- Erryl (10/5): A warm and stylish home in a great location — perfect for a relaxed Melbourne experience - The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. We especially enjoyed the spacious living area, Netflix access, and how well-equipped the kitchen was. The location was great too — walking distance to Camberwell Market and easy access to public transport. The non-stick pans were quite worn out and made cooking a bit difficult — they could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything was excellent.

- Jerome (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Camberwell - Great place to stay in Camberwell while visiting friends in the neighbourhood and working from the premise. Lots of space, well furnished and equipped, comfortable, and quiet. Great coffees across the road. Jessica was a great host, helpful and responsive.
- Lisa (9/5): Lovely home away from home. - This house was very comfortable and affordable. It is conveniently located and spacious. An a/c or fan in the main bedroom would have been nice on the hot nights. This meant we had to leave the doors open for the a/c to come in from the kitchen which permitted less privacy.

Small parking space in the drive-way, my car only just fit and I had to park at an uncomfortable angle. Unsure about putting the trash out on Monday, when we checked out on Sunday already. Had use of the TV, however had trouble with one of the subscription services.

Entrance broken step is VERY dangerous (MUST FIX BEFORE NEXT HIRE), weeds to entrance
Kitchen - No sink plugs (had to buy one), No tea towels & dishcloths, Random set of saucepans and unrelated lids, Chipped crockery, Crockery and pots untidy in cupboards, Only a few random shape glasses, 1 wine glass, Pantry extraneous non kitchen goods.
Sitting room - TV instructions on a Post-It Note, TV not accessible for ‘free to air TV’ visitors (unless better instructions)
Bedroom 1 - Under sheet not tucked in, No top sheet
Bedroom south upstairs - No top sheet, Need second bedside table and lamp, Wardrobe extraneous stuff
Bedroom north upstairs - No top sheet, Wardrobe extraneous stuff, Insufficient coat hangers
Double bed against wall. Not suitable for exiting from window side. Cannot climb over other person during night.
