• Carmelo (1/5): Muy sucio y poco responsable. - Del alojamiento nada. Es el apartamento más sucio que he visto jamás. Al llegar estaba sin limpiar, sábanas y toallas sucias de los anteriores inquilinos tiradas por el suelo. La basura sin recoger, botellas acumuladas, etc. El baño especialmente sucio con restos orgánicos. El anfitrión esa noche no nos solucionó el problema y tuvimos que dormir en un hotel porque el apartamento no reunía las condiciones mínimas higiénicas.

• Leta (4/5): If this flat were to be refurbished a little and minor repairs carried out, it would be beautiful. - - Very well located. - Comfortable beds. - Very dirty, especially the bathroom. - The wardrobe was full of dirty laundry, probably from previous guests. - The sockets are coming out of their sockets, which looks very dangerous! - We wanted to vacuum the floor ourselves. However, the vacuum cleaner was broken. - The chairs and the sofa are covered in stains. - The main door of the building seems to have been broken for some time, it is open all day and is therefore accessible to everyone. - The lift does not work. If this flat were to be refurbished a little and minor repairs carried out, it would be beautiful.
• Sowulewska (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, sprawna klimatyzacja, brak insektów. Co prawda wynajmujący okazał się życzliwy i pomocny, bo niedziałającą spłuczę naprawił już następnego dnia, ale mieszkanie bardzo zaniedbał. Niedoprane ręczniki i pościel, w jednym z pokojów prześcieradło było niewymienione (wyglądało na używane i był na nim piasek). Na szczęście w drugim pokoju znaleźliśmy zapasowy komplet pościeli. Łazienka odstraszała brudną wanną a w kuchni pod zlewem był grzyb. Na pięć osób mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko 2 kubki do kawy i kilka szklanek do zimnych napojów. W szafkach oprócz soli nie było nic. Nie zapewniono też płynu do zmywania, zmywaka czy czystej ściereczki. Jednym słowem, bieda z nędzą.

• Florian (7/5): Despite less than ideal bathroom or kitchen, it is a fine place to stay. - It is a spacious apartment, with nice furniture and comfortable mattress. The contact was helpful. The bathroom and kitchen needs small upgrades, for example no hooks for shower head or to hang your towel. These are very low cost and simple things to make the apartment more comfortable. Building door is permanently open, so there is one less factor of safety.

• Dina (9/5): The overall experience was great. - It is in a quiet area not far from the center. It is 10 mins to the metro, 6mins to the bus stop and 3 mins from the tram. It was clean and cozy. The bathroom needs amendments. The toilet flush needs to be fixed and the bath tub is old.

• Samantha (8/5): A happy stay, would revisit / recommend this apartment.....provided you are not reliant on the lift. - Very comfortable king size beds. Big bathtub, good handheld shower and plenty of hot water. Excellent air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge. Smart TV allowed access to Disney, Netflix and Prime among others. Host was quick to answer questions. Very central location, easy access (2mins) to tram stop and approx 15-20 min walk to Acropli metro station / Acropolis Museum. Although central, no significant noise issues at night. Small 24/7 grocery store 5 mins walk away. Take your own universal plug as there was no bath plug. No tin opener. The lift was not working and apparently the building landlord (not the host) has no plans to fix it. Chairs on the balcony needed replacing.

• Weiling (6/5): While the apartment is located around the vicinity of acropolis, it is actually 19 minute walk to acropolis, instead of - Prompt response and easy communication with the host. Location of the apartment even though it’s a 19minute walk to Acropolis according to google map, instead of 15 minute as advertised. Lack of basic necessities such as wine opener, toiletries.

• Auguste (6/5): Perfect location VS maintenance - Great location and very good sized property. There are couple of shops near by for grocery shopping. Landlord got in touch with us early to arrange access. There were a lot of things broken - shower head, blinds, kettle and stained bathtub. Not the worst property but need some maintenance. I guess it depends how fussy you are :)
• Junior (10/5): Exceptional - First of all the communication with the host. Very professional and very detail orientad. The location of the apartment allowed us to walk to all major attractions, with the added flexibility of having tram and bus stops only one block away. Impecable clean place and quiet thanks to sound proof windows. The apartment is very spacious. Air conditioning was perfect. Lots of balconies!
• Daniela (10/5): Pleasant stay, hurt only by the check-in issues as stated above. - Location near the Acropolis was good. The apartment was spacious, ideal for four people. Everything in the apartment worked and the overall stay was pleasant. Also, the owner responded fast to all messages. Collecting the keys was not really a problem, but the check-in was. The cleanup after the previous guests was slower than originally agreed, which means that we couldn't use the apartment until 16h.
