• Guest (10/5): Un week-end relaxant intr-un hotel frumos. - Locatie frumoasa, decorata cu bun gust. Camera mare, curata. Micul dejun si cina destul de bogate, diversificate, pentru toate gusturile. Ne-a placut foarte mult oferta de la SPA. Se auzea zgomotul din alte camere si de pe hol.

• Veronika (8/5): Netter Aufenthalt , Spa-Bereich sehr gut - Der Spa-Bereich hat mir sehr gut gefallen, und auch der Außenpool war wirklich toll. Die Zimmergrösse und die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet Im Spa-Bereich: Im Salzraum war der Geruch allerdings etwas unangenehm, und die Menge des Salzes schien mir für die Größe des Raums etwas zu gering. Die Leiter im Salzwasserpool ist sehr locker und wackelt stark, sodass man leicht abrutschen und sich verletzen könnte. Im Zimmer: Die Kissen waren leider sehr durchgelegen und dadurch etwas unbequem. Außerdem haben die Bademäntel stark gefusselt, wodurch der Zimmerboden schnell verschmutzt war Im Restaurant: Ich hatte aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen hohe Erwartungen an das Essen und war daher etwas enttäuscht. Insgesamt fand ich das Essen eher durchschnittlich – die Auswahl war zwar groß, geschmacklich jedoch nur mittelmäßig. Das Fleisch war trocken und überbacken, der Pizzateig noch roh, und vegetarische Gerichte gab es kaum. Lediglich die Salate waren wirklich hervorragend.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Highly recommend. The hotel is new and clean, the spa and beach are fine. The staff speak a variety of languages- there was no problem of finding someone who knows English, Romanian or Russian. A good idea to choose the all-inclusive package (including lunch) as there are few restaurants in the area - the food at the hotel is really good. If you want to relax - a good idea to stay Monday-Thursday as on weekends quite a number of people come from Bulgaria and Romania for short vacations. Would definitely recommend. If you are looking for night life it is very close to Albena, guess you can get a taxi between them. The only disadvantage, not really essential but need to give a heads up: iif you are on the pool-facing side and you have noisy neighbors drinking through the night, you really need to close the balcony door (but the soundproofing with the door closed is good).

• Raluca_33 (8/5): O locație liniștită , ideala pentru persoane cu afecțiuni reumatice sau recuperare. - Micul dejun bogat, variat, locația excelenta, curățenie, piscinele mari , apa încălzită. SPA de nota zece. Cum te îndepărtezi puțin de hotel seara e bezna întuneric , nu ai pe unde sa te plimbi , e o stațiune trista. După ploaie aleile se inunda și trebuie sa o iei prin iarba ca să nu te uzi . Deși era început de septembrie, nu era niciun parc de distracții sau măcar un trenuleț. De la hotel la strada principala cu magazine e o distanta destul de mare. Mi s - a părut mai mult un hotel pentru cei cu afecțiuni reumatice, cu baza de tratament . Dacă veniți pentru distracție, nu e locația potrivita. Chicineta din apartament nu are nici un vas de bucătărie, doar pahare, chiuveta și cuptor cu microunde. Șezlongurile de pe plaja hotelului sunt fără saltelele și incomode.

• Севдана Гавраилова (6/5): - Прекрасни условия, удобства. Храната е разнообразна и всеки може да направи избор според режима си. СПА центъра е хубав и предлага много услуги. На първо място - сменената резервация, която направих чрез Booking и то без да ме уведомят. Иначе получих няколко имейла от хотела - че не могат да ме настанят в 14.00ч.; за условията, което предлагат, т.е. имали са контакт с мен. Некоректно беше посочено в направената резервация, че изгледът на стаята е към парк, който впослествие се оказа паркинг. Убеждаваха ме, че са ъпгрейдвали стаята и вместо две единични са ми дали двойно. Ама никой не попита дали ми трябва такова легло. На второ място - нямам против северните съседи, но като туристи не са ми по вкуса. Крясъци на деца в СПА зоната, оставени от родителите си да правят каквото искат. Пързаляха се по пода в зоната на сауните и забележките на спасителя въобще не ги впечатляваха. Скачат в басейна, играят на топки. Посещавахме СПА зоната и басейна специално сутрин, когато още закусваха. В ресторанта - същото. За първи път виждам опашка от двадесет човека за вечеря в ресторант на пет звезден хотел. Явно резервация в хотела трябва да се прави само през седмицата, не и за разширен уикенд. Не случайно отговорих на въпроса дали препоръчвам мястото за романтичен престой с "не". Съжалявам, че давам такъв отзив, който коренно се различава от тези на предишните ми посещения, защото хотелът наистина е хубав

• Ina (9/5): Very nice stay - It was wonderful that the hotel has its private beach area. There was a variety of food (even for babies) and each time was very delicious. The spa facilities are new. It was excellent that there was a kids playground inside and a bar with tables just outside so that the parents can observe the kids while playing and enjoy a drink at the same time. There was a reconstruction of a new hotel right next to ours and was very noisy during daytime (especially when our baby was sleeping)

Colacul de WC este un instrument de tortura. Sfatul nostru este sa schimbati cu cele mai ieftine colace din plastic pentru ca rezultatul va fi mult mai bun decat ce oferiti acum !

Хорошие номера, приветливый персонал, чисто, очень хорошо убирают в номерах. Хороший комплекс бассейнов. Хороший пляж. Цена за отель достаточно высокая, и теперь перейду к существенному недостатку помня который я вряд-ли приеду в этот отель ещё раз: В среднем вы заплатите 300 евро за ночь если приедете в отель вдвоем. За 10 ночей вы заплатите около 3 тысяч евро. Цена хорошей турецкой пятерки. Но! В отеле вы будете доплачивать за каждую чашку кофе, за каждую бутылку воды, за каждый бокал пива, и за все содержимое мини бара. Чайник чая стоит 9 лев. Бутылка воды 0.5 в пластике - 5 лев. Если вы пьете спиртные напитки, то мне даже страшно подумать какие там на них цены. К трем тысячам евро за 10 дней вы потратите еще 1000 евро на воду, чипсы , и шампанское. Я считаю такую концепцию отеля недопустимой. Без денег в этом отеле вы сможете пить воду только за завтраком из дурацких маленьких стаканчиков по 100 грам. Добавьте нормальную систему ВСЕ ВКЛЮЧЕНО и не берите деньги за чай и воду. Спасибо.

• Radu (10/5): Ne-am bucurat de serviciile oferite de Casa di Fiore. - Este amplasat aproape de plaja privată. Restul stațiunii are zone neingrijite in contrast cu ceea ce ofera hotelul.
• Patricia (9/5): a good 4 stars hotel- but not a 5 stars - both the spa area and the beach are really nice some towels were outworn and stained. A big minus was the fact that during breakfast they had only 2 coffee machines-old or slow moving-you waited in a loooong line to get a coffee because everything moves so slow-also poor quality of the coffee At the dinner they provide only water- no juices, no coffee. That’s not a big deal- but it s good to know as at the reception they told us they provide it. Another minus would be the fact that they have a lack of waiters and it was hard to find a clean table as there was no personal to clean the used ones…

• Marcin (7/5): Casa di fiore - Hotel położony blisko morza ,miły pomocny personel ,hotel czysty często sprzątane pokoje,smaczna kuchnia ,fajna strefa basenowa z barem i prywatną plażą. Strefa parkingowa to jakiś żart po zameldowaniu zostaliśmy skierowani na utwardzony kawałek zarośniętej działki przy hotelu bez ogrodzenia i monitoringu . Co oczywiście skończyło się obitymi w pojeździe drzwiami i brakiem możliwości ustalenia sprawcy. Choć hotel na zdjęciach i po wejściu do lobby wygląda na bardzo okazały i pięknie wykończony przy bliższym kontakcie wiele traci zwłaszcza jeżeli przyjrzeć się jakości wykończeń ( odpadające miejscami za grzybione w łazienkach fugi ,ruszające się pod stopami popękane płytki na korytarzach czy też ledwo trzymające się na rurkach deszczownice oraz odpadające wieszaki na ręczniki psują odbiór całości hotelu). Room serwis tylko w wyznaczonych godzinach ale nie mogłem skorzystać bo ani za pomocą aparatu telefonicznego ani za pomocą hotelowej apki w TV nie mogłem się połączyć i złozyć zamówienia . Bardzo słaba organizacja wydawania posiłków formie szwedzkiego stołu ( masa przeciskających się gości pomiędzy obsługa ,stolikami i kolejki do np automatów z kawą sprawiły ,że na śniadania przestałem chodzić ,a na kolację chodziłem na naj późniejsza możliwą godzinę wydawania. Brak wyboru choćby soków ,dostępny jedynie pomarańczowy wyciskany w trakcie śniadania. Z automatu serwisujacego inne smaki leci tylko woda ,wszystkie inne pozycje można oczywiście zamówić ale są dodatkowo płatne .. Reasumując nie wiem czy hotel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek i kto Je przyznaje ale za wiele mniejszą kwotę zdarzało Mi się przebywać w 4 gwiazdkowych obiektach o podobnym standardzie i lepszym wykończeniu i opiece nad gościem .

• Greta (10/5): Un sejur excepțional la malul marii! - Locația minunata,camere mobilate cu bun gust,un balcon generos,piscina interioara remarcabila in zilele mai reci,servicii spa excelente,restaurantul decorat cu bun gust și o organizare facila a locului de servit mâncarea.Punctul forte a fost mâncarea extrem de diversificata,pentru toate gusturile și remarcabil de gustoasa.Plaja curata,aproape de hotel,barul de pe plaja oferă băuturi de calitate.Piscina exterioara deosebit de curata.Gradina verde din spatele hotelului excepțional realizata și întreținută.Totul la superlativ! Mai multă atenție a doamnelor ce se ocupau de curățenia din camera(balconul a fost mereu neglijat).

• Liana (10/5): - A very good hotel. It was our second stay and we were very happy with all. Elegant hotel, comfortable room, great food with many options and more than plenty. The room was cleaned every day , in fact, cleaning is top priority for all hotel, garden and pools area. Lots of pools and saunas, beach bar and pool bar to have a pleasant stay. I have to mention the great staff working in the hotel that make you feel so welcome, especially Elena , so professional and caring ready to solve any issue . I was very impressed by the beautiful garden full of plants and by the smell of lavender and roses. I couldn't thank enough to all for the great holiday we had and I highly recommend Casa di Fiore to all my friends. We will come back for sure next year. One little thig could be improved: a glass of wine from the house at dinner would be perfect. Bulgaria has great wines and it wouldn't cost a fortune. Maybe the management would consider the idea.

• Sandra (9/5): Comida, playa y spa excelente - El hotel tiene playa propia con buenas hamacas y chiringuito todo privado para los huéspedes del hotel, la playa es impresionante y una zona muy cuidada y bonita. El bufet uno de los mejores que he probado, la comida deliciosa y muchísima variedad, excelente bufet. El spa también tenía de todo y las piscinas con agua salada. La limpieza de las habitaciones para un hotel de 5 estrellas deja un poco que desear, las señoras de la limpieza entran y hacen todo por encima, no me gustó que ni siquiera me cambiaron las tazas que utilicé para tomarme unas infusiones.
