• GARRIGUES (8/5): Expérience originale , et pratique . - L’accueil de Ricardo a été exceptionnel. L’expérience est surprenante et La décoration de l’appartement est originale ! Logement très pratique car parking gratuit à proximité et possibilité de se rendre au centre de Málaga et des points touristiques en 15mn à pied ! J’ai trouvé que le prix de la chambre était un peu cher pour la prestation . Salle de bain partagée avec wc( mais cela je le savais à l’avance) un peu petite et fenêtre donnant sur la cuisine .

• Leon (5/5): okay for one night, value for money not really matched, would not book again - Decent location, very responsive and seemingly nice host (communication via whatsapp only) challenging parking situation, uncomfortable bed, the flat felt more like a hostel, I received way too many texts and videos on whatsapp before and during the stay (>100MB in videos is too much), others guests entered the bath with shoes (not the host‘s fault!), noisy house with thin walls - discussion past 2am kept us up

Frühstück war einfach toll, der Kühlschrank ist voll geladen mit leckeren Dingen - es fehlt an nichts. Bei mir hat es wunderbar geklappt - Vielen herzlichen Dank an Riccardo, er bot die notwendige Unterstützung beim Check-In. Aber....wäre er nicht anwesend gewesen, weiss ich nicht, ob ich mit dem "Self-Check-In" klar gekommen wäre... Aber dank WhatsApp, konnten wir vorab schon in Verbindung sein und alles lief reibungslos....

Kitchen was well stocked and open the people staying there. Very convenient to walking around the city. Richardo was a wonderful host! They even did our laundry for us! Property was cozy and eclectic in decoration. The only thing we found was that there was a small leak in the shower that made bathroom floor wet and slippery. Also, our window didn’t close properly, but being on the third floor, this didn’t bother us.

I loved the lo - The location was great, once I walked up and down the street a few times to find it. Once you find it, it’s perfectly located. I walked back-and-forth into town many times. Very easy. When I needed to go further the public bus is just a block away. The food available for breakfast is quite wonderful. I would definitely return. Other than the difficulty I had finding it initially… Needing help from a few different people on the street… I have no complaints.

J'ai trouvé une place dans la rue pas trop loin de l'appartement. Respect de tous pour l'usage des sanitaires communs. Chambre avec une fenêtre qui donne seulement sur un patio (peu de luminosité). Les consignes étaient données par un avatar impersonnel sur WhatsApp. On s'est retrouvé à 8-9 dans la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner. Nous étions trop nombreux dans la petite cuisine. Il n'y avait pas assez de place assises pour tous. Les consignes de faire la vaisselles ou pas n'étaient pas claires : j'ai commencé à faire la mienne alors que d'autres abandonnaient leur vaisselle sur la table. J'ai suivi le mouvement.

Det går inte att räkna med att hitta en parkeringsplats. Inte så roligt bemötande av värden i samband med att något gick sönder eller missuppfattning om vad som gällde kring frukost t ex, men annan personal bra.

Ne-am pregatit singuri micul dejun, care a fost bogat si variat (oua, fructe, etc). Gazda este foarte amabila. Parcarea a fost foarte dificila, nu se gasesc locuri. Spatiul comun este destul de mic.

We had a very late check-in after a late and then delayed flight and then getting our hire car. The breakfast options were very good but you do have to cook it yourself and then clean up. The biggest issue was trying to park the car. We only booked this place because it said that parking was available. It turns out that parking is very hard to find and could result in a 30 minute walk which at 1:30am dragging heavy luggage is far from ideal. We never met any staff, communication is totally electronic. The decor is over the top and the strong orange scent in the room was nauseating.

Pan Ricardo je milý, příjemný, ochotný, pohostinný a snaží se vyjít vstříct. Měli jsme příležitost potkat cestující z různých zemí ubytované také zde, sdílet zážitky, tipy na výlety v okolí a kontakty. Přes dveře našeho pokoje šlo slyšet zvuky z chodby a kuchyně.

• Stephan (8/5): - Das Konzept ist witzig. Eher ne WG. Wir durften unser Gepäck am Abreisetag da lassen und den Schlüssel noch etwas behalten da unser Heimflug erst am Abend ging. Vegane "Milch" wäre schön und etwas mehr verschiedenes Obst wie z.B. Bananen und Orangen. Der Geruch nach dem täglichen putzen war schlimm. Man wunderte sich, dass die Fliesen nicht weggeätzt waren.

Colazione fai da te fornitissima, cucina comune dotata di tutto La camera era molto piccola, così come il bagno. Io purtroppo ho avuto problemi con cattivi odori persistenti nella camera (forse muffa mascherata con profumazioni troppo intense) quindi lo sconsiglio a chi ha problemi di allergie a prodotti chimici o asma.

Parking is free on the street in the area but it may be difficult to find. There is plenty of food provided for self service breakfast, including bacon, eggs, cheese, butter, milk, desserts, fruits, tomatos, biscuits (many kinds), little cakes, tea, coffee and water. Well equipped shared kitchen, with fridge, toaster, microwave and more. Shared lounge and bathroom, plus little balcony full of plants. Room was good size and bed comfortable.

See you again soon - Staying at Casa de la Abuela Rosy was perhaps one of the best experiences I have had in my life while travelling. It is like staying with your family! The room was great, the mattress was excellent, the kitchen and breakfast were better than first class. But most of all, the best experience was the host Ricardo. Ricardo made us feel in good hands and at home. He was helpful, he gave guidance, assistance, and a feeling home. Few hosts in the world can compare to Ricardo. It was winter so the living room and kitchen were cold. Also, it is difficult (but not impossible) to find parking.

• Denis (9/5): Good location for Malaga city center - Good location, close to city center, free parking along the road ( not too many spaces, but possible to find. Room close to the entrance door, can hear when other guests come in and leave.

• Silvia (8/5): - Buona posizione per lasciare auto con parcheggio gratuito in strada e relativamente vicina al centro città (15 minuti). A disposizione in frigo molto cibo, sia dolce che salato. Ampio salone per poter mangiare nell'appartamento. La camera era piccola per poter aprire bene due valigie. La finestra era poco oscurata e faceva trapelare luce. La cucina era troppo piena di cose e si aveva la percezione di ridotta pulizia (essendo la cucina in comune con le altre camere). Bagno in comune.
• Miroslav (7/5): - Snídaně byla samoobslužná. Potravin byl dostatek. Kuchyň byla k dispozici kdykoliv a byla dobře vybavená. Lokalita klidná a lehce dostupná do středu města buď MHD nebo pěšky. V okolí dost obchodů, kaváren i podniků rychlého občerstvení. V době mé návštěvy bylo v celém objektu docela chladno (16°C). Větrání ze sociálního zařízení bylo skrze kuchyň. Sociální zařízení bylo společné s druhým pokojem.
• Dana (9/5): - Ganz reizende Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr ruhig. Kühlscgrank ist gefüllt, Frühstück stellt man selbst zusammen. Gerne wieder. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht einfach, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Typische spanische Großstadt, enge Gassen und alles zugeparkt. Besser Kleinwagen mieten, dort abstellen und Malaga zu Fuß erkunden. Ist von der Unterkunft alles fußläufig gut erreichbar.

• Dominique (8/5): Superbe séjour à Malaga - L’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Ricardo. La propreté de la maison. Les petites attentions de Ricardo pour notre chien ( croquettes, friandises, gamelle, coussin, ...) Les messages et vidéos WhatsApp pour nous présenter notre chambre, les parkings proche, ... Bruit dans la chambre en face. Le lit un peu trop dure pour moi mais avis personnel
• Liene (9/5): - Tā bija īpaša pieredze, kā pie krustmātes Malagā. Draudzīgs saimnieks. Mājīgs iekātrtojums, par visu padomāts, izcila ideja. Noteikti iesaku šādu pieredzi. Patika virtuve ar pieejamiem produktiem , paši varējām gatavot brokastis. Vienīgi problēma bija ar apstāšanos un bagāžas izkraušanu no auto, jo tur nebija iespējas apstāties pat uz 1 minūti, policija uztreiz bija klāt un uzlika sodu. Mūsu bagāža bija smaga un to nest no tālākajām autostāvvietām nebija iespējams.

• Engin (10/5): Rezalet - Tesiste kalamadık. Çünkü ev sahibi odamızı başka birilerine vermişti. Tuvaleti içerde olan bir oda kiralamamıza rağmen tuvaleti dışarda olan bir oda vermek istedi . Aradaki fiyat farkını ödemeyi kabul etti. Başka odası olmadığını ve rezervasyonu iptal ederek kendimize başka yer bulmamamızı önerdi. Bizde hotelde kalmamaya karar verdik . Kötü olan sadece 1 gün öncesinde seçtiğimiz odanın bize whatsapptan teyidini yol tarihi ile birlikte yolladı ve son ana kadar odamızın olmadığını bilmiyorduk . En azından bilseydik başka yere öncesinden yeni rezervasyon yapar ve pahalıya son dakika yer bulmaktan kurtulurduk. Dikkat edin son dakika açıkta kalabilirsiniz.
