This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Nellie (8/5): Perfect Location - adequate for short stay - Location was a perfect spot. Woolworths(for dining in choices if you wish), restaurants, waterfront, swimming beaches all walkable on street & tracks. Wifi at ppty great, nice pod coffee machine, shower good. Otherwise pretty average- needs a bit more love. *I don't usually like writing public negative feedback & did speak with the rental agency but all they said was; would pass onto building maintenance.
Having to rent linen on top of the apartment cost & the lack of cleaning/ maintenance in the apartment. We had to wash the hard floors(luckily there was a new mop & bucket) as was walking around in sticky floors that made our feet black & when we stood on white bath mat towel it left black footprints.
Holes in ceiling from old fixtures, dated bathroom with old silicone grout in need of repair. Lift was filthy & looks like not been swept or vacuum for months. Smelt dusty & unclean.
