- Juliana Garcia (10/5): - I’ve stayed in many new Airbnbs in São Paulo, and this one is by far the best. Unlike most places, it’s not a studio—the bedroom is separate, which already makes a huge difference. The building facilities are outstanding, including the swimming pool and gym, both with amazing city views. The building feels very safe thanks to the face recognition system, and I really appreciated not needing keys to access the apartment. The doorman staff are extremely friendly, and the neighborhood is one of the best locations in São Paulo. Everything is within walking distance: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and the metro station. The host, Adriana, was super attentive and very quick to respond to any questions. I also loved the desk on the balcony, which is perfect for anyone who needs to work remotely. The windows are very well insulated compared to other apartments in São Paulo, which can be quite noisy. I would definitely book this place again. Co-working space in the building is a bit too basic; however as mentioned there is a desk in the balcony, so you wouldn't need that unless you are 2 people working.

A localização é excelente — e o fato de haver vários restaurantes maravilhosos logo abaixo foi um grande diferencial, especialmente nos dias em que não queríamos sair. Sem dúvida, uma das melhores hospedagens em que já fiquei em São Paulo. Equipe extremamente atenciosa e educada. Nota 10! Não teve nada. Achei perfeito.

- Shawn (9/5): Excellent - First impression: clean, everything is new. The view from balcony is so cool. The apartment is located in a good neighborhood, where one can easily find stylish restaurants. The place is super close to a metro station, and a fantastic shpping mall is also reacheable within a 10 - 15 minutes walk. The face verification system at the gate could be a little bothering though, the building staff will bail you out even at evening time. I had a very efficient conversation with the apart owner. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Remenber to bring your own toiletries and shower kits.
