It had everything we needed. It took us about 15 mins to walk to Ploce Gate at Old Town which wasn’t too bad. Nothing it was perfect!

The location with a short walk to downtown, convenient drop off and pick up location at the property, cleanliness and the impeccable view. The promptness of response time was appreciated and their driver suggestions were very professional No need to lug luggage up stairs HIGHLY recommend! nothing
- Tome Tokic (10/5): Exceptional views of Dubrovnik in a high quality apartment and building. Highly Recommneded. - Maro, the host was exceptionally helpful during our stay and even arranged a special session with the artist who's painting are in the apartment. The parking in the building ended up being a god send given Dubrovnik has implemented a Restricted Traffic Zone as of June 2025. Having a parking spot is now crucial if staying in the old town area as you will otherwise be fined for entering. Wasn't aware that the Restricted Traffic Zone is now in place, so a heads up that this is now in place but not an issue for this apartment would be good information to be shared on the listing.
