- Idit (3/5): Looks Good in Photos – But Made Our Vacation MISERABLE - The apartment is stylish and well-designed.
Good location. The apartment is LISTED FOR SALE, and viewings were scheduled during our stay, which disrupted our privacy.
Before one of the viewings, the management sent a cleaner who moved and touched many of our personal belongings that were outside the closets.
It took time to locate everything, as items were scattered across drawers and cabinets throughout the apartment.
The apartment turned into a GREENHOUSE due to a large, unshaded glass wall and no air conditioning or fans.
Temperatures inside reached 32°C by 8:30 AM, while outside it was only 26°C. We were sweating constantly and barely slept.
Despite multiple requests, the management never provided any fans.
Check-in was extremely frustrating: the company gave the street name but no house number, only a vague Google Maps pin. We spent two hours trying to enter the wrong building before realizing the mistake.
Communication with Flyp Homes Ltd was slow and unhelpful throughout.
Bottom line:
We paid a prime rate for this week – and the experience was far below even basic expectations.
This apartment might look great in photos, but the reality was deeply uncomfortable and stressful.
It was completely UNFIT FOR SUMMER and badly mismanaged.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND this property unless serious changes are made.
- Mostafa (8/5): We loved and enjoyed a lot and we do recommend this flat strongly - The flat was great, the neighborhood was wonderful, the apartment design and furniture were well designed.
But the viewings for selling were numerous and we were noticing late.
