• Pamela (8/5): It was good, convenient bus around the corner although a little way out of town, great communication from managers. - Good space for two people who prefer a room each. Most things we needed were there. Don’t recall any warning about the roadworks along the whole street. Wasn’t pleased to have all of that to deal with. Everything in the flat was good, it was comfortable, nice beds. Couldn’t watch any TV. Apparently everyone is expected to have streaming services, but some of us don’t, so we just gave up. I suppose I could have downloaded some app or other, but I shouldn’t have to for a short stay in a strange place.

• Christian (9/5): Zwei Schlafzimmer ist ruhig, sauber, 15 Min. Bus vom Bahnhof, gute Betten, Außenrollos, Balkon - Wir hatten das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Hier ruhige Lage zum Hinterhof. Reines Wohngebiet. 2 Sätze Schlüssel (wenn einer noch länger in der Stadt bleiben will) Einige Busstationen vom Hauptbahnhof und Zentrum entfernt. Sehr sauber. Einfaches Wohnhaus, Modernisierte Wohnung. Kleiner Balkon. Kleine Grundausstattung, Nespresso Kaffemaschine mit ein paar Tabs ;-) Gute Betten, sauberes Bad mit Wanne, die auch die Dusche ist. An der Straße war eine große Baustelle, wir waren aber über das Wochenende da, kein Lärm. Wir würden sofort wieder hier wohnen (wenn auch sehr teuer). Für Menschen, die die Beine vielleicht nicht so gut heben können: Die Dusche ist IN der Badewanne, also ÜBER den Badewannenrand einsteigen. Gut zu wissen: Bis zum Fahrstuhl sind es einige Treppenstufen. Wenig Deko, Bilder naja (wo sie doch sooo ein tolles Kunstmuseum haben oder See und Berge ;-))

• Raquel (9/5): We really liked the place, the location, the facilities. - It was very spacious and comfortable. Great beds and linens. Good location, easily accessible. The place smelled a bit of cigarettes, especially when you first walked in. The shower wasn’t very strong, but it worked.

• Ansgar (4/5): Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Wohnung sehr enttäuschend. - Die Lage der Unterkunft in der Nähe des Stadions "Letzigrund" war recht gut. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit Wohn-/Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Polstermöbel (zwei Sessel und Sofa) waren teils mit großen Flecken verschmutzt (nicht nur auf den Sitzflächen, sondern auch auf den Rückenlehnen). Die vorhandene Schalousie in einem Schlafzimmer ließ sich auf Grund eines Defekts nicht schließen. Im Küchenbereich gab es kein Licht, da die Beleuchtung der Dunstabzugshaube komplett defekt war und es keine weitere Lichtquelle im direkten Küchenbereich gab. Weitere Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlende Handtücher etc. haben uns nicht gefallen.

• Nogueira (9/5): O que ter em atenção relativamente ao apartamento. - Boa localização, transportes perto. Mercados, perto. A a protecção exterior de uma das janelas de um dos quartos não fechava, no qual ficou sempre aberta, não dando privacidade devida. A porta de entrada para o apartamento tinha defeito, tinha vezes que não fechava nem abria pelo interior, o que fez com que saíssemos pela janela, para poder abrir la pelo lado de fora. Na cozinha o exaustor não tem força o suficiente para sugar o fumo criado ao cozinhar, o que fez com que aciona se o alarme de incêndio.

Negatives * No notification of heavy construction right outside the door, be aware this is major trenching with heavy equipment and will continue for some time. Ask before booking! As of March 20 2026. * Do not attempt to use laundry, for tenants only! Would be a game changer to put this listing over the top. * Internet spotty at best, owner did respond with alternate solution but still very weak. * Bathtub is too high and unsafe to use. Use caution getting in. Shower curtain hangs in the water. * Please consider guest book with apartment tips, and neighborhood recommendations. * Kitchen is equipped with very low grade utensils and cookware. * Dinning furniture worn, and living room chair and couch had large oil stains? * Overpriced for what is offered.
• Aleksandra (8/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Es befindet sich an einem schrecklichen Ort, was das Parken angeht. Genauer gesagt gibt es überhaupt keine Parkplätze. Zu dem Zeitpunkt gab es außerdem Bauarbeiten in dieser Straße und in der Umgebung, sodass es ziemlich chaotisch war. Was die Anreise ohne Auto betrifft, kann ich das sehr empfehlen – wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte sich mit Geduld bewaffnen.

Doch die KI-Telefonistin konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen, sodass wir nicht an der Eichbühlstrasse übernachten konnten. Ich denke, dass Sie uns entsprechend was rückvergüten werden. Wir hätten gerne da übernachtet und waren auch bis 19.00 Uhr da. Konnte das aber leider nicht vorher mitteilen, da die Anreise noch unsicher war. • Katja (3/5): Schmutz...das neue upgrade - Lage war okey Ausserordentlich schmutzig für eine Mietwohnung. Der Reinigungsbetrag ist unverhältnismässig hoch für das vorgefundene! Schrank kann nicht geöffnet werden, ohne dass er zusammenbrechen möchte. Jedes Zimmer hat kein Mittellicht, ausser Stehlampe. Schmutziges Geschirr, Ablageflächen etc.. Von ein Vorbesucher lag noch ein Gummiball neben der Stehlampe.

• Horst (8/5): Apartment ist zu empfehlen, sauber, ruhige Wohnlage und sehr gut zu erreichen. - Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Wohnlage. Sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Apartment sauber. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühl-, Gefrierkombination etc. Alles nötige war vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.). Betten waren etwas weicher als wir gewohnt sind - trotzdem in Ordnung. Kleine Teller waren nicht vorhanden, tiefe Teller gab es auch nur 2 Stück - sonst alles vorhanden.

• Emily Gianna Elena (8/5): We had a really great stay and would highly recommend the apartment to friends and families! - Very nice and very spacious apartment. The kitchen connected to the living room is very convenient, the beds are very comfortable, and upon arrival we found the heating and electricity already turned on. The price is reasonable, especially considering that the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the apartment and we could reach the city center in 10–15 minutes. The space is suitable for 5–6 people, as there are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The only downside we noticed was the lack of a spare supply of toilet paper and kitchen paper. Regarding food supplies, we expected to find oil in addition to the salt and other spices provided. Everything else was fine, and overall the experience was very positive.

The location was also very convenient which made my stay enjoyable. While my overall stay was pleasant, I would suggest to provide access to popular bundle of TV channels.
