• Lawrence (10/5): We loved the apartment and the views, also how close it was to shopping and the beach. Wonderful sta - It was abit stressful trying to park for the first time and figuring out the right entrance into the carpark at the apartment as there are 3, then trying to find the entry door to the correct carpark. Although images sent were good, our internet was not available right away to be able to view them. If at all possible it would be good to make people aware prior that it can be confusing finding the carpark so printing the instructions would be useful.

• Ijjum (7/5): Out of all the odds mentioned, we really enjoyed it. - The location was absolutely amazing. The facilities were also really comfortable. The gallery and view of the ocean was spectacular. I really loved the facilities of washer and dryer, being a mother I loved laundry and I also washed the towels provided by the property. The check in time was at 2pm local time, the manager called me and met up to provide the keys. When we met she told me that the property is not ready yet and it will take another 1.20 hours to finish cleaning. We were made to wait for 1.20 hours in the QLD 35 degrees scorching heat. My children were tired and wanted to relax. We went to a close by restaurant and waited there until we received the call stating that the room is ready. There was another incident too. I saw a big cockroach in the bathroom near the sink. This was reported to the property manager. I also took the picture as an evidence.

• Belinda (10/5): Restful. Beautiful. A real holiday! - This was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to things to walk, but not loud or wild. Fabulous views. Glorious morning sunshine. Spotlessly … SPOTLESSLY clean. Spacious. And those views!!! The pool was nice (but cold) and the general facilities were great. Having a supermarket downstairs was brilliant too. Anything challenging (like finding the carpark) was covered beautifully by detailed instructions sent to me, and the utterly delightful Deb who met us at the entrance and directed us personally. Nothing to complain about at all!!

The owner, person we dealt with wasn’t very nice. She was hard to talk too and kept arguing with me because we couldn’t find how to get to the room. Poor service.

• Narelle (10/5): a great spot in the heart of surfers! - The apartment was clean and modern and the the view was perfect. The location of being in close proximity to shops (food & retail) and dining and also being on a tram line and a 7 min walk to the beach couldn't be faulted. The pool facilities looked good (from our balcony) but being a short stay we didn't get to seeing it.
• Anna (10/5): It was a relaxing working holiday! - The apartment was renovated and very modern. It has everything we needed just like a home. The views were spectacular of the front beach. The shops were 2 minute walk and it was very safe! Pools were clean and gym in great condition . The owner was very friendly and accomodating. Great place to Stay! There’s really nothing to say but a comfortable place to stay!
