• Dragana (10/5): The hotel and spa are excellent, but staying in the apartments—separate from the main building was less convenient with - We stayed in the apartments and were not aware in advance that they are physically separated from the main hotel building, which can be less convenient when traveling with small children, especially when using the spa facilities. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent and the spa area is spacious. The apartment was not as clean as expected, particularly the kitchen. The ventilation area in the kitchen had noticeable grease buildup, suggesting it had not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time.
• VALENTIN (6/5): - Receptionreul de la hotel nu ne-a permis accesul in piscina exterioara si SPA motivand ca avem cazarea in alt corp de cladire (aprtament) , nu in hotel . Se putea intra doar contra cost . Costul accesului pentru 2 adulti si 3 copii era mai mare decat costul inchirierii apartamentului .Urata abordare !!!

• лкабаков (9/5): Страхотен апартамент с достъп до СПА - Апартамент с разтегателен диван и отделна спалня. Баня с тоалетна и отделна тоалетна, 2 балкона(единия със страхотна гледка към Пирин). Осигурен безплатен достъп до СПА центъра и осигурено подземно паркомясто. Апартамента е в отделна сграда, а не в хотела, където е СПА центъра и е малко неприятно, особено за децата да тичат по хавлии на студа между двете сгради. Освен това апартамента е на 3 етаж и няма асансьор(би било проблем за трудноподвижни хора).

В описанието на резервацията бе посочено, че СПА центърът е безплатен, както и подземният паркинг. На място обаче се оказа, че СПА-то струва 80 лв. на човек на ден, а за подземен паркинг се изискват допълнителни 30 лв. Това създава усещане за подвеждаща информация (Съобщение от хоста при резервация: "301-А an. 46 wifi password: bansko2121 free SPA free underground parking Fee for animals 20BGN/nigh additional cleaning/towels - upon request cost 37 eur/70 BGN paid at the reception. Please note that there is one king size bed 180x220 and one big sofa 140x200 for sleeping."). Също така, достъпът до басейна е ограничен и трябва да се влиза от странични входове, за да не бъде начислена такса – нещо, което не подхожда на хотел/комплекс от такъв клас. Негативно впечатление остави и обслужването на рецепция – първо ни беше дадена карта за подземния паркинг, която не работеше. След като се върнахме обратно, чак тогава бяхме информирани, че паркингът е платен и струва 30 лв. на ден. Това показва липса на адекватност и организация, а също и загуба на време за гостите. Разочароващо беше и преживяването в ресторанта – около 19:30 бяхме настанени от хостесата и получихме меню, за да си изберем ястие. След около 20–25 минути чакане обаче ни информираха, че единият от готвачите си е тръгнал и няма как да ни обслужат. Това остави впечатление за слаба координация и неуважение към времето на клиентите. Бих препоръчал мениджмънтът да изчисти описанието и условията на резервациите, както и да подобри организацията на обслужването – както на рецепция, така и в ресторанта. Потенциалът на мястото е голям, но коректността и професионализмът са ключови за положително преживяване на гостите.

• YURII (8/5): Без безкоштовної зони SPA для мешканців, готель перестав бути привабливим - нам подобається цей готель, ми приїхали сюди третій раз. дуже зручне розташування, наш сімейний номер дуже добре облаштований, всі умови і побутова техніка для приготування (у нас велика родина і це важливо для нас), багато місця для паркування авто, територія закрита для входу сторонніх людей нам не сподобались зміни в доступі до зони SPA. ключовою фішкою готелю було те, що мешканці готелю мали безкоштовний вхід до зони SPA, перші два рази минулого року ми з задовленням відпочивали в SPA і це робило сервіс від даного готелю видатним. правила змінились і тепер вхід до зони SPA платний для мешканців готелю, це нас сильно розчарувало, ми більше не повернемось сюди.

The owner doesn't cover it outside the ski season. The stay of our dog was free of charge as a appology. Please ask specifically for the spa before you book.

It ha - The room is spacious + it has access to the pool and nice view When I booked the room for just one night, the owner initially tried to make me book for two, claiming it’s only available for a minimum of two nights. This seems like a tactic to pressure guests into longer stays, even though Booking.com clearly allows one-night reservations. I insisted, and in the end, it was fine — but my friend gave in and had to change her plans. So have this in mind too.

• Adrijana (9/5): Great relaxing vacation stay - The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It was quiet and the location of the apartment was perfect - close to pool, playground, garage, restaurant. We loved that it had two bathrooms and also two balconies. The facilities are amazing - the indoor and outdoor pools, and saunas were fantastic. Food at the restaurant was really delicious. Parking was free. Wifi only worked in one part of the apartment and was pretty slow. The bar staff at the pool charged us different prices for the same drink (coffee with milk was either 3 levs or 4, depending on whether it was me or my husband ordering; apparently cash register wasn't working so no receipt available).

The apartment is up three flights of stairs with no lift; this should be made clear in the listing but is not mentioned. Property is managed off-site; hotel reception only gives the keys and does not manage the apartment otherwise. Room not ready when we arrived at 9 p.m. and hotel would not give us keys without checking with off-site host. Host blamed us for making a last-minute reservation -- goodness! -- and sent cleaners to prepare the room while we sat in the lobby. Communication was poor throughout. Host objected to this review and sent abusive texts, calling us "cheap Americans".

• Michaela55555 (3/5): Poor - The manager of the hotel was very helpful, but the apartment is owned by a private person who wasn't there. The manager of the hotel went beyond to make our stay pleasant and this wasn't her job. In the description in booking.com it is stated that reception is 24 hours of our use but this is false. I recommend it if you want to stay in this hotel booked with the hotel not through private host 😔😕.
