• Leanne (3/5): Disappointed and unhappy - The Location was great, pool is always nice The unit itself is in need of repair, painting and cleaning. Every wall and skirting board were scuffed and damaged, oven was dirty and had damage, pans were rusty, bathroom had tiles falling off the wall, the toilet seat was cracked, bedside tables were stained and damaged so were the kitchen benches, missing blinds, exhaust fans were covered in dust. Using the air-conditioning was not ideal as dust was flying out the vents. Tried reaching out to Optimise BNB, they did not contact me back even after sending photos. I was not asking for a full refund as we did stay the whole time- mainly because we could not find anywhere else. Was looking for a partial refund as the money we paid did not match the condition of the unit. So disappointed as we were there for our daughters birthday and have never had an issue with any units in this tower. We have not booked through this host before. Luckily Booking.com gave me a travel credit, not much but I am grateful to get any.

• Belinda (9/5): Superb - Great location, spacious rooms. Beds were comfy. I did ask for more towels and received them. When I picked up the key, they couldn’t tell me what floor the apartment was on, so had to guess. The shower/bath was blocked with hair and the water wouldn’t drain out of the bath. The internet didn’t work and we were there three days before I could get it sorted. There wasn’t any information in the apartment about the apartment as to where the rubbish was to go or who to contact for problems. The blankets/throws on the bed needed washing. Quite a bit of traffic noise throughout the night.
• Jonathan (8/5): Nice spot for a family with kids with close access to beaches, restaurants and in house pools. - Location, facilities, quick reply from hosts. Little bit complicated for access, but the instructions were very clear. Cleanliness was a bit short of satisfactory, it was tidy and linen and cutlery were all clean, however both of the toilets had not been cleaned and the floor had only a quick spot clean and was still dirty. Also the dryer door catch was broken.

• Mereia (10/5): Our stay was awesome, everything was to our expectation. The location was very convenient. - I liked everything about the apartment. It was clean and everything that we needed was there. The location was so close to the shops, restauraunts and the beach. Would definitely come back here and recommend this place to my friends and families.
• Sumit (5/5): great location but everything else average. - great location right in the middle of the town. we didn’t know it was managed privately and not by chevron. we asked for early check in and didn’t get it. we asked for a late check out (travelling with the baby) and didn’t get it. whoever is managing the property is not understanding and accommodating at all.
