• Schätz (10/5): - Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, Barbara war super nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. U Bahn und Bus sowie Restaurants und Cafés sind um die Ecke. Viele schöne Plätze kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Leider waren wir nur drei Nächte in Rom, viel zu kurz für diese tolle Stadt, in der einem an jeder Ecke die Antike entgegen springt. Absolut nichts. 😀
• Aylin (10/5): Volle Empfehlung - Ein tolles Apartment! Liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte. Barbara war eine super Gastgeberin, die uns noch viele Empfehlungen für die Stadt gegeben hat. Die Lage ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen in Rom.
• Melichar (10/5): Perfect Base for Roaming around Rome - Set perfectly close to a main underground station, the place was very easy to find as we arrived. Our amazing host Clara was on the WhatsApp chat with us, waiting at the property as we were making our way from the airport (FCO) making us feel welcome and well looked after the moment we touched down on the runway. The flat itself was perfect size for us, high sealings, very clean and fully equipped with whatever we needed/wanted (espresso machine, tea bags, shower gel, shampoo, etc). We travelled light so brought nothing but some clothes. There were also some fee (very tasty) snacks waiting for us and a bottle of red wine. Nice touch! Also, great hot water/water pressure in the shower, for those who care :) Recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Rome within easy walking distance of the Vatican and 10mins journey to the old town/ancient Roman sights. • Nicole (8/5): Hübsche Wohnung in einem angenehmen Wohnviertel. - In einem wunderschönen Haus, sehr ruhig, Fenster in einen kleinen Innenhof. Sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr sauber. Herzlicher, persönlicher Empfang von Barbara, guter Kontakt vorab etwa bei der Suche nach einem Bus vom Flughafen in die Stadt. ( Sitbusshuttle oder Transvision...:) U-Bahn Station Lepanto 5 min. zu Fuß. Es gibt keinen Blick auf z.B. auf die Umgebung, Straße o.ä. Beide Fenster zeigen in den kleinen Innenhof. Sofa etwas in die Jahre gekommen....
• Vladimir (10/5): - Stayed in Barbara's apartment in Rome for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and quiet, as the windows face the courtyard. The bed is big, the mattress comfortable. The kitchen has everything to cook. The shower has good pressure and always has hot water. Barbara is a very caring host, always in touch with us, solved all our issues. The restaurants she recommended were very tasty, and the pastry shop around the corner has the best canoli in the world and coffee) The apartment is located in the best area of Rome, Prati, and all the attractions are within walking distance along beautiful streets! • Max (10/5): Everything was great. I will definitely stay there when I return to Rome. - Barbara, the host, greeted me upon my arrival. She was very kind and showed me how to use everything in the apartment. She was also very responsive to my questions in WhatsApp. The apartment was immaculate. It was the cleanest residence I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen supplies for me to cook for myself. Barbara provided recommendations for restaurants and sites around Rome. N/A
• P (10/5): Charming flat in Prati near the Vatican - Excellent choice for exploring Roma. Location is near to Vatican in a quiet area with a lot of options for food and shops. Just 5-6 mins walk to the Metro station and connection to the airport. Flat is fully equipped with everything you will need. Super charming and convenient. Host, Barbara is great woman. Communication was excellent. Will book again for sure! N/A

• Eva (10/5): Perfekt für mehrere Tage in Rom, sehr gerne wieder! - Tolle Lage in einem sehr schönen untouristischen Wohnviertel mit vielen netten Restaurants. Das Apartment liegt nah an der Metro und zu diversen Buslinien, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind aber auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht (inkl. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr netter und herzlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin! Als einzige Kleinigkeit: Die Lampen am Bett sind zu schwach zum Lesen.

• Elizabeth (5/5): Not recommended for those who wish to cook/ eat in. Only recommended if air conditioning is working - Location is excellent. Proprietor friendly and solicitous. Bedroom and bed very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Easy to operate with superb water flow. Advertised as fully air conditioned. The air conditioning in the living-kitchen was broken and despite the owner’s best efforts could not be repaired. Her first alternative of a fan with Rome temperatures of 35-40c was unacceptable. The owner listened to our request and hired an industrial transportable air cooler which we looked after carefully and which did the job. The kitchen equipment wasn’t up to standard to allow us to cook. Despite my being shown how to switch on the hob, I found it to difficult to use.
• Roxana (10/5): HOME SWEET HOME!!! Feels like home in the absolutely perfect location!!! - We loved EVERYTHING about this apartment! The location was absolutely amazing! Only 2 blocks from the metro. Near supermarkets, restaurants and a popular shopping street of Rome (Cola di Rienzo) and the river. It is super easy to get across the river to the center of town. It’s only a few minutes walk to Piazza Del Popolo and Via del Corso. The apartment was clean, comfortable and felt like home! Even the host made us feel like family, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions for restaurants and activities. This has been our favorite place to stay on our vacations! Nothing at all!

• Ansgar (5/5): Beautiful Rome with amazing landmarks - worth to see it. - Great location, 35 min walk to center and 20 min walk to Vatican, nice caffee shops,restaurants, really beautiful place, apartment is clean and quite good for two, the owner is very kind and nice; she gave us good recommendations on eating places- they are amazing. The best pizza restaurant ( Malaterra) in 5 min walk distance- strongly recommended. There is also nice place for bfast in 5 min from apartment- Gianfornaio. Be selective with restaurants- eg Osteria pasta restaurant ( always busy and has long waiting line) - i think it is overrated, we didnt like it. Bookings to museums/ Vatican should be done way in advance to avoid overpricing. Very small for family with child; shower is extremely small and is not proper one, with curtain instead of door, so need to be careful not to water whole bathroom; bedding is not comfortable- pillow are very old and cheap version of ikea pillows; duvets dont have proper covers instead bedsheets are used to cover duvets - quite weird from hygiene perspective as i don’t believe duvets are washed / disinfected after each guests, no spare bedding ( bedsheets, pillow case) - quite essential when you stay more than 3 days; kitchen is tiny - no toaster, no microwave, no even cutting board, no kitchen towels or kitchen cloths, no dishwasher; no safe or lockers in apartment. Also mind that to get to apartment you have to take stairs from elevator so it is not convenient for guests with luggage or for ones with some physical limitations.
• Kuba (10/5): Fantastic experience, nice host - Very nice appartment, calm street, safe area, lot of restaurants around, big supermarket just 5min walk, perfect location, just 3 min walk from metro A (Lepanto), the appart is very comfortable, clean and sweet-smelling, well equiped, no noise from neighbours. We have been there in march, the heating worked perfectly. We had self check-in and check-out. Barbara is super helpfull, we communicated via whatsapp, everything was clear, really fantastic experience with the host. I absolutely recommend this accomodation, we stayed for 3 days with 2 years old daughter, only positive experience.

• David (10/5): Settled in for 2 days, 3 nights like it was home. Barbara was wonderful hostess and very helpful. - Well located but not in a high traffic area. Walking distance to public transportation, Vatican, good restaurants. Comfortable accommodation. Nothing to add here.
• Yohanes (10/5): Very Convenient and Hygienic Place - This property is an absolute gem in Rome. 1. Tidiness and hygiene The building is very clean, and the room was just spotless. Bathroom, living room, and bedroom were maintained in a very neat way. No dust, no leftover stains could be found. No smells or whatsoever. 2. The location The property is located near the Lepanto station, which is just a couple stations away from the main spots (St Peter Basilica, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc). There is a bus terminal right next to the property which enables access to the old city (Roman Forum, Palatine Hill) and Trastevere. Basically, be it shopping or pilgrimage, the access to the property was very convenient. We almost walked everyday to major spots. 3. The Host The host was very friendly and helpful! We were saved by the welcome gift and she provided a lot of useful information during our stay. The check in and check out process were hassle free. Very convenient! 4. The facility Very well equipped. Toiletries, Kitchen detergent, laundry detergent were available. There is also cleaning goods in the kitchen if you accidentally spoiled something on the floor. Absolutely nice to have. Aircon was functioning, washing machine is super great. 5. The surroundings There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. Practically got everything we need within 7 mins of walking distances. None. Really enjoyed the property.
• Andrew (9/5): It made staying in Rome during the hottest and busiest part of the year with two children very easy. - The location was perfect, we walked everywhere, from the Vatican City to the Colosseum. On a quiet side street, no noise, a washing machine and full kitchen, and a nice welcome gift. Our handover by Barbra was great, we felt like family. We saved about $300 Australian by not booking through our travel agent (that was next to the train station!) Great, free internet. Close to all the local shops and restaurant. Maps in the room also. Lovely calls to make sure we were OK and gave us many useful tip for having great time in Rom. Property cozy and clean structure, complete with all comforts. It is located 15 min. by foot from Vatican City, and also easily accessible to city center thanks to the public transport. The kitchen has everything you might need but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. I would definitely use it again !
