• Yarshy (3/5): Bad - Good location Bad windows, not soundproof and very cold flat. The light in the bathroom was not working either. The host only had one set of keys and wanted us to return our set before they could fix the lighting in the pitch black bathroom, this was a hindrance during our stay in London. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were no instructions on how to heat the property given at all until we made contact on one of the coldest nights of the year.

• Zeshan (10/5): Perfect stay for my short stay in London, host was very responsive, place was clean and easy to find - I liked the fact the bed was very comfortable, the place was beautiful to stay in There was a desk so I was able to get some work done aswell. There wasn't anything I could think of everything was perfect for me
• Victoria (9/5): Convenient, good value, home from home, well equipped - It’s a great location just off the Roman Road, great for exploring east London. It’s very well equipped, clean and plenty of ventilation. The communal entrance hall is a bit smelly and no reflection of what awaits once inside the flat - don’t let it put you off! Overhead noise (patter of little feet) makes sleeping in the living room past early rising difficult - but the bedrooms are both quiet and peaceful, even with the windows open!
• Kyana (4/5): Won’t stay again - Was clean and did look descent as the picture showed. There were no toilet paper or paper towel so we had to buy our own. The washing up liquid was watered down, so ended up buying our own and taking it with us. Bedroom 2 main light was not working so had to use the lamp. The place was extremely hot so for duration sleeping was uncomfortable due to heat and out of the x3 fan x2 worked but was not throwing much breeze to create any sort of comfort. Main hall way outside of the home was very un kept and smelled . Too much garbage was lying around outside of the property.
• Niall (1/5): Nearly disputed our stay. Don't stay here. Not clean, kinda gross. - Good location - Near Victoria park, Semi quiet area. Stayed for 3 weeks My colleague and I were close to filing a dispute with the host for the below. Due to our busy schedule we decided to deal with the cleanness ourselves and buy supplies and clean the entire unit. As a result of the poor condition the unit was in when we arrived, I had the host return 3 times to clean and replace burn marks on the kitchen bench, bring sheets and a clothing rack. Apartment was not cleaned - The host also accepted our early check in, but was still cleaning the unit when we arrived to check in. - Host made the excuse that the previous occupier had not left him enough time to clean... - Been sheets had not been changed from the previous guests - Visible Thick layer of dust accrued on the top of the bed rest - Floors had not been cleaned, carpets were disgusting - Visible mould growing throughout the bathtub, colleague was getting sick from the smell of mould. - Kitchen had not been cleaned, glassware was filthy - Fridge smelt like death. - Furniture was different on arrival - Floors were not cleaned... dirty has hell Some basics I expected for being there for 3 weeks - Host didn't provide extra sheets. - No drying rack Conclusion: Don't stay here, this place needs work. I'd recommend staying with a managed property so, at a minimum its clean on arrival.
• Juliana (7/5): Good price but a little far from downtown. - Lots of grocery and fast food close by. Beds linen and towels with good quality. Super quiet street during the night. Market on the Roman Road 3x week. Easy to go and back with bus 8 - roman road stops No acesibility, no bars to get into de bathtube and stair to reach de apartament. No hookers to hold towels or place to put the clothes. The towel raid was not working. Strange smell in the aisle.
• Joanna (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartament in great location - * great location - close to bus stops (bus no. 8 goes stright to the city center) and underground, parks, shops and playgrounds * comfy beds and clean lining * well equipped kitchen * nice contact with the host * great value for the price * easy check-in and out * Well equipped *Although the bathroom was really clean, it was a bit stinky I think because of the floor which was damp (It smelled a bit of mold) * because of the Roman Road Market every 2 days it was getting quite noisy, but also interesting to observe from the windows😉 * The entrance to the flat could be improved, because it makes a bad impression at first glimpse

• Rauno (9/5): A great place to stay in London - The spooky stories you hear about East London are definitely NOT true for this place. Lovely apartment with all the amenities and the neighbourhood is very nice. We very much enjoyed our morning (and nightly) walks to/from the Mile End subway station. Great price for a great place! The only real issue is with noise cancelling. It's a quiet neighbourhood, but you can hear people chatting and working in the streets pretty well. So if you are a light sleeper you might consider earplugs in the morning.
