• NIKHIL (4/5): - The beds and bathroom was good It was a very conjusted flat. Everyone can't move around the place at the same time. There was no amenities provided during our stay. No coffee, no sugar, no milk, no pepper, no oil, no bread and only few plates which however all other airbnb places provide. It was not we expected as we paid huge amount of money for our short stay.

• SMITH (8/5): - Modern and tastefully decorated, plenty of room. Well equipped. The grouting in both showers needs to be cleaned, a little mouldy.

• Bill Dowell (8/5): Great family place to camp. - It was a great location, very private. We weren't there much, and it had pretty much all we needed. The main bed was too hard for our likeing, but would be fine for anyone who likes a firm bed, The other beds were very comfortable.
• Reza (8/5): Great Value for Money - Excellent location, with convenient access to shops and restaurants by car. The house was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It featured strong WiFi and a large flat-screen TV with plenty of apps for movie streaming. A few minor drawbacks: there was no ramp at the entrance, which made carrying heavy luggage a bit challenging. The tiled floors get quite cold in winter. There was only a central heater in the living area, so we had to keep the bedroom doors open for warmth, as there was no separate heating in the bedrooms.
• Shaikh (10/5): A very pleasant 3 night stay for our family. - Very clean property and great host who facilitated us during entry and any queries were responded to immediately. The facilities were great as well, entertainment options were excellent with streaming services available and the location is close to public transport however we had a vehicle with us. Overall a really pleasant stay. None

I Need doormats as it was raining during the 7days of our stay; owner who lived in the front should have assisted - common sense. We ended up using the bathroom mats . We only saw him once when we asked for a broom n dustpan plus where to place the rubbish. No dryer in the accommodation considering it was pissing rain for 7days. Placing a dual purpose machine in the accommodation would be ideal ie washer n dryer. Curtain in 3rd room not covering the whole window - privacy!!!

Communication was fast and efficient. Will definitely be back when in Sydney. Could benefit from some basic items, such as oil, salt, coffee etc but overall nothing to complain about m. A comfortable stay in a quiet place.
