• Coralyn (10/5): Awesome Flat! - This was our second time to stay at this flat. We loved it so much, we decided to come back and stayed 10 nights. The apartment's location is wonderful- just a short walk to the tube station or the London Overground. The flat is well equipped with a microwave, dish washer, clothes washing machine and the soaps are provided too. There is even a coffee machine, with coffee and tea included! We loved getting take-away from the local restaurants and bringing it back to the flat to enjoy, while we took in the gorgeous evening view from the balcony. Any communication we had with the owner was always answered quickly. It was a joy to return every evening, after a day of sight seeing. We would definitely stay here again! We loved everything about this flat!

Everything was as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was up to par. Bed linen could have had a less aggressive softener smell, but that's a personal preference.

• Coralyn (10/5): Wonderful Location & Comfortable Flat - The apartment's location is wonderful- just a short walk to the tube station! The owner met us to give us the keys and allowed us to check in early. The flat was warm and cozy without feeling too cramped. The flat included many extras, such as shampoo, soap, hair dryer, laundry soap, sweets, and tea & sugar! It was a joy to return every evening, after a day of adventuring. That's when we really appreciated the lift to the top floor. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing- We enjoyed the flat and would love to return!

• Grasi (10/5): The best accommodation on the platform - A Perfect Stay – Truly the Best Accommodation! My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bes’s apartment. From the start, communication was excellent – Bes was always kind, patient and quick to respond to any questions. When we arrived, the flat was spotless and smelled beautifully clean. There were even slippers waiting by the door, along with chocolates and mineral water – such thoughtful touches that made us feel immediately at home. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything one could possibly need: a full kitchen with modern appliances, a large TV with many channels, comfortable furniture, and a lovely balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh, soft, beautifully scented linens. We even discovered a projector for watching films – what a lovely surprise! Every detail was so well thought out, from the phone charger adaptor to the beautifully chosen cutlery (which we’re convinced must be a family heirloom!). We spent nine delightful days there, including one just relaxing indoors, watching films and enjoying the comfort of the flat. The location is ideal – close to shops, restaurants, the Underground (Holloway Road Station just 300m away) and main attractions such as Camden Tower, Chinatown, and Tower Bridge. Islington is a charming area, peaceful and safe. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Bes, for making our stay so special – this is, without a doubt, the best accommodation on the platform! Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like. Every detail was just perfect – we couldn’t have asked for a better stay

High side of bath to get over, with nothing to hold on to and slippery bath bottom. Took a while to get in as message with codes not sent until late, when no wifi available to access message.

• Raymond (9/5): Great flat, great location and great experience - Very close to the Emirates Stadium. Very clean and owner thought of everything including a few bars of chocolate. Unfortunately the lift broke down on the second day but that's no fault of the owner

• Blāz (10/5): Cozy & comfortable flat - The flat was very spacious and felt homely. The bed and sofa were comfortable and there was hardly ever any noise from neighbours. The person who came to greet us was lovely, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, close to the tube and multiple food shops. Easy check in and check out, would definitely recommend to others. The location was very close to the Arsenal stadium, so we experienced loud noise from police sirens and rowdy people from outside on the Sunday (as well as the closest tube station being closed for that day). However this is no fault to the owners, just thought I'd mention it (as we didn't check before we booked). Was definitely fixed by just putting some headphones on for the night :)
• Bethany (10/5): The perfect stay - We absolutely loved our stay here, the place is super cosy, spacious and clean. The flat has everything you could need and more - the smart TV was a huge bonus for the evenings! The property was only a 10 minute walk away from the underground so it was super easy to get to and from. The host was so reliable and helpful throughout our stay. There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing that was confusing at times was navigating through the building due to different doors and codes but this isn't anything to do with the owner or property.
• Paweł (10/5): Exceptional - We came for the Arsenal match. The apartment is 300 meters from the stadium. Very clean. We liked everything in the apartment. The owner is very nice. I recommend it to everyone, especially Arsenal fans coming to the match at the Emirates Stadium. Beautiful view from the balcony of the London skyline
• Laura (10/5): Incredible stay! - Our stay at this apartment on Benwell Road was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was incredibly cozy, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — nothing was missing! The temperature inside was perfect, making it even more comfortable to relax after a long day exploring London. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not only was he incredibly kind and attentive, but he also left us a thoughtful welcome package with sweets, water, and coffee, which was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add a support rail or handle near the bathroom, as the step down is quite high and could be a bit tricky or unsafe for some guests.
• Alessandra (10/5): Comfortable stay - The apartment was great! Very clean and tidy! It has all the facilities stated and in good condition. We stayed for a couple of weeks. No complaints. As a bonus, it has a nice view of the London Skyline looking down southwards! Besides the massive TV in the living room, the bedroom comes with a wall mounted projector! Overall, very good and highly recommended. It was a bit too pricey, but the central location explains it all. It was indeed the cheapest place we could find in the area with all these facilities.
• Dean (10/5): Very happy , would 100% book again. - Property was immaculate and location was perfect for us as we were attending an Arsenal game at the emirates stadium which was less than a minute walk to get to the ground. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Even the bathroom was very nice and everything was incredibly clean. The only confusing thing was getting in and out of the flat, but that’s only because we forgot all of the doors we came through.
