• Nicholas (7/5): Flat in good position near shops and transport. - This is a lovely ground floor flat in a modern building down a side street very close to shops, buses and not too far 1.5km about from the beach. Everything worked and was sufficient see below... It was a good place to stay for us. We found the duvet filthy with dog hairs on arrival and had to get it cleaned at our expense. The AirCon is ineffective and on a 1 hour timer so continuously switches off. The company trys to charge extra for using the washing machine and tumble dryer, it was included in our contract!

• Dee (6/5): Fantastic location. - The location of this apartment is fantastic! You can walk to Bondi beach in less than 20 minutes or go the other way, jump on a bus, and be at Bondi Junction in less than 10 minutes. The apartment was furnished with brand new (or looked to be) electrical items. Outdoor space was compact,although I'm not sure it gets sunlight. We stayed in the apartment in late April, and due to the nature of our trip, it was the last apartment for our trip to Australia The air conditioning wasn't great, and thank god for the window nets in the bedroom,as we slept with the windows open. The extractor fan in the bathroom is practically non-existent. (Reported to the host, and I think this is being rectified) The towels and linen could do with a refresh as they are looking worn and tired. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Disappointed to discover when we arrived at the property, we were expected to pay for the use of the washing machine and drying facilities. This is not mentioned within the blurb when we booked it.

• Linda (8/5): Can recommend - Great location for Bondi Beach. Very comfortable bed. Apartment well stocked with convenient items. Great communication from owner. Outdoor cushions mouldy and soaking wet due to rain fall. Sofa bed very hard.
• Joe (6/5): Great location, comfortable, and a very helpful host - The location was great. The bus stop was about 2 minutes walk. We could easily walk to Bondi Beach and did so quite often. Supermarket/ cafes etc were also handy. The owner Kai was very helpful and responded to queries/concerns promptly. When we walked into the apartment there was a noticeable musty smell. The owner did all she could to minimise the smell. Unfortunately it remained throughout our stay, however whilst in the property, it was not noticeable. Only on entering.
