Andrew (4/5): poor customer service - the location The owner called and yelled at us for having a party the night before. I wouldn't have minded but we were in London for work and were in bed asleep by 9.30pm. The owner has since refused to give us a receipt for the stay. booking.com have charge VAT and the owner is stating they haven't. As a business this is overall unsatisfactory
