• Celeste (7/5): Appartamento carino e comodo - L’appartamento è molto accogliente ed anche grande abbastanza per una famiglia con un bambino. Il cucinotto è dotato di tutto l’occorrente per preparare un pasto senza troppe pretese. La posizione è buona: 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro whitechapel. La pochissima insonorizzazione. Purtroppo abbiamo sentito i nostri vicini fare rumore anche alle 4 di mattina.
• brano (7/5): - It's very good location, tube and DLR is just few minutes of walk. Sainsbury's is next door. There is a market just 300m away, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetable. The road on the street might be noisy even durig the night. The water from the shower is just too cold, or too hot and the presure of water is too weak (but it is quiet common in the UK).

• Anna (9/5): Top - molto comodo per i mezzi e il supermercato, bagno top e acqua sempre calda anche dopo 4 docce consecutive. pulizia generale buono. molto piccolo lo spazio ma in 4 ci siamo girate tranquille materassi e cuscini un po' sfondati da sostituire. muffa sul muro della cucina. forse un po' freddo ma dopo aver capito come far funzionare il riscaldamento tutto ok.

• Bozhidar (5/5): леко разочароващо - Местоположението на апартамента е чудесно. На 10 минути от Метрото (Елизабет Лайн) и 30 минути пеша от Тауър Бридж. Обзавеждането е старо. Леглата са неудобни. Не работеше Wi-Fi при пристигането ни. Наложи се хазяина да идва в 23.00 часа и да подменя оборудването. Имахме проблем и с ключа на входната врата, който хазяина любезно подмени!

Le quartier n’est pas le plus joli de Londres mais tout peut se faire à pied à partir de cet emplacement même avec des enfants :)

• Leigh (9/5): Great! We would rent again in a heartbeat - Great communication with the landlord/person in charge of rental. Apartment had everything we needed included for a short or long stay. Location was just outside of the very touristy areas but within walking distance so very accessible. Apartment was very affordable and a fair price considering we went in peak season when every other accommodation jacks their prices up sky high. Beautiful balcony with great views though was covered in previous renters cigarette butts. Shower head was broken however the person in charge of the rental was not made aware of this before our stay.

• Claudia (1/5): Schlimm - Ganz ehrlich - Nichts! Schimmel überall, die Betten komplett kaputt - Lattenrost mit Kabelbinder und Tixo etwas zusammengeflickt, über einige Streben einfach Bretter gelegt, Matratze durchgelegen. Die Couch in der Küche, die als Doppelbett genutzt werden musste hat ihre besten Jahre auch schon lange vorbei- steinhart nicht zum schlafen geeignet- sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt bisher. Hat nichts mit den Fotos zu tun die man bei der Buchung sieht, keine Ahnung woher die stammen. Badezimmer und Küche richtig eklig, Schimmel soweit das Auge reicht, absolut kein Wasserdruck reicht nicht um lange Haare auszuwaschen. Die Küche ja was soll man sagen - vermutlich wurde der Schimmel vor einiger Zeit mal übermalen, der Maler hat auch die Türen und die Küche gemalt überall geht die Farbe wieder ab - eine Zumutung war das gesamte - Wahnsinn!

• Jasmine (7/5): - L’appartamento abbastanza grande , provvisto dei comfort , accesso facile , fermata del bus e della metro molto vicina Hanno lasciato solo un asciugamano a testa per tre notti , nel bagno ogni doccia si allagava tutto e non vi era neanche un asciugamano in più da usare come tappetino , pulizie solo ultimo giorno , posizione buona ma avendo l’ospedale vicino era un via vai di ambulanze .

• Veronica (8/5): - Alloggio fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di tre notti in tre persone. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma era ben organizzata (oltre ai fornelli, c'erano anche microonde, bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè con cialde a disposizione). C'è un market proprio sotto casa. La metro e il National Express per l'aeroporto sono a comoda distanza (15 min a piedi). Sarebbe stato comodo ma non fondamentale avere anche un asciugamano a testa a disposizione oltre al telo per la doccia. Appartamento spartano ma comodo.

Ou plutôt un matelas de 10 cm sur une planche de bois sur laquelle il ne faut pas être grand et avoir le dos costaud pour tenir ! De la pizza sous le canapé , des saletés partout, des ampoules qui pendent du plafond , des equipements gras , une odeur d' humidité horrible ,le sol gondolé, le lit double rafistolé avec du scotch et un propriétaire qui m'annonce que c est ce que j ai réservé et c est comme ça ! Un service booking inefficace pour nous sortir de ce logement insalubre !

Dans la salle de bain.non plus car c etait envahi par des produits d entretiens ,sur les 3 prises il y avait une près du lit qui ne fonctionnait pas . Pas de débit d eau . Mauvaises odeurs ds la salle de bain ( genre ammoniaque ) , tres bruyantla nuit ..enfin le seul point positif c etait les stations de bus et l épicerie qui se trouve q côté de l appart .

• Shrestha (9/5): Well-located, clean, spacious, and offering great city views. - The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The coffee was excellent, and everything was in good working order. The dishwasher was very handy. When we needed fresh towels, we were able to use the washing machine — and on a hot summer day, they dried by the evening! The transport links were great too — just 5–7 minutes from Shadwell Train Station — with easy access to markets. Sainsbury’s is just around the corner. Highly recommended! We arrived a bit early and were asked to wait, which was fair — but we ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes past our check-in time, and by then we really needed to use the bathroom. When we finally got our keys and entered the room, the cleaner was still there and told us that check-in was actually an hour later. This was frustrating, and we had to show our confirmed check-in time. While this wasn’t a huge problem, I would have expected the room to be ready by the stated check-in time. That said, when we requested a late check-out, the owner was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to stay longer.

• Iván Marín (5/5): Bien por la limpieza, pero se debe renovar las camas - La limpieza del lugar y la fácil comunicación con el responsable Contratamos una cama de matrimonio, un sofá cama y una cuna. Cuando llegamos teníamos 3 camas de 90 a cual peor el colchón y tuvimos que hacer un apaño ya que íbamos con un bebé y no teníamos la cuna ni cabíamos en la cama de 90 junto a un adulto

• Khadija (10/5): Cosy and homey and had eveything you’d need - I liked how accomdating the host was, I was going through a very difficult stressful traumatic time and needed a apartment studio hotel anything very close by to royal London hospital for my sons surgery, the apartment provided us with safety, comfort, and all the necessities we’d need, a washing machine to wash his clothes and a bath tub to keep him comforted, they allowed us to check our late for free and it helped us more than anything get on our feet, may god bless they’re business I liked everything

• Jodie (7/5): Located in a diverse neighborhood, the site offers convenient access to multiple transportation options, with a moderate - The room was spacious enough to accommodate a family of four. It was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness when we reported an issue. The location was conveniently situated near the DLR underground train station, within a 10-minute walk, while the alternative underground train option was approximately 15-20 minutes away. It was easy to get to from the airport. There was a supermarket conveniently located just a couple of steps from the location. As we stayed over the summer, the lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep windows open at night, which led to significant noise disruptions caused by traffic and construction in the area. A pronounced sewage odor was detected in the bathroom and kitchen sink, but was alleviated through the use of provided bleach and air fresheners.

• Anastasia (4/5): 9 /100 - Is really nice place really nice view the space in the room was specious and cosy We ask one day to change our towels and they didn’t change it for nor they didn’t clean the hotel were we stayed for 7 days no cleaners didn’t came and we had threw out the garbages and we went to the office of the reception to ask for toilet papers they gave us and the few days went and we ask to give us extra toilet papers the one lady complain to us she gave us .:. I would go again but I hope I will find again cleaner to clean the room

Great value for money too..this is lovely place to stay overall The curtains didn't cover the window which meant the streetlights were bright when trying to sleep The mattresses do need updating as the springs are gone and they turn into pancakes Despite all that, I managed to sleep, it wasn't noisy, despite the central location, and the place was spotlessly clean so it's still a great place to stay

Absolutely not worth the price, looks much better in the pictures. Very uncomfortable beds, broken window, dirty cutlery, curtains did not cover the entire window, so the light from the street was very disturbing during the night. Water pressure and temperature in shower was horrible.

• Babak (2/5): Very poor - It is 10 mins walk to Metro station but is not central line you need to make some transfers to reach touristic places. Internet doesnt work in the room. Water in the shower is either very hot or cold. We could not take a shower. Personnel was very rude. We were leaving room 10-15 mins later than check out time and cleaning lady was very rude with us. Neighbourhood is not very safe.
• Biankapan (9/5): A good apartment close to Tower of London - The room is clean, spacious and convenient. It has everything you need. The location is not too far from central London and overall great for the price, but the neighbourhood was a Pakistani one, I believe. The water coming from the sink was cold. There was hot water in the shower, but the current was a bit weak. There were some shady guys around in the neighbourhood, but the place itself was safe with two locks with codes. So we had no issues with it, we felt ok even as a group of girls.

I would advice to put curtains on the inside window as light from the corridor was coming inside the room.

I had room from street view and because of bad quality windows was little to loud. Night was pretty cold and we must on heating. Unfortunately only one works but it was enough. 10min walk to underground.

• Szimonetta (5/5): It could have been very nice... - The cleaning woman was incredibly nice. Thanks to her! I booked the apartment approx. at 11.30 a.m. My reservation was accepted, the checkin time was from 14.00 and we arrived at 14.40. We called the host for the checkin info and he gave us the code to get in. Even that he knew that the apartment was not cleaned, it was just how the guests left it before us. We called the host again and asked what is the situation exactly and he came up with excuses but said that the maid is on its way so she can clean the room.... We lost more than 2 hours which was needed because we had plans for that day and really needed a clean place to stay. We got only 20£ refound.. All the 5 points I give is for the cleaning lady.
• Ay (10/5): Great location, Felt very homely! - Easy check in, check out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Groceries just downstairs. A very nice lady, I think her name was Liza asked us and made sure if we needed clean linen, towels or anything else. Bathroom door didn't fully close in flat no 2. Didn't have a dressing mirror, could've easily had fit one on the wardrobe door. Needs a bed lamp too.
• Jacy (10/5): Cozy and bright studio - The bed was really comfortable, clean toilet, had everything I needed for a short stay. Sainsbury's at the front door, very convenient location The main door is too noisy, it woke me up in the morning as people started getting out. The only place it was not very clean was the kitchen, the table was dirty and also inside the cupboard.

• Adriana (10/5): The name says it all ;) (comfortable-costy-budget) - It was very clean and cosy, all the beds were very comfortable, could imagine staying there even longer. It was very private, we didn’t meet any people who were staying there too, shop with groceries was right next to it. The center is very near, we were walking the whole time and always get there in cca hour. The only thing we didn’t like was the lousy streets, but if you closed the window it was alright. Very hard was learning how the shower works but then we figured it out.
