• Liisbet (7/5): - Very clean, good location, comfy bed. Shower water leaked out. Not enough kitchen essentials for cleaning. Constructuon work front of the building so couldn’t sleep in the morning and very dusty balcony.

• Piotr (10/5): Great place - Kition Urban Suite is a lovely place to stay in Larnaca! Very clean, very close to the stores and main city attractions. The street in front of the apartment is currently under reconstruction, so we were lucky, as it was not crowded at night. I loved my stay there.

No hot water - only in the evening, in the morning had to take an icy cold shower :(

• Marius Constantin (10/5): - Totul a fost la nivel extraordinar . Locatia , facilitățile si amenajarea interioara cu cada freestanding in dormitor . Locatia este echipata cu tot ce aveți nevoie ,si chiar mai mult . Organizare mult peste medie. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni. Nu am avut neplăceri!

• Aaron (10/5): - I must say, this is the most amazing apartment I have ever stayed in during my travels. Even before I arrived, the host was always available to answer my questions about parking and other details. My flight landed early in the morning, so I arrived before the official check-in time. Luckily, the building has large lockers where I could safely store my luggage and explore the city. The host went out of his way to help me and even managed to arrange an early check-in for me a full hour and a half earlier! From the moment you enter the building, you feel as if you've stepped into a luxury hotel. Everything is spotless, with thoughtful touches like chocolates at the reception and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. When I walked into the apartment, I was greeted with a bottle of wine and two glasses such a warm and touching gesture. The apartment itself is stunning simply perfect. A fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances: an excellent oven, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with milk frother, refrigerator, and a washing machine. The bathroom and shower are beautifully designed and very comfortable, with hot water always available in the luxurious shower. The bed is fantastic, and the huge TV comes with Netflix. There’s also a lovely balcony, perfect for a romantic meal. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk from the beach. I highly, highly recommend this place! Thank you so much, dear host! Nothing - everything was perfect!

• Shuly (10/5): סוייטה נהדרת ומפנקת, מיקום מושלם לחובבי ים בתי קפה ומסעדות - סוויטת אירוח יפה חדישה ומעוצבת, עם שלל פינוקים נעימים כמו חלוקי רחצה, כפכפים, מכונת קפה ומקציף חלב. במקרר חיכו לנו גם בבקבוקי מים אישיים וחלב שקדים נהדר לקפה של הבוקר- תענוג. מטבח מאובזר- כלי מטבח, טוסטר מכונת כביסה ועוד אביזרים רבים שגרמו לשהיה להיות נוחה ונעימה. הצ'ק אין התבצע באופן עצמאי והמארחים תקשורתיים וענו במהירות. איפשרו לנו להשתמש בלוקרים אישיים לפני הצ'ק אין וגם לאחריו כך שיכולנו ללכת לים ולטייל באיזור בנוחות ללא המזוודות. המיקום מרכזי מאוד- הליכה של דקה עד לחוף הים ולטיילת, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, למרינה, למסעדות ובתי קפה רבים. מי שרגיש לרעשים שיקח בחשבון ששומעים את התחבורה במשך שעות היום. לדירה יש מרפסת נחמדה המשקיפה על הרחוב. מתחת יש חנות נחמדה עם מזכרות לתיירים. בקיצור סוייטה נהדרת, מארחים נהדרים, מיקום מושלם לחובבי ים ומסעדות.

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Прекрасные современные апартаменты прямо в центре города. Большой просторный номер, новенький ремонт и свежая мебель. На месте были все удобства: тапочки, гели и шампуни, зубные щетки и паста. На кухне есть микроволновка и кофемашинка, Wi-Fi высокоскоростной. Еще до заезда прислали полную инструкцию, как получить ключи при заезде, на видео все было наглядно показано, поэтому мы не блуждали по улице. Стоит учитывать, что центр Ларнаки очень оживленный, машины шумят всю ночь. Хочется спать с открытым балконом, но шум не дает это сделать. Также в доме нет лифта, пришлось поднимать чемоданы самим.
• Anoush (10/5): Excellent apartment, location and staff, perfect for families - We absolutely loved our stay at Kition Urban Suite 1. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the sea, close to cafés and restaurants, with both a food market and a supermarket nearby, and not far from the city center. What made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Due to a rescheduled flight, we needed an early check-in and a slightly later check-out, and the staff were very accommodating. This flexibility was especially important for us as we were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and it made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful apartment in a perfect location with outstanding staff – highly recommended! Everything was perfect!

• Sue (8/5): All we neeed apart from the key code last minute change - We arrived late due to flight delay, had no access to internet therefore could not let the owner know as we got stuck in the aircraft for 2 hours! He had changed the key code so when we eventually arrived at 1am we couldn’t get into the room, had to use data to call to get the new number. The reason I am mentioning this is purely so this is taken into account for future customers. Other than that the apartment was immaculate, lovely facilities ideal location and beautifully furnished. Lovely facilities and a welcome much needed bottle of wine on arrival

• Arpan (9/5): The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! - The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was well organized, and the host was very responsive and helpful with any requests we had. The location was excellent—very close to the city center and the main beach area, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Maybe the stairs if you are travelling with elders!

• Dimitris (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is simply fantastic. Right in the middle of everything and just a few meters from the beautiful promenade and the beach. It can get a bit noisy because of this, but it didn’t bother us. There were also lockers available for storing luggage, which is great if you need to check out but still want to spend some more time in the city without having to carry your bags around. The stairs leading up to the apartment might be a bit challenging for older people, especially if they have a lot of luggage. However, I’m sure there is a solution if you ask in advance, as the staff is very friendly and helpful.

• Parpouna (7/5): Was really nice stay at all will go again to Kition If we didnt have so many staff with us :) - I really like the design of the apartment and our host was very helpful with our inquiries. The apartment is behind Finikoudes so you can walk to the beach/ It was not an elevator and because we were cooking at home we had to bring the shopping on stairs to the 2nd floor. And no private parking place so that was again problem If you have a lot of baggage!

All the shops and restaurants are nearby but for the longer trips the kitchen and washing machine are great to have. Heater / AC and waterheater worked perfectly. Very comfortable bed. The apartment is located on busy street that can be noise. So if you are light sleeper earplugs are must
