The staff were kind a - My flight was delayed and I arrived late, checking in around midnight. Despite the late hour, there was always someone at the front desk ready to assist, which made the check-in process smooth and reassuring.

- Bilya (1/5): It was horrible - Nothing Everything about the property was disappointing. It was extremely dirty there was hair on the bed and the sheets were unclean. The property lacked proper amenities and one of the rooms did not have air conditioning or heating. The toilets were not properly cleaned. Additionally, despite there being four air conditioning units, only one remote was provided. I had to repeatedly request additional remotes and the ones eventually given did not work. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly asked to pay $500, which we refused. To make matters worse, the kitchen was poorly equipped, with only one piece of each type of cultery provided.

- Ahmed (1/5): Scammers - Nothing The towels were given to us wet, the bathroom floor was wet and not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets had a very unpleasant smell. For the price, I initially thought it was acceptable — until checkout. At checkout, I realized they scam guests. The price list for items inside the room is not accurate. I only took a few items, yet I was charged almost double the listed prices. They even charged me for instant coffee, which is usually provided for free in hotels, and for a packet of tea that I did not even use. This place is a total scam. First and last time staying here. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

- hamed (1/5): I don't recommend booking here at all - Nothing like the pictures Staff were careless, walls are peeled, sheets were unclean, apartment smells bad and the bathroom even worse and unclean. On top of that, they asked for a fee before we entered, saying it was for insurance. which I refused to pay.

- Taher (3/5): ارجو ان يكونوا أمناء في صور الموقع لاداعي للكذب او للغش،الخدمه جيده في الريسبشن - السرفيس العمال في الريسبشن كانو متعاونين ومؤدبين ومحترمين وطلبوا مني اعمل كومنت إيجابي ولكن قولت لهم سوف اقول الحقيقة لان صاحب المكان لازم يكون أمين لان بنفس السعر ده كنت بنزل في مكان شيك ونظيف وموقعه احسن ولكن للاسف كان محجوز وذكرت ذلك لهم في الريسبشن ولكن كان فيه سيده كانت طويله شويه وكنت طلبت منها تفتح الجراج للسياره وانا دافع تمن ذالك الخدمه قالت المفتاح مش معايا ولكن لما كلمتها بحده وبغضب فتحت باب الجراج قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من غشنا فليس منا صاحب هذا المكان ليس محترم ولا يقدر النزلاء ومستهتر وانا اعتبر هذا غش وحرام لانه علي الموقع منزل صور جميله في شقه عنده وعندما رأينا الصور حجزنا عنده ولكن فوجئنا وفوجعنا بالشقه اللي أعطاها لنا حاجه غير الصور خالص كلها سلبيات وانا مصوره ولكن تاني يوم لما زعقت وهددتهم بأنني سوف أعمل محضر أعطوني شقه اخري احسن شويه وبالمصادفه جاء زبون آخر من أفريقيا واعطوا له شقه وحشه وزعق معاهم نصيحه لوجه الله لا انصح اي شخص بالحجز عندهم
