• Michael (10/5): A pleasant place to call home while exploring and dining in Rome. - Very clean, spacious, well furnished. Perfectly adequate kitchen if you prefer to cook in, but within an easy walk of many good testaurants.
• Christine (4/5): Management staff wasn’t great at fixing issues. - Spacious apartment with plenty of beds and good size kitchen. Wasn’t ready on time to check in. We had to wait for the cleaners to finish. They provided us with no blankets to use. Just sheets. Dryer didn’t work and one shower only had cold water. Management company was not easy to work with to fix issues. It’s not steps away from Trevi- it’s a 15 minute walk. Sent us to store luggage at an unsecured location and charged us $9 a bag. Lots of street noise- it’s next to the police department so heard that all night.

• Emma (8/5): Large, clean apartment in an OK spot - The apartment was large! And clean. The laundry within the apartment was handy. Aircons worked great. It was nice to meet the host on arrival and get some local information on restaurants. I hate to say this, because the host went out of his way to make us feel welcome, but I would have chosen a different area now, having visited Rome. Somewhere with a more neighbourhood feel, with more restaurants. The front bedrooms were not particularly comfortable due to the street noise.

• Vickie (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean. Also very spacious. Their was 6 adults and we had no problems. Bathrooms in every bedroom. Which there were 3. Also a sitting room with a couch bed. Just amazing. Thank you. Not much room for trash.
• Stephanie (8/5): All in all we enjoyed our stay even with the issues we had. - The property was well- located-- near the Trevi Fountain and other sites but beware there are many hills. The apartment was large and we were happy to have 3 bathrooms. Also thankful for the elevator --small but functions! The team was responsive to issues (and offered to refund a portion of the charges) but there were issues. There was no ability to get in to the apartment early or even drop off the luggage--they arranged for a far location that we paid for to leave our luggage early. One of the 3 bathrooms didn't have hot water for a few days of our stay--they fixed it but they left a mess when they fixed it and there still was no water pressure in that shower. We had difficulty using the clothes dryer which didn't work well. Would be nice to have some coffee pods to use in the coffee maker.

• Caroline (9/5): Lovely place with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. - Lots of common space for the group to gather and relax. A bit farther from the major attractions but didn’t take away from the experience.

• John (10/5): We were very pleased with the accommodation once we had got into it! - The location is convenient but rather more than a few steps from the Trevi Fountain The prearrival messaging could have been better. Instead of just adding messages at the end of the stream it would have helped to have acknowledged the steps taken e.g. registration and local tax paid. The new messages would then appear to be new and not repetition.
• Gabriela (10/5): Excellent apartment - modern, spacious and clean! - The apartment was excellent for our big family (there were 8 of us) VERY spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable, showers clean and modern, kitchen very large. It was also great to have the dishwasher and a coffee maker! Staff very friendly, you can see they care, we needed extra sheets and there was no problem in getting them the next day. Location was fantastic, the apartment was on the 3rd floor, there was a lift which is also a bonus. We have been to Rome many times and this apartment was the best accommodation we ever had.

If I would come to Rome again, I would not let everyone knows how great this rent house is. ‘cause - Most amazing thing of this apartment is location and spacious rooms. Most of all, the apartment was so spacious. It seems they made two apartments into one huge flat. All was so new and clean and so cozy to stay. Everything was ready for us except some sauce and seasoning on the kitchen. If you decide to stay here and cook for yourself, buy some oil and salt, sugar, etc. Each room has a huge closet and tv it was amazing to have so beautiful dining room. I prefer to stay in apartment during travel with my family so I stayed in so many flats in Sydney, Venice, Rome, firenze, Thailand etc and this rent house is one of the recommendable places. The staff and the operator were kind and nice and tried to help us. Enough toilet paper, shampoo, hair caps, were ready. No tooth brush, toothpaste, no conditioner, no body wash and no hair brush. (please, take them with you from back home if you need them!) Kitchen was “fully” set up. The location is also great. We stayed three days with young kids and parents and we could take a walk to travel all the city of rome. So walkable to the elder and the kids and station is also near. From termini station, it takes only about 15 with heavy trunks. My parent recommended this apartment already to her sisters. Like I said, the flat looks brand-new one so staff was so kind to help us but also slight problems were there the operators haven’t noticed yet for example … the water pressure of shower booth in the biggest room was little weaker than the others, the shower tap says hot but cold water comes. But comparing to the other great points it has, it was so tiny problem.
