• Lucina (7/5): Overall, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the stylish interior, cleanliness, and helpful hosts, although the noise level - The property was well-furnished and clean, with beautiful design features and tasteful painting throughout. It was in a good location, with shops, bars, and clubs just a short walk away. The owners were friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out and responding very quickly to any messages. The location was right next to clubs and bars, so it was quite loud. This probably wouldn’t have been an issue if there was a door separating the room from the entrance. One of the main concerns was the front door of the property, which was a large glass door and window covered with privacy film. However, since there was no door separating the apartment from the small lobby area, you could still see the shadows of people passing by outside from the bed. There was also a small gap between the glass door and window, which let in a lot of noise. Additionally, when going downstairs to the kitchen and bathroom area, there was a noticeable damp smell.

• Isabeau (8/5): Excellent for a short stay in the midst of London. Will consider coming back when on business for a few days. - - Very clean - Although it is partially underground, the property feels very spacious and also bright because of the lighting all over the flat. - Very timely, clear and friendly communication. The host definitely made sure that everything was in order and I was in stayed content during entire stay. - Homely decorated, which makes your stay more pleasant - Good Internet connection, large enough television with easy access to Netflix - Troubles with the hot water in the shower. I don’t take massively long showers and still I ran out of hot water more than once. It a took while to be able to continue showering. - Unfortunate that there are so little windows in the flat, and the one I opened in the roof, I couldn’t shut anymore with the buttons on the remote, so I had to sleep with quite a lot of noise.
• Harry (10/5): Great stay, would recommend! - Great stat, hosts made everything easy and a surprisingly big flat! We did get quite a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbours, particularly very early morning. Might be an idea to get a soft close feature on their front door and potentially some sound deadening under their stairs.
