• Iuliia (1/5): - This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Booking.com accommodation. Our booking was active and confirmed, yet the host forcibly evicted us during our stay without any authorization from Booking.com. The host became aggressive, repeatedly demanded that we leave immediately, applied extreme time pressure, threatened police involvement, and sent a cleaner to the apartment while we were still legally checked in. We were told we would be treated as trespassers, despite having a valid booking. The host claimed we violated house rules due to “filming,” however no such prohibition is stated anywhere in the listing or house rules on Booking.com. No damage was caused, and all utilities were functioning properly. Due to the host’s behavior, we were forced to leave the property the same day and urgently book alternative accommodation at our own expense. This was a highly stressful, intimidating, and unacceptable situation. Regardless of any disagreement, no guest should ever be threatened, harassed, or forcibly removed while their booking is still active. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious when booking this property, as the host’s conduct was unprofessional and unsafe.

Чистота и комфортная кровать, детальные инструкции при заселении до мелочей, владелец оперативно выходит на связь и моментально решает все вопросы. Здание охраняется, я с дочерью - подростком чувствовали себя а полной безопасности. Рекомендую данные апартаменты! Все ОК

• Shawn (10/5): Modern, comfortable, secure and stylish executive pad right in the middle of downtown. - Not only was the property well-appointed, modern and comfortable - I got to have breakfast with Aretha, John, Paul, Eddie and so many others! The entire space was a stylish celebration of art and music. Entry and Parking instructions were clear and readily available. Nothing. It was fabulous. I felt myself wishing my stay could've been longer the moment I stepped in the door!
