freddo che arrivasse il personale. Avrei preferito fosse già lì, dato che abbiamo pagato.

• PJP (8/5): Zeer mooi, compleet appartement op fijne locatie. Met garage. - Mooi, zeer compleet ingericht. Garage beschikbaar. Gelegen op loopafstand van Hofburg, centrum. Prettige buurt. In de woning ervaar je niets van het drukke straatleven. We deelden de hal met een andere woning, echter de deur van ons appartement kon niet op slot. Alleen de buitendeur van de hal kon op slot. Contactpersoon wilde dit repareren, maar is niet gelukt. Voor privacy is dit noodzakelijk.

La comunicazione con l'host risultava abbastanza difficoltosa, con risposte che arrivavano molto in ritardo.

• Anna (8/5): Хорошая квартира недалеко от центра Вены - Хорошая квартира недалеко от центра Вены (пешком минут 15). Есть все необходимое: полотенца, гладильная доска, утюг, вся кухонная утварь, чай, кофе, масло, соль - можно спокойно готовить. Оформлена стильно и современно, две двуспальные кровати, можно спокойно разместиться с детьми. Недалеко на улице есть парковочные места, которые бесплатны по выходным (изучите заранее актуальную информацию). Квартира находится на нижнем этаже, окна выходят во внутренний двор-колодец, из-за этого в квартире всегда темно, даже днем надо включать свет, потому что солнце в нее вообще не попадает. В квартиру ведут две двери через коридор, закрывается на ключ только первая. Чтобы забрать ключ, надо знать точное время прибытия, чтобы приехал человек с ключами, а это не всегда удобно, когда путешествуешь на машине и точное время приезда неизвестно.

• Carol (9/5): Lovely comfy apartment with everything we needed for a great week in Vienna! - Good location from which to explore the city. Easy access to tram and metro. The non-touristy nature of the location was especially welcome. Great restaurants nearby WiFi was a bit slow - encourage us to do other things with our time so not the worst thing! 🙂

• Remya (10/5): Perfect for a small family - It's so pretty and soo spacious! Our 3 year old had plenty space to move around. All the bus and tram stations are within 2 mins walking distance . Same for Aldi and Billa superstores. Also a local market within a 15 min walk we discovered accidently. Host is very kind too and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Thank You.

It was clean and very well equipped. Despite being so near a main road it was peaceful The flat is on the ground floor and quite dark, but I was out all day and it didn’t matter so much
• Milos (10/5): Veoma dobro! - Stan je bio odlično organizovan, sadržaj je bio febomenalan, bilo je bas čisto! Sve je bilo super i bolje nego na slikama! Metro stanica je blizu i brzo se stiže do centra. Nema privatnog parkinga i na zgradi nema nikakve oznake da je apartman tu, ali tu je.

All amenities were available plus bath accessories The front door did not lock. This was a concern as we were 3 females. Only the common door to the unit locked. The main door to apartment block did not lock either. The place needs another mirror in the unit. Also a pop-up toaster would be great. No air-conditioning- A fan would be great in Summer
• Iwona (10/5): Exceptional - A very large apartment, above all it is clean and there is nothing missing. Close to the center of Vienna.
• Lopez (10/5): be at home - The place is really a fantastic place, the decoration is very successful. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is very large, the windows face an interior patio of the building but there is a garden and some chairs to sit and smoke outside. The host is very nice and she always responds to all the messages and the best thing is the detail that the coffee, tea and cookie capsules leave. You also have a washer and dryer inside the apartment, which allowed me to quickly wash and have my clothes dry before checking out. I Book for one night but I would definitely stay more days here with pleasure. I will be back soon and thank you for everything

• Anonymous (7/5): Generally was a pleasant stay - House was really cute and comfort. Paris decoration was cool and the facilities were exactly as they were written on the site. There was floor heat, that made the house really hot. It made it so hot that we were waking up wet and we couldn’t turn it off some way. I think you should give people the choice to turn on and off the heat.
