• Golembiewski (10/5): Fantastischer Aufenthalt - Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, der kostenlose Shuttle von und zum Flughafen war sehr komfortabel. Hervorzuheben ist der „Buttlerservice“, der uns alle Informationen zum National Forest Park gegeben hat. Vor allem war auch Rezeptionist Ming super, er spricht Englisch und stand uns bei vielen Fragen zur Seite, freundlich und engagiert! Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt hier fantastisch, wir würden das Hotel immer wieder empfehlen.

• Kim (9/5): - Tolles Personal mit einem „Personal Butler“ Konzept, der einem bei den Ausflügen etc. Hilft inkl. kostenlose Taxis zum Bahnhof / Flughafen. Hotelzimmer sind sauber und geräumig, strategisch gute Lage nahe an Flughafen, Bahnstation und Seilbahn. Das Design vom Badezimmer ist nicht optimal (keine Privatsphäre). Es gibt einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber keinen Tee/Kaffee. Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber lecker.
• Ronald (6/5): - Great atmosphere and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. What we didn’t like was mainly related to the room and breakfast experience. On our first night, the room had a strong cigarette smell, as if someone had been smoking there recently. The odor was quite overwhelming and made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the breakfast could definitely be improved. The selection was quite limited and basic. Overall, it felt underwhelming and could benefit from more variety and better preparation.

Shen Shen was incredibly genuine, warm, and friendly—she went above and beyond to help us. She assisted us in planning our trip, arranged airport pickups and drop-offs, booked all our tickets (including shuttle tickets), and even suggested the best routes to explore. She stayed in touch throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed. The manager was very kind, and breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hosts (especially Xianxian and Qianqian) were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring; they went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay! A special highlight was how they helped organize our trips and excursions, without their support, our experience definitely wouldn’t have been this memorable. The accommodation itself was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is also excellent, with everything easily accessible. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality – we would absolutely love to come back! -

• Jessiel (10/5): Best customer service ever - We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Liang, the manager who also acted as our butler, went above and beyond to make our trip to Zhangjiajie unforgettable. Before and during our stay, he carefully planned our itinerary so we could see the key highlights while avoiding bad weather. He constantly checked the forecast and adjusted plans to make sure we had the best experience possible. The service started from the moment we arrived. The hotel arranged an airport pickup as part of their service, welcomed us with thoughtful gifts, and served us a beautiful tea prepared by another host, who is also one of Liang’s siblings. The warm, family-style hospitality made us feel immediately at home. Liang also created a group chat with us so that we could easily reach out if we needed help at any time. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. Liang actively advised us about common pitfalls and tourist traps to avoid, helping us save time, avoid delays, and not waste money on unnecessary things. Breakfast was included each morning and was absolutely amazing, especially the traditional Hunan noodle soup which we loved. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring. What impressed us the most was Liang’s immense dedication. He even came in on his day off to help us plan our day, booked Didi rides for us to different attractions, and helped arrange a taxi for our journey to our next destination. His level of care and attention is truly exceptional. Liang and his siblings have created something truly special with this hotel. It is by far the most beautiful and memorable hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. The level of hospitality, care, and attention to detail has set the bar incredibly high and has honestly raised our standards for hotels in the future. It will be very difficult for other hotels to match the experience they have created here. Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect

"I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the team Dan Dan and Shan Shan went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. They didn’t just help us with directions; they personally assisted us in booking tickets for every part of our journey to ensure we didn’t get scammed or lost. However, what truly moved us was their honesty and generosity. When we needed a taxi, they actually rented one for us using their own money to make sure we had a safe and fair ride. That is the definition of world-class service. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to making strangers feel like family. If you are in Zhanjiang, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. • joancasanas (10/5): Hotel familiar excelente, con atención personalizada - El hotel está gestionado por una familia y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nuestro asesor, Liang, hablaba perfectamente inglés y nos guió de manera clara y detallada para visitar el Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y el Monte Tianmen. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo por WeChat y nos ayudó con cualquier necesidad. La habitación para tres personas era cómoda, con dos baños, una ducha y dos camas de matrimonio, además de tener un precio muy asequible. El hotel también ofrece recogida y traslado a la estación de tren de forma gratuita y puntual, lo cual fue muy práctico. El desayuno es limitado, principalmente comida china, por lo que puede resultar flojo si no eres aficionado a este tipo de comida. La ubicación está bien, pero como los sitios de interés están apartados, no es un factor determinante.

No solo no hay nada occidental sino que ni siquiera la máquina de café funcionaba. El primer día, solo café (nada de latte, cappuccino o similar) y a partir del segundo día, ni siquiera funcionaba. Dsp, era toda comida asiática. No lo recomiendo. El personal del desayuno nada amable y poco profesional.

But the thing that makes this hotel deserve a 10/10 is the amazing service of the girls from reception, I’ve never experienced better service. They replied super quickly to all my questions on wechat and Dan Dan so kindly spend a lot of time planning my entire itinerary in much detail. The advice was so good I ended up giving the map to other tourists in the park and the end of my trip! This service will make sure you have the best stay. 10/10 would recommend.

• Alviajero (9/5): Helpful staff and nice room - Our stay here was very good. The staff helped us to organize what to do in Zhangjiajie as we were staying only for 2 full days and it was a challenge. The money we paid for this service was totally worth it and we had a really good experience. The room was big and the bed were very comfy. The only thing that was a real challenge was using the dryers during our stay. There were only 2 and unfortunately, I couldn't delay to do the washing anymore. I had to wait in the utility room for one and a half hour in order to use it so I didn't miss my turn.
• Susanne (9/5): - Das Zimmer war für eine Familiensuite grosszügig und mit Türe abtrennbar, sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war vorwiegend auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet, aber auch Europäer finden etwas Feines. Wasser in Petflaschen werden immer gratis ins Zimmer gebracht, an der Rezeption darf man auch mehr davon verlangen. Der Abholservice vom Flughafen hat einwandfrei geklappt. Der Treffpunkt wurde sofort nach der Landung per WeChat von der äusserst zuvorkommenden ShanShan mitgeteilt sowie auch eine Wegbeschreibung zum Treffpunkt. Auch weitere Fahrten mit dem Hotelchauffeur haben immer wunderbar geklappt und wir mussten nie warten. Aliang war dabei sehr hilfreich beim Übersetzen ins Englische. Ein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr praktisch.

Ook kon ik gewoon wasjes draaien alles was er aanwezig en je mocht er gewoon gebruik van maken. Hele fijne en erg vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Vooral Fang Fang is geweldig. The place was clean and offered a free laundry room to wash clothes. They also offered shuttle service free of charge to the airport and back. Breakfast could have had a bit more selection of food. Shan Shan helped us to book and plan out all our tours which we originally planned to book ourselves but we were glad we didn’t because we would have been very lost! If I could score her service higher than 10/10 I would. Comfortable beds, clean room, good location with local restaurants. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Zhangjiajie, thank you Shan Shan!

Il miglior hotel di tutta la vacanza. Se mai dovessimo tornare sicuramente sara in questo Hotel - esserci stati pochi giorni!

AC only blast cold air and not able to dry the air, dryer not able to fully dry clothes recommend not use it the day before you leave as clothe take extra day to dry in the room. We also found cockroach in room and staff offered a new room if we wanted, stating roach is very common in the area (but our other stays did not have this).

Xia Hua is the sweetest person in the entire Zhangjiajie, she made my whole stay unforgettable with all her support, local recommendations and tips.

• So Many Places to Go and See (9/5): - The staff were extremely helpful to guests who hasn't booked their attraction tickets and they are expert advise who can arrange package tours. They are also willing to collect and drop off to the Hi- Speed train station. Hospitality and helpfulness in arranging sightseeing activities is top class and does their city proud.

But what makes this hotel they best choice is its staff: they follow and support you in everything you need, from transportation to sightseeing tours, to planning your whole stay, to giving tips on the Zhangjiajie area in general. Specifically for us, Xia Hua was our angel, thanks to her our stay in Zhangjiajie was the best ever, she helped us so much and gave us so much support and suggestions, it wouldn’t have been the same without her. I would 100% recommend this hotel, not solely for its features but for the amazing staff that works in there.

• Irati (9/5): Hotel perfecto en Zhangjiajie - La atención y la ayuda que nos brindó ShanShan. Nos cogió todas las entradas para las atracciones que queríamos visitar y nos explicó el recorrido de cada uno de ellas. La habitación era muy amplia. Había servicio de lavandería gratuita. El desayuno muy escueto. El gimnasio está compuesto solamente por una cinta de correr.

However, the best thing about this place is the service. It is simply excellent. Their housekeeper, Dandan, is honestly the best housekeeper I have ever met. She helped us plan each of our trips, did all the bookings for us and explained everything with patience and care. She was always there when we needed her, and is the sweetest and nicest person ever. Our trip has been a success, all thanks to her. Thank you, Dandan 🩷 The A/C of one of the rooms made some noise and the breakfast could have a few western options. In any case, these are just minor things and I still really recommend to stay here.

He organised for us all ticket and transports purchases. He explained very well how to visit both the Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. Also, one night for dinner he ordered a meal to McDonald's, and they bring it to our room Simply superb. Nothing.

• Than (9/5): The service and room is excellent and deserves recommendations to my family and friends - The property was located in quite a decent area where the furthest attraction was the national park which was 30mins drive away. There were convenience stores and food all around a few minutes walk. They provide pickup services to/from airport or train station as well so there was no hassle in finding a ride with your luggage. Room was in an excellent state with a bonus of an in-built Bluetooth speaker to play your favourite songs when relaxing in the room. Customer service was one of the best so far especially our service staff Xiao Xian (小仙). She was very attentive to us; telling us what to look out for during attraction visits, recommending places to eat and visit, explaining routes and prices to look out for, and even helping us get attraction ticket. Definitely can look for her when visiting ZhangJiaJie, 5 out of 5! The only down part was the breakfast. Selection wasn’t the best but taste wise was decent. But no complaints since it comes free together with the room, and I could always get breakfast around the shops nearby.
