• Ronald (10/5): The price was worth the cost. - I enjoyed the location of the loft. My room was clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I didn't like having to wash the towels and wash clothes every day. If there had been at least three sets of towels and wash clothes, the experience would have been perfect.

• Robin (5/5): Nice location but listing not accurate. - Location was ideal. There was no ocean view. None. Even on the balcony, no ocean view. The listing was misleading. I brought to the hosts attention immediately when we arrived and was told that photos depicted the listing as shown. The photos were not even the same as the unit we stayed in. Very disappointed.
• Jon (5/5): Not Luxury and No Ocean View - The location was good and host was very responsive The shower has low water pressure. My wife had to go somewhere to wash her hair. The TV was slow and almost non-responsive trying to use Netflix The WIFI was slow and doesn't exist if you step out onto the balcony The balcony is a thin concrete slab and pretty ugly to be honest There is no Ocean View though you can see where Biscayne Bay is located off to the side This is not Luxury but its a okay place to stay for 1-2 days.

• Viajero frecuente (8/5): - The lock box instructions need to be improved because my keys were not there when I arrived late at night. Bed has to be replaced by a new one that is more fixed and does not move or shake when lying down. Additionally, photos have to be according to the apartment for rent because there are many photos from other units not according to the real view from the apartment. Mine had no real view to the sea. We were facing a wall with almost no night view. Location and parking

• Amber (10/5): Amazing vacation. - I come to Miami often and this was the absolute BEST room I have booked thus far. Check in was easy and the host was responsive and friendly. The room was beautiful and we had an amazing view. I LOVED the rooftop pool with spa. This was a vacation we will never forget. Thank you!!!! Lack of kitchenware. There were not many pots and pans ( not a big deal). Other than that we loved everything.

• Marko (6/5): Apartment location is great for downtown, there were multiple logistical issues with hosts. - Location is central in Brickell and great to walk around. Hosts were helpful with questions but apartment had few issues. There were multiple organizational issues with the apartment, which made our stay uncomfortable for the first few days and we had to fix most of the issues by ourselves: 1) They sent us the wrong whatsapp number in the message which resulted us sending our passports to the wrong person. We had to go and compare the number from the message to the one in property listing to realize they have mistyped it. 2) We had to wait ~45 minutes in the sun for the host to come and give us keys, even when we had appointed exact check-in time beforehand and were in active communication with them on the day of arrival. 3) Apartment was not clean. Floor and carpets were dirty, walking barefooted in the apartment was not an option, we had to mop the floors and vacuum the carpets (both inside and on the balcony) by ourselves. 4) The smoke alarm was beeping every 30 seconds with a loud short beep when we entered the apartment. Hosts told us to press the button and reset the alarm and it fixed the beeping, but only for the next 12 hours - this resulted in alarm starting to beep again at 4am and we were unable to sleep until the next morning when someone came to replace the faulty alarm. We couldn't disarm the alarm again as it would make loud noise and wake up neighbors. Arriving jet-lagged from Europe and not being to sleep was not fun. 5) Never thought I'd complain about this but the quality of towels and bed sheets was terrible. Towels did not collect moisture at all and bed sheets were also from very cheap material, to the point that we slept on our towels the first night. Next day we went to Target and bought $4 towels and $30 bed sheet that were much better than the ones in the apartment. 6) Hosts did not know when we were checking out and thought its one day later than the actual day - this again resulted in late communication from host and us having to go to property listing to realize where to leave the keys and how to check out.
• Jaimarra (5/5): Construction started at 7 am the studio was small and there was no patio furniture and the patio doors were extremely ha - Swimming pool and location Construction, no real ocean view. room is small and made for one person or a couple. Parking garage is very tight to drive through.
• Jazmine (8/5): Decent - The location is perfect for downtown. Not in the thick of it, but still close to everything. A walk away from Bayside. The water pressure in the shower was great and it gets hot too. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean. The walls are solid concrete, so you can't hear the neighbors or feet above you. Ample parking space in the garage. Massive gym and multiple study/work spaces. We got in late, and the initial instructions to find the lock box were not clear on where exactly it would be, so it took some hunting to find it. The view straight away is of the parking garage, not the ocean. You can see water in the distance from the balcony, between buildings, which sucks because the reason I booked was to see the ocean from inside. There isn't a complete wall dividing the balconies, and there's no privacy inside when the blinds are open. The shower door has a huge gap underneath it, so a ton of water gets onto the bathroom floor. We put a towel down to mitigate that, but there are lots of easy ways to truly fix that. Communication was choppy with automated messages and two hosts saying different things. I was looking forward to using the spa, but that and the pool were cold. Nobody was in either of them.

I’ll definitely be back. - I recently had the pleasure of staying here in downtown Miami, and I can't say enough great things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location could not be more perfect, it's within walking distance of everything you could possibly want or need! Whether you're looking to explore vibrant nightlife, indulge in fantastic dining options, or enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches. The amenities are top-notch as well. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city views from the window! Plus, the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring, with breathtaking views of the skyline. I have absolutely ZERO dislikes.

And we had only one toilet paper (more was delivered after we asked). A person in the apartment above ours was doing noises very late and early (like hammering/screwing).

The facilities in the building were exceptional. But the place itself was fabulous. They have all mod cons. Even the towels were super fluffy, the bins smelt good. Place was immaculate. I would definitely recommend and go again. Nothing was a problem for the host.

The only recommendation would be to change the illumination. The bulbs used in the apartment are very weak. Illumination is really dim in the evening.

• Michael (8/5): Great place to stay but it's a little cumbersome getting the keys for the room - Nice view. Beautiful room close to everything. Great location. Good internet speeds, good for gaming and telecommuting. Getting the keys to get inside the room was a little cumbersome. Instructions had me wait at the parking lot and I had to wait about an hour before I actually got the keys. I ended up going to a restaurant nearby to wait, but the process should be streamlined going forward, maybe by using smart locks.
• Bernarda (9/5): Great loft in Brickell - The location is excellent. The loft is very nice and was quite clean. It has a washer and tumbler which were super useful. The common areas were excellent and included a gym, a pool and great working spaces. Santiago who showed us the loft was very nice and helpful. To say something, maybe that the bathroom wall had some humidity spots and that it would have been nice to have a foot towel as well.
• Jasmine (10/5): Overall, my stay was comfortable, convenient and I would stay here again. - It’s in downtown Miami, close to plenty of food. It’s a beautiful high rise building with a rooftop pool. Condo style apartment. Washer and dryer included. Body wash and shampoo included. Not enough towels, no laundry detergent. The shower could have been cleaned better. It wasn’t terrible, I noticed a few hairs on the inside of the curtain and shower wall. Had to wait for the host to bring the key, I don’t know if a better system can be created for this. Possibly some sort of lock box somewhere could be useful.
