• Penelope (9/5): Fantastic accommodation, would stay again in a flash! - Fantastic views, great facilities, very comfortable. The golf buggy inclusion was very convenient. A little bit dirty in the main bathroom. The pillows were uncomfortable.

• Leanne (9/5): A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY AFFORDABLE AND AWESOME VIEWS - THE VIEW FROM THE VERANDAH WAS STUNNING. SO WE ATE BREAKAST EVERY MORNING ON THE BALCONY. FANTASTIC TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE BUGGY FOR THE WHOLE STAY AND PARTICULARLY FOR THE DAY AFTER A 10AM CHECK OUT, WITH LUGGAGE COLLECTED AND DELIVERED TO US AT THE AIRPORT. LOUNGE NOT PARTICULARLY COMFORTABLE,

GolfCart was included and when we had issues with it the team sorted it out promptly and also recognised the inconvenience caused. View was the Hamilton Island Postcard View - magnificent

• Feng (8/5): A stunning ocean view. Helpful and enthusiastic customer service. - Ideally located with stunning oceanfront views. The facilities are showing signs of age.
• Riccardo (8/5): Great location, welcome packs was a nice touch, complementary buggy - The view, the fact it had air conditioning and fans in all the rooms, it had the essentials we needed in the kitchen, Didn’t have proper BBQ utensils or brushes to clean the BBQ. Flat tv remote control batteries, no vacuum, frying pan was in a bad state, main bathroom shower door doesn’t close properly so water leaks out, no rain covers on the buggy.

• Steve (8/5): Wonderful views in a welll designed apartment - Location and the view was spectacular General wear a tear not addressed in some areas - Beds moved around (on wheels) couch had a spring/lumbar issue, some cupboard doors off their rails.
• Elise (9/5): Would love to return again! - The view & space. Location was quiet & central Ensuite toilet didn’t stop running without pushing the button a few times, not an issue, just annoying.
• Brent (9/5): The sunset view never gets old. - The views from the balconies were spectacular. A full kitchen so we could eat some meals in the unit. Clean and comfortable with clear instructions and expectations. The pick up from the airport and the dropping us off were seamless. Great to have the use of a golf cart as the hill up to the unit was pretty steep. The air conditioner in the kitchen leaked water on the floor. Certain mornings there was no hot water for a shower.

• David (8/5): Very good - Great location, layout and loads of room all white goods fridge, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher as well as coffee pod machine high quality 👌 Has 1000 lol different kitchen spoons but could do with a whisk meat hammer and decent tongs as the 2 current ones are so small for salads not cooking.Beware though that as the panorama units are older than shorelines they are basically identical except there is a toilet upstairs at shorelines so at panorama if you are up early than the rest of the people you're staying with you'll wake them up when you go to the loo and footsteps on stairs and upper level can be heard in bedrooms and master bedroom ensuit shower dated (bath shower combo)
