• Fulton (9/5): Great neighborhood feel close to attractions - Host Stephano was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for food and dining recommendations and you won't be disappointed. The location is minutes from the historical center of Florence and its attractions, but without the crowds. The rooms are a good value. Note that there is no elevator to the second floor location. Stephano assists with luggage, but you need to be able to climb stairs. Breakfast at the Twisty Bistro across the street provides a wonderful immersion into the local culture; it was fun to drink coffee, eat a croissant, and watch the local regulars come in every morning and chat with each other and the barista... Italian gestures and conversations at their best! Nothing.

Host met us, carried our bags up (yay!) and gave us a "Florence top 10" places to visit -- including ways to avoid some crowds. Mosquitos. Italy doesn't do window screens, so perhaps it is on us. We like to sleep with the window open. Bed was a bit hard, but we found quilted pads in the wardrobe to use to make it better.

• Marica (10/5): Best Experience in Florence - Amazing location and excellent host! Everything we needed was within a 10 minutes walk but usually closer. The building was extremely quiet, comfortable beds, well maintained, and Stefano was available if we needed anything. (Which we didn’t). I highly recommend asking him where to eat so you avoid the touristy restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Florence. Twist Bistrot is the perfect spot for coffee and it’s right across the street as well as a grocery store. I loved everything about this property!

• Birte (9/5): Absolute Top-Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten - Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und vom Flughafen super mit dem T2 zu erreichen. Durch die zentrale Lage kann es am Wochenende durch die Nachtschwärmer schon mal etwas lauter sein, da das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen ist. Ansonsten ist die Straße für Florenz sehr ruhig ;-) Zimmer für drei Tage perfekt. Typisch italienisch frühstücken konnte man direkt gegenüber in einem kleinen Café für 5 Euro. Der Kaffee war super! war alles ok

• João (8/5): Ótimo apartamento, espaçoso e muito bem localizado - Pequeno almoço muito bom, quarto muito espaçoso e localização muito boa, a poucos minutos do centro histórico e do combóio para o aeroporto. O serviço foi impecável e muito prestável. Casa de banho espaçosa. A ter de apontar algum ponto de melhoria seria a decoração do quarto e algum ruído norturno.

Te dejan para servirte café y Massi fue muy agradable apenas llegamos de guiarnos con un mapa se los lugares a recorrer. Si bien la hab que elegimos no tenía ventana, eso no nos afectó, ya q es su tamaño es acorde y todo funcionaba muy bien. Lo mejor es. Que está a 3 cuadras de la catedral y al acceso de todo. Muy recomendable!! Todo ok.

• Miriam (8/5): Estupenda - La amabilidad de Stefano y Maximo, la ubicacion, la facilidad al llegar por la noche, la insonorizacion de la habitacion.. en fin.. todo en general, es un sitio que esta super bien. Por poner algo.. nuestra cama que estaba en la habitacion F chirriaba mucho el cabezal cada vez que te dabas la vuelta. Se lo comentamos a Maximo, pero quizas deberian mirarlo mejor.

He gave us all facilities to ease our stay and make it good, and he also gave us very interesting tips to explore Florence. The room was big, clean and nice, and the bathroom was modern and worked perfectly. The building is a bit old and has no lift. The street is a bit noisy. Also the forced ventilation system of the bathroom is a bit noisy. We missed a bigger table at the room, that had the space to admit it.

We took the tramvia from the airport, and the last stop was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The stay was quite good, and the hotel was clean. The service was fabulous. We had to pay the tax in cash, but we hadn't been told this, so it was difficult to find an ATM that didn't charge us a commission.

• tomgarg (10/5): Scelta perfetta - B&B situato in posizione perfetta a 100 m da Piazza Duomo in un palazzo d’epoca in una bellissima strada. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita, arredata con gusto e fornita di tutti i comfort. Molto efficiente e silenzioso il sistema di climatizzazione/riscaldamento ,inoltre la stanza è fornita anche di frigobar. La pulizia viene svolta ogni giorno con anche cambio di asciugamani. Stefano è stato veramente un host gentilissimo e premuroso e ci ha fornito un sacco di indicazioni sulle cose importanti da vedere e su dove andare a cena e ci siamo trovati bene con i suoi consigli. Di fronte al portone d’ingresso c’è anche un bar molto carino che fa un ottimo caffè espresso, Ottimo anche il ristorante a pochi metri dal B&B ,entrambi consigliati da Stefano. Volendo si potrebbe mettere una mensola in più in bagno

• Rikuya (10/5): 綺麗でコスパの良いホテル - スタッフがとても親切で、フィレンツェの名所を丁寧に教えてくれました。おすすめのレストランも教えていただき、とてもおいしかったです。小さな冷蔵庫が部屋にあり、オーナーさんの（共用の）大きな冷蔵庫も使用して良いと言ってもらえました。シャワーもお湯が出続けるため快適です。チェックアウト後、荷物を預けたいと伝えると鍵のかかった部屋に入れてくれ、鍵の場所を教えてくれたので安心でした。 エレベーターが無いので荷物を手持ちで運ぶ必要があるが、スタッフさんが手伝ってくれた。

• MINERVA (10/5): Florencia una ciudad de ensueño y de cuento en Navidad por toda su decoración. - La atención por parte de Stefano fue increíble, en todo momento desde que llegamos un trato muy familiar, nos explico y recomendó donde ir a comer a sitios que fueren espectaculares que no hubiéramos conocido sin él y que visitar. Cualquier duda o problema que tuvimos la resolvió de inmediato, nos pidió taxi para ir a la estación. La estancia muy cómoda, limpia y tranquila. La localización espectacular, íbamos con nuestra niña de 3 años sin carrito y podíamos desplazarnos andando a a visitar todo por estar en pleno centro y volver a descansar cómodamente. Volveríamos sin duda a reservar en el mismo sitio. Un 10 sobre todo por el trato tan personal y amable de Stefano. Lo único, que quitaban la calefacción a unas horas por la tarde y hasta las 10 de la noche no volvía en la habitación y pasamos bastante frio, hasta que volvía.

• Michael (8/5): Great place and very nice hosts! - The location is great, close to Duomo and David. The beds were great. Entry was easy and hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Bathroom shower was large enough to pick up the soap when dropped! Lots of good restaurant choices with to 10 min walk for every meal. Felt very safe in that part of town and was right in the middle of it all. Had some issues with street noise, but we were there on new years eve, so that was to be expected. The other nights we were there that was not a problem. Shared kitchen is a little odd, but we didn't need to use it for anything anyway, we just slept there.

• Emanuele (8/5): Nel cuore di Firenze - Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e soprattutto a pochi passi dalla piazza del Duomo e da San Lorenzo. Camera molto ampia e pulitissima, con servizi grandi e doccia spaziosa, in un bel palazzo signorile. Niente di particolare. A voler proprio trovare un minimo difetto, la mancanza di ascensore (ma il B&B è comunque al primo piano).
