Служба підтримки Booking.com теж на мої запити не відповідає. Тож маємо наступну ситуацію: Booking.com зняв попередньо оплату за помешкання з мого рахунку, інформацію по заселенню я не отримала не дивлячись на мої запити, служба підтримки Booking.com на мої запити не відповідає. Чи отримаю я свої кошти не відомо. Висновок наступний-це приміщення бронювання однозначно не можна, з Booking.com справу мати не треба - це ненадійний сервіс. Неможливість заселення в помешкання
• Alexa (1/5): Aufenthalt war nicht möglich, da der Inhaber sich nie meldete - Leider hat sich der Inhaber nie gemeldet, wie wir in das Apartment kommen. Vor Ort war auch niemand anzutreffen. Nach etlichen Nachfragen und Anrufen entscheiden wir uns dazu, bei Booking direkt anzurufen. Diese versuchten auch, den Inhaber zu erreichen, was leider ebenfalls erfolglos blieb. Ende der Geschichte war dann, dass wie im Auto übernachten mussten, da es so spontan keine bezahlbaren Zimmer mehr in Berlin gab. Unser Geld bekommen wir zum Glück zurück, dafür ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Booking. Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen.

(Sarkasmus) - Blízkost zastávky a parkování v ulici (pokud je volné parkovací místo). 1) Provozovatel bydlí v bytě. 2) Hlučnost návštěv provozovatele do ranních hodin. 3) Společná kuchyň a koupelna. 4)Žádná postel, pouze matrace na zemi. 5) Snědení jídla ze společné lednice.

• Anita (8/5): Perfect location, close to city center - Very kind host, super communication. Free street parking and public transport right in front of the flat. Quiet appartment building, we slept very well.

• DarSt. (9/5): Ein toller Gastgeber und super Kommunikation - Der Aufenthalt bei Dragon hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und Dragon war ein toller, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat mir viele Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten in Berlin gegeben. Gerne komme ich eines Tages wieder.

• Juraj (9/5): - Clean, comfy, nice owner. Since it is one room in a standard flat, the kitchen and the toilett are shared with the owner who lives there. He is nice and correct, nevetheless, this is not evident from the description, so just take it into account when booking.

Just an FYI, this is a room in a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen. This was not obvious in the listing so we were a bit confused on arrival but it turned out fine.
