Everything is dirty, the beds are old and broken, and the staff are very loud at night while cooking food that smells terrible, with those odors spreading into your room.

• labat (7/5): Très bonne situation géographique et bon prix mais communs pas très propre. - L'emplacement est top et le personnel très sympa, nous avons pris une chambre pour trois qui était assez grande, je conseille pour des personnes voulant visiter et pas particulièrement rester dans l'appartement. Le rapport qualité prix est très bien si vous dormez juste au logement. La propreté des chambres étaient correct mais les communs très moyen, le logement manquait clairement d'équipement de cuisine.

Badezimmer voll mit schwarzem Schimmel und Dusche kaputt, Toiletten Sitz kaputt. Zweite Badezimmer Dusche auch kaputt, Farbe kommt von derr Decke ab und voll mit schwarzem Schimmel. Schlafzimmer auch mit schwarzem Schimmel, Fenster auch halb kaputt. Teppich im Treppen Haus Wochen nicht gesaugt. Sehr laut im Haus, Party wird um 3uhr morgens gefeiert und Hasch wird geraucht obwohl beides sind im Haus verboten. Manger wird informiert und sagt es wird jeden Tag geputzt das offensichtlich ist gelogen.

• Kinga (1/5): - Obiekt London E2 Rooms kompletnie nie przypomina tego, co widać na zdjęciach w ofercie. Pokój wyglądał tak, jakby nikt go nie sprzątał przed naszym przyjazdem. Podłogi wręcz kleiły się z brudu, a co najgorsze – na ścianie był widoczny grzyb, co jest niebezpieczne dla zdrowia! Części wspólne, czyli łączona kuchnia i łazienka, to był kolejny dramat. Było tam po prostu obrzydliwie brudnie i ewidentnie nikt tam nie sprzątał od bardzo długiego czasu. Jakby tego było mało, w całym budynku potwornie śmierdziało papierosami i marihuaną. Dodatkowo było bardzo głośno, więc o jakimkolwiek odpoczynku nie było mowy. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym miejscu – to strata pieniędzy, czasu i zdrowia.

• Niklas (2/5): Billig und nur für Alleinreisende Männer zu empfehlen. - Es war sehr günstig und dicht an der Innenstadt gelegen. Man konnte die Unterkunft gut mit der U-Bahn erreichen. Sehr dreckige Badezimmer und Toiletten. Türen waren sehr dünn und das Schloss sah nicht stabil aus. Laute Gäste zu unserer Zeitpunkt. Meine Frau und Schwägerin reisten nach 6 Stunden direkt wieder ab.

• ROBERT (1/5): THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE TO STAY !!! - NEVER AGAIN !!!! The room, bathroom and the shared kitchen were filthy dirty with one inch of dust everywhere. The bedding and the bed reeked of damp. We had to wait 2.5 hours for towels to arrive, even though the owner lives a few rooms away. We were with child and radiators were only on for one hour, even though it was only 1 degree Celsius outside. The windows overlooked a pile of garbage, broken furniture and other unnecessary items surrounding the house. Disgusting place, hasn’t been cleaned for ages. Please see the comments above.

This is very important as the cleanliness is the main important thing for me. - The cleanliness in other parts of the rooms such as bathroom, shower and kitchen are also well maintained. - I like this hotel cuz it's complete with the kitchen which allows you to cook your own meal. You can use the frying pans provided. - The cupboards are many in the room with the hangers as well. - The heating works very properly. It gives me so much warmth at night. - The equipment also quiet complete: Hair dryer, iron, fan, portable heater if you don't feel warm enough, TV, and what I like the most the room is spacious and it got two double bed and 1 single bed without you have to climb up the bed like bunk bed. - also the bed sheet is sooo softtt. To be fair, this is exactly what is written in the description: a room with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. You need to bring your own slippers for showering since the bathroom is shared. If you get a room upstairs, it can sometimes be a bit inconvenient to go downstairs just to use the bathroom or the kitchen. Prepare your own rice cooker if you plan to cook rice. Bring your own cooking ingredients, as the ingredients you see in the kitchen may belong to other guests.

Las fotos engañan. Han sido las peores vacaciones de mi vida. • Lopez Alcalde (1/5): La peor experiencia de booking - Absolutamente nada Vergonzoso, habré reservado mil apartamentos en mil sitios ninguno que se parezca a este, 0 parecidos con las fotos y la peor higiene que he visto jamás, entramos a las 11 de la mañana a dejar las cosas y el olor era malísimo y el estado peor, de todas formas les dimos más tiempo porque no tenían la limpieza terminada ya que el check in era a las 3pm, volvimos a las 9:30 pm y nada más llegar tuvimos que irnos, iba a describir la escena pero unas imágenes valen más que mil palabras, pido porfavor a todo el que lea este mensaje que no alquile esta “casa”, estamos iniciando trámites legales porque booking no os ofrecerá ninguna solución cuando os vayáis os dara la razón de que argumentalmente tenéis razón pero que una vez el propietario de esta pocilga niegue el reembolso no pueden hacer nada. ESTAFA tanto por la empresa BOOKING como por el propietario de este “alojamiento”.

Además nos dejaron toallas y había secador de pelo. La conexión con el centro es perfecta aunque tengas que coger metro, ya que solo era una o dos paradas en metro. La cama extremadamente dura aunque al final dormimos bien porque estabamos muy cansados del día. Hacía algo de frio en la habitación y la calefacción no funcionaba o no la supimos poner pero con el edredón dormimos bien. Los baños estaban algo sucios y el mobiliario era muy chapucero. Fue muy difícil de encontrar el lugar porque había dos edificios con el mismo número.

This is not real accommodation - it’s more like an illegal extension attached to social housing and rented out in a shady way. The door could be opened just by pushing it, window handles were broken, everything was dirty - the windows, the sills, even the dresser was broken. The view from the window showed piles of broken furniture scattered in the garden. Inside, the place smelled of old rags and some unpleasant cooking odors. The bathroom was filthy, the floor was covered with water, and it was impossible even to approach the toilet. We had booked this place with our six-year-old child, and it was simply disgusting and unsafe. We paid for this accommodation but left within five minutes - it was impossible to stay there. The photos do not match reality. The location felt unsafe, and no one should ever have to stay in such conditions. We demand a full refund.

• Nisrine Alaoui (9/5): Séjour agréable - L'emplacement près des transports, supermarchés et restaurants. La taille de la chambre pour trois personnes. La cuisine bien équipée. La réactivité du propriétaire à tout nos besoins. Le ménage quotidien des lieux communs. Le calme du quartier. La disponibilité de papier toilette, gel douche et savon. 2 salles d'eaux , une salle de bain avec toilette et une douche. Rien J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs lieux donc je parle par connaissance. Je recommande vivement !!!!
