• Nicola (7/5): Perfect to visit the city - The location was perfect, close to Plaça de Catalunya and Gràcia, with plenty of amenities nearby. The kitchen was not well equipped at all, there were no kitchen rolls or pans, and the coffee machine didn’t come with any pods. Basic essentials like olive oil, salt, and sugar—usually provided in apartments—were missing. There were also no extra towels, and only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied, so we had to buy more ourselves.

• Dennis (5/5): The condition of the apartment was relayed to the host immediately with no reply. I cannot in good conscience recommend - The property had a good location. The apartment is in desperate need of deep cleaning and painting. Tea kettle and French press both broken. Iron so dirty, unusable. Towels were a dingy gray. Not enough supplies for a two week stay. We spent our first day mopping the floors.

• Marian2016 (9/5): - La ubicación excelente. El apartamento cómodo. Estaba sola, pero creo dos personas estarían bien. Ambientes amplios. Un gran armario en la habitación y cama muy confortable. Balcón con lindas vistas. Cocina con elementos necesarios. Dejan algunos artículos para la lavadora, el lavavajillas. Wi fi funcionaba perfectamente. La televisión tenía muchas aplicaciones para ver series, escuchar música etc. La televisión de la habitación no podía verse. El control remoto no tenía pilas. La pava eléctrica no funcionaba y no tenía un jarro pequeño para calentar agua y tuve que usar una olla grande. No habia ninguna manta y la primer noche estuvo algo fresca. El balcón no estaba muy limpio

• Manish (9/5): Superb - Ease of check-in. Information regarding check-in and location were sent in advance on mail. Neat and clean. Good location. All accessories were available. For more than two days stay, arrangements for housekeeping and refilling of toiletries may be arranged. Blankets were also be made available even during summer.
• Hua (9/5): Everything is good. - The location, the spaciousness of the bathroom and all the facilities found in the property. The blanket is too thin, should have a thicker blanket.

• Frank (10/5): A fool not to rent this apartment, we rented for 2 weeks, can't beat Barcelona! - Excellent newly renovated apartment - perfect for a couple. All modern appliances, used dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by management company. Great bakery across the street for bread and pastries @7:30 AM. 24 market 3 doors away. Coffee machine in apt takes pods for coffee and tea at the 24 hr market. Mainly residential area on 4th floor, building is quiet. One to two blocks over are major shopping streets and loads of restaurants. Metro train stations near by. None
• Mi (1/5): review - .......... Our family booked a 6-night, 7-day stay in Barcelona as the final destination of our trip to Spain. On the second day, after arriving at the accommodation, we saw a bedbug crawling on the wall. Shortly after, we found another on the ceiling and one more crawling on my clothes. Upon inspecting the bed, we found two more dead bedbugs at the corner of the mattress. We immediately informed the host of this issue in the early morning hours. The host responded around 9 a.m., and we requested a refund, stating that we would move to another location. The host told us to contact Booking.com directly for the refund and only partially refunded the city tax. The main issue was that while the host instructed us to contact Booking.com for a refund, they ignored our and Booking.com's attempts to reach them for several days. Booking.com also stated that they could not process the refund due to the host’s lack of response. We had to endure this stressful situation throughout our trip, constantly arguing with Booking.com to get the refund. Eventually, we received the refund, but the host never apologized or contacted us afterward. We had to throw away all the groceries we bought to cook in the accommodation and wash every piece of clothing in our luggage. If you are considering staying at this place, please be mindful of the host’s attitude and the potential for similar issues.

• Tanya (8/5): Very good - The location of the property was excellent. Central to everything yet not in the thick of any the tourist areas. Walkable to everything you would like to see in the city. Great cafe across the street and small market next door for any quick things you may need. The host was responsive to any questions we had. It can be noisy for some with traffic however it didn't bother us or keep us up.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The surrounding area had plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city
• Leonid (7/5): Nice apartment that lacks sound insulation - The place has great location and an easy access. Overall everything internally is fresh and well.done. The host representative, Louis, spoke fluent English was very nice and helpful. THE SOUND INSULATION IS NON EXISTENT! It's a problem that is imminent to the building . You hear what neighbors say, the elevator, the cars outside -- everything.
