Guest Reviews
- Marcus (5/5): Was ok. Probably wouldn’t choose again but not terrible. - Great shower pressure. Coffee machine handy. Desk attendant friendly. Public areas and gardens pleasant. Sagging mattress. Some leaky plumbing in kitchenette, water pooled on floor. Annoying architecture with doors that get in the way on entry and in bathroom. Spotty internet. Beach access more inconvenient than expected.

- Lukas (9/5): All great. - Clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, good value for money. Patio right at the back entrance - limited privacy.
No cooking oil - I think people are not willing to buy a new bottle/can for a 3 time use on a couple of days stays. Would be great if provided.
- Greenfield (8/5): -
- Jason (7/5): - Clean, quiet and comfortable Be aware that there is a major construction site just across the road. Fortunately not active over the weekend.
Apartment had a strong damp odour like it had recent water inundation or a plumbing issue. Cleared once windows opened but was very noticeable if the windows had been closed up for a while.
- Brandon (7/5): Great location however double bed is two singles pushed together. - Great location. Double bed is two singles pushed together.
- Alexia (10/5): A great stay in Byron Bay - The location was great - just minutes from downtown, the apartment was very clean and Fiona was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here.
- Andrew (10/5): - Location was excellent, short walk to town centre and beach but further enough away to be quiet
- Dana (9/5): -
- Zara (10/5): -
- Peta Kirch (8/5): -
- Corrina (10/5): - Location was great! Pool and BBQ area was perfect!
- Jenny (9/5): Pleasant and quiet Byron stay - Very pleasant surroundings. Key system worked well to get in and out of undercover parking with plenty of spaces. Nicely decorated unit. Took a while to remember to use the remote to operate the bedroom fan and light !!

- Dianna (10/5): I’d definitely stay here again - Location and comfort

- arshnoor (10/5): It was a nice experience and would love to return here - The property was at a great location close to the beach and the Main Street. The property has a hot tub and a swimming pool which was very relaxing and cozy N/A
- Rod (8/5): Good value for money, close to beach. - Nice pool, hot tub and location Same entrance as neighbouring apartment and can be potentially noisy
- Sarah (9/5): -
- Henry (8/5): -
- Daryll (8/5): Great place for a short getaway - Close to centre of Byron Small space
- Julie (9/5): -
- Christine (8/5): -
- John (8/5): Enjoyable for a short stay - The location is ideal given how busy Byron Bay can get and the underground parking is a bonus. The room has a pleasant view to a quiet street. The edges of the property are a bit tired. The sofa was not particularly comfortable. More instructions about using the TV would be useful and the sound system did not work. More information about the disposal of rubbish is needed given its so called “eco”status.
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Linda (9/5): -
- Natalie (8/5): Overall except bad sleep just fine! - Short walk to a pub, studio was all we needed, clean, fairly quiet The mattress was too old and I felt like I was falling off the bed, kept waking up.
- Kahn (10/5): Highly recommend, we loved our stay. - Great property, very close to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. Very clean, well appointed and quiet.
- Kennedy (7/5): Quiet unit within easy walking distance from the town centre. - Walking distance to the town centre. Great to have secure undercover carparking. A quiet unit away from the main road entrance to Byron Bay. The apartment is quite dark and this perhaps contributed to the musty smell that greeted us each time we returned to the unit. The bathroom tiles are in need of new grouting. Would have appreciated more than 1 bath towel each. A clothes airer would have been useful for drying the towels/clothing on the patio during the day. No kitchen dish cloth was supplied.
- Rachael (5/5): Would not recommend - Not much It smelt stale on entry - needs fresh air and lots of it
No enough toilet paper or tea and milk was left for 3 nights
No access to beach due to building where it would have been
Noisy from above and from outside - better sound proofing needed
Low water pressure on shower
Small fridge
Broken bowls and not enough crockery supplied- some was very dirty
- Adrien (9/5): Great stay! - Easy access and parking. Elevator and ramps for those that need accessibility. Responsive & professional communication. Hot tub was wonderful after a big day of hiking. Somewhat dated interior but absolutely spotless & great value - especially for Byron. We walked to dinner restaurants each night. Very convenient!
- Deborah (8/5): Excellent location, good value for money - Location and was quite comfortable I was told I has to access the property from Milton street and at night it was difficult to find the locked box
- Colleen (9/5): Delightful spot. Easy access to town centre, shops, dining and surrounds - Location, access, security. Room layout odd as could only view tv from bed.
- Kim (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, clean, easy access, well priced
- Kathy (7/5): Very relaxing. - The closeness to town The unit is quite dated.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (10/5): Will stay here again. - So spacious
- Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location, quiet and clean
- Magdalena (10/5): Short holiday stay. - Clean and well located property.
- Hayley (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (9/5): Good choice for Byron Bay - Good location within the complex, well furnished & equipped . 10.00am checkout . We can put men on the moon but Aussie hosts think an 11.00am checkout is impossible!
- Elanor (10/5): Pleasant - Byron bay very Beautiful and magical The apartment was dark inside, would of preferred more natural light
- Kelly (9/5): I enjoyed my stay in a very comfortable suite and would recommend it to other travellers, especially those who may be tr - The apartment was presented in an exceptionally clean manner. I felt “safe”within the complex, having travelled unaccompanied for the bulk of my stay. It was not far at all to walk to the main part of the township and I could easily carry my shopping and groceries home. The complex was quiet and the pool/spa area clean and easily accessible. Nothing really! There’s a little mould in the shower framework but that’s about all.
- Kelleher (9/5): Superb -
- Nadine (8/5): Great apartment for a quiet getaway, moments from town and the beach, with a good pool and bbq area. - The apartment, 7B, was exactly as described. Fiona the host was very helpful even when my daughter locked us out. Direct access to the pool. Nice pool and bbq area. Peaceful. Good pricing. Neat apartment with lovely decor. Relaxing. About 7min walk to town - walking with a child :) Nothing against the apartment or the hosts but just an FYI there is construction across the road which will continue for sometime - but you can't hear it in 7B. There is no direct access to the beach but it is a short walk to Main Beach if you are looking for a patrolled beach. On check out day I was able to leave my bags but they were out in the foyer not a locked room because 7B isn't managed by the complex itself (surely that could be negotiated??). Again the apartment and pool were great and well priced. Overall great for 2 people for a quiet getaway.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Wasson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tania (8/5): Very clean unit with nice facilities. We had a lovely time thank you. - The location was excellent with just a short walk to the centre and beach. The pool was lovely We felt like we lacked privacy being on the ground floor and right by the entrance. Our bedroom was also right by a walkway. Next time we’d prefer an apartment on a higher level I think
- Vivienne (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diana (9/5): Great stay - Fantastic location (very close to town and the beach). Although older apartment well decorated and very clean. Great common facilities (pool, spa, bbq). Very quiet. Good size. Would definitely stay again . Excellent value Older block but ok
- Steve (9/5): Excellent location, comfy rooms with good facilities, easy to find and get around Byron Bay -
- Khani (8/5): The apartment was close to the beaches and coffee shops and all the walking paths were awesome - The location was good and close to many things we were looking for. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice space. The shower water pressure was not very strong. There was a slight mildew smell.
- Sarah (10/5): Byron perfection! - Absolutely fantastic property. Such a perfect location within walking distance to the beach and Main Street. Clean, large and all amenities you need. Added bonus of the outside courtyard space and hot tub! Would highly recommended. N/A
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean, quiet and in a great location. Walking distance from Byron centre and the beach. Easy and convenient place to stay.
- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (8/5): Comfortable clean n great location - Had everything in accommodation Too noisy from the upstairs apartment/ ceiling too thin
- Monique (6/5): Great location, comfy bed but weird smell in apartment. - Good location to Byron city centre, 5 minute walk and with gated underground parking. They had available kitchen utensils, pots and pans and plates and glasses. We stayed for 9 days but had to contact the owner for extra towels and toilet paper as one set wouldn't have been great, and they were able to accommodate in a timely manner. There was a weird mouldy smell throughout the apartment all day long, on entry is when it smells very bad. Not sure if it is the aircon filters that was producing the smell or somewhere that was mouldy. Shower head needs to be updated as the water was going in different directions. Not enough bin liners provided for the 9 day stay.
- Helene (10/5): Wonderful! - Superb location, excellent value for money Nothing at all
- Romina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hildburg (8/5): Very good -
- Anni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruth (9/5): Lovely apartment, good value. Really comfortable. - Really comfortable, well equipped, felt like a cosy home. No washing machine in the apartment but there is a laundry downstairs that you can pay to use.
- Catherine (8/5): Really enjoyable - Good location, nice lounge area, very clean and well equipped. Secure parking. Pool and spa were nice. Tv not working in 10A. Bed too soft and spongy. Lighting quite dim.
- E (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (8/5): Wonderful stay with very helpful hosts - Loved how responsive and helpful the hosts were. The information on booking.com was inaccurate (current construction was not advertised)
- Jezzeka (9/5): A nice stay, would definitely stay here again as it’s walking distance to the town centre. - Loved that the stay was so close to town and offered underground parking. There was also free street parking. The unit was a bit older and could use some renovations.
- Caera (4/5): Disappointing -
- Dennis (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (9/5): Private, quiet and affordable - Neat, tidy, clean, comfortable, quiet and good proximity to town. Nothing
- Danah (8/5): Very good -

- Greg (7/5): Good -
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Yu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miriam (9/5): Great apartment nice and close to Byron centre - Great location close walking distance to town but with none of the party noise or traffic. Homey feel, cute decor/books to read and a well equipped kitchenette. The pool looked lovely though we didn't use it given we were visiting in winter. Bright lights shining all night from the hallway outside the apartment made it a bit harder to sleep. Would've been good to have these on a timer. We couldn't get our car into the carpark due to low clearance so this made unpacking a bit harder. We were lucky to find a carpark close by on the street pretty easily.
- James (7/5): Great location and good value for money would stay again 👍 - Good spot close to the beach and town , not right on a the main road so road noise can’t be heard from the bedroom Nothing serious a Lack of mirrors for the wife getting ready
- Josiah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robinson (10/5): Exceptional - The location was within east walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants & shops. The apartment was really well equipped. It even had a coffee machine provided. Everything was clean & the hosts were friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
- Katrina (9/5): Superb -
- Judy (8/5): Great location and well maintained property. - Excellent location and easy to walk into Byron. Good parking facilities underneath with lift access which is a bonus if you have heavy luggage or lots of things. Well appointed apartment but no oven which wasn't an issue for us. Soft mattress which isnt our preference.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - everything
- Mandyloustu (9/5): A great stay in Byron Bay - Great location, just a short walk to the town centre. Great facilities with everything we needed a for a couple of days in Byron Bay. The bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, there were plenty of secure car parks, and the spa and pool were excellent. The hosts were quick to respond when my NZ number didn't receive the text about the lockbox code, and they were also quick to get in touch after my partner left some very important items in the drawer! We'd not hesitate to stay again.
- Kerry (10/5): it was perfect for a short getaway with no hassle. - it was clean, quiet and walking distance to everything we were pleased with everything
- Fiona (10/5): Brilliant Byron - The quality of the apartment was amazing with well appointed fittings and styling. The provided toiletries were branded and of high quality (Salus). The kitchen area was very clean and had everything for full use. The bed was phenomenally comfortable, like a big cloud. Nothing really. The ball handle on the shower felt a little flimsy for the size of the door- this would be the only thing to change.
- Lisa (10/5): Great - Great Location, the apartment was spotless clean and had everything you need.
- Iain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorraine (7/5): Good location and private accommodation. - The location and proximity to local facilities. Some of the fittings e.g. rugs and lounge cushions were a little too well worn. Also, we didn’t use it but the sofa bed looked broken.
- Toni (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Barrie (9/5): Ideal for touring the area - Location was handy for sight seeing & eating at night.
Under ground car parking was good.
- Janet (9/5): A great location at very nice accomodation, we used couch as extra bedding. A very comfy stay! -
