Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Nellie (8/5): Perfect Location - adequate for short stay - Location was a perfect spot. Woolworths(for dining in choices if you wish), restaurants, waterfront, swimming beaches all walkable on street & tracks. Wifi at ppty great, nice pod coffee machine, shower good. Otherwise pretty average- needs a bit more love. *I don't usually like writing public negative feedback & did speak with the rental agency but all they said was; would pass onto building maintenance. Having to rent linen on top of the apartment cost & the lack of cleaning/ maintenance in the apartment. We had to wash the hard floors(luckily there was a new mop & bucket) as was walking around in sticky floors that made our feet black & when we stood on white bath mat towel it left black footprints. Holes in ceiling from old fixtures, dated bathroom with old silicone grout in need of repair. Lift was filthy & looks like not been swept or vacuum for months. Smelt dusty & unclean.
