• Guest (6/5): - L’espace et l’équipement : c’est vraiment un grand appartement bien pensé, cuisine équipée, machine à laver, balcon… On se sent “comme à la maison” Cristian est souvent mentionné comme très réactif et sympathique. Le calme du quartier : même si ce n’est pas en plein Duomo, le quartier est plus tranquille que l’hyper-centre. pour Milan, l’espace et les prestations sont intéressants par rapport aux hôtels. Le nom “Duomo” peut induire en erreur : en réalité ce n’est pas à deux pas de la cathédrale, il faut marcher ou prendre un transport. Transport en période de grèves : si métro ou tram perturbés, ça peut vite devenir pénible Quelques petits défauts : un avis parle d’odeur dans le climatiseur, d’autres du bruit venant des voisins (murs fins). pas de petit-déjeuner ni ménage quotidien (c’est un appartement, pas un hôtel).

• Sofia (1/5): - The location We booked the apartment for four days but unfortunately we were forced to leave after two days because there was a very strong and suffocating smell of gas! The house owner didn’t even show up to find a solution for the problem. He just wrote us that this is absolutely normal! For us that was unacceptable and dangerous. After we told him that we left earlier he refused to refund the amount of money and accused us of turning on the gas stove. He was very impolite and we don’t recommend you to stay there!

• Majbritt (7/5): Rimeligt men ikke hyggeligt. - Lejligheden var okay, men heller ikke mere. Bruseforhænget var ulækkert og havde ikke været rengjort i meget lang tid. Ønskede man selv at tilberede et måltid var der ingen skåle eller andet at servere i. Det ville have været rart med en lille bænk på balkonen ligesom et lille bord ved sofaen havde været rart.

• Vinoth (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean and well organized. Included all facilities and check-in was simpler. Cristian is a wonderful host. I would have loved to meet him in person to thank him in person. He was quick in responses and we had zero issues during the stay. The location is pretty accessible with trams and buses. There is also a big supermarket in walkable distance that makes the stay more convenient. We would have loved to stay longer. Nothing that I can think of.

And he was available on phone. Great support tbh, everything was fine. It was like 30 min far from the city center, but we actually wanted to be a bit away to avoid traffic and have some quiet area

• Tural (10/5): Host is very nice! We highly recommend you, but be sure that the AC (kitchen) has been repaired. - The host, Cristian has created a very good and easy check in process, we liked it. We entered the room easily with clear exlanation by the host He was very kind, helpful and responsive, event at 02:00 a.m. Apartment was also clean, but could be cleaned very well, touilet was normal, did not have problem. It was obvious that he realy cares about his guests and business, he could succed with eliminating some shortcomings and become one of the best apartments in Milano. Good luck! I think the host must show the airconditioner (kitchen) to master and repair it ASAP, it smells very bad. I think the problem was on its gas or filter. Also, the kettle was plastic, which was not suitable and healthy for boiling the water, so we did not used it, instead we had to boiled the water in the microwave. If you are coffe lover, not tea, it could be okay for you :) coffe machine was okay, W

• Adam (1/5): Nicely refurbished property, but Terrible for Noise! - The property includes a cooker, fridge freezer, wifi, TV. About 15 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. If you want a Quiet Stay, avoid this property! We paid for Sound Proofing and didn't get it, completely false advertising. It has very weak walls. Almost Paper Thin. On the bedroom side we could hear the neighbour talking on the phone and could even hear the person on the other end of the phone! On the Living Room side (with the Sofa Bed), sometimes the neighbour had the TV on until past midnight. The noise at night could even be heard through ear plugs... This calmed down a little after we raised our concerns with the host on the second day (included video evidence), but the noise was still excessive and intrusive, in particular on the bedroom side. We emphasised to the host that this could not be solely attributed to noisy neighbours, but the fact that the walls are so thin! They mentioned that this issue had been raised previously and they would consider sound proofing in the future and would have that description removed from the site. I see that this has been done at the time of my review. That in itself attributes that they were aware of the issue. The host also relayed our concerns to the owner and they immediately dismissed the noise nuisance and were unwilling to offer any resolution whatsoever. This soured our overall experience unfortunately. The toilet & shower area is particularly narrow and you may struggle getting in and out of the shower.
• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable bed and the sofa that can be enlarged. Full equipped kitchen. Perfectly clean. Location is good, 25 min from the center by metro and a 10 min walk.

• Manuel (9/5): Great place in Milano - Clean, everything working well, great communication with the landlord. Great place to be. Weak walls, easy to hear the neighbours. Landlord was advised about it, and fortunately there was no nuisance during our resting time. It wasn't a big issue for us, but for further visitors for tourism purposes, bus/tram stops need to be reached by several minutes walk, and it takes a while to reach Milano central station and other tourist spots.
• Bernardo (10/5): Very good apartment in a calm area, all you need close by and with easy access to the city centre. - The apartment is renewed and has everything you need. We stayed for 5 days and it was very comfortable. Very good location, in a calm and relaxed area. Supermarket literally on the side of the building and a pharmacy also close by. Easy to get to areas with lots of restaurants by walking for about 15 minutes. Around 30 minutes to reach city centre walking and there’s also other cheap means of transport close by like tram, bus or metro. Also, easy to reach from Malpensa airport as the train station is relatively close to the apartment. Would definitely recommend this apartment to other travellers. The host Cristian was also really helpful and available. Nothing we didn’t like, everything was really good.

• Erika (9/5): Nice place, kind and helpful host, definitely recommended - Everytime I contacted the host, the answer came in two minutes, he was very helpful. The apartment is at a calm area, very clean and comfortable, everything you need is there. There is a supermarket right next corner, if you prefer to prepare something in the kitchen, that is well equipped, too. The bus stop is close, you get quickly to metro stations. Little further is a tram station, the old Milano tram is fun and you get directly to Brera, that is a charming part of Milano. The photos I added are from the balcony.

Not that close to city centre and public transport (on the other hand not that far away - 30 minutes), missing some kitchen equipment (cutting knife and board). You can hear everything from neighbours, but it's not "party house" so they go sleep at normal time.
