• Kiranpreet (10/5): Excellent experience - Would come back again - Amazing stay. Unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts went above and beyond with complimentary breakfast items, wine bottle, coffee and chocolates. They were always quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for exploring the city, next to union, CN tower and Scotiabank arena. Highly recommend!! Everything was amazing - No issues

• Victoria (10/5): Beautiful views, clean condo, convenient location - Great central downtown Toronto location. Close to all popular amenities with parking underneath the building. Clean condo with great communication - host made sure our group was comfortable and had snacks for our group. Would stay again!

• Deanna (10/5): Outstanding views and thoughtful hosts - The view was outstanding! We had a minor power issue and the hosts were immediately responsive. They even left us apology wine and cupcakes for any inconvenience.

• Dillon (10/5): Exceptional - This location is amazing! Stayed for the Eras tour and was able to walk in about 6 minutes to the Roger’s center. Right beside the Scotia bank arena. The birthday balloons/sign were an appreciated addition for my daughter’s birthday.

Would stay again! - Great location and views I didn't realize there was public parking available in the same underground structure, if we had known we would have just parked there and not worried about having to go up and down to get and return the parking transponder

• Edmund (9/5): EXCELLENT!!! - Great location and views, beautiful building, all well maintained. Very thoughtful to include some basics for breakfast. Terrific grocery in the building!!! That was a huge bonus. Lighter bedding for the summer plus a queen or king size bed - bed was pretty small for 2 adults.

• Maria (10/5): Wonderful - Everything. The apartment is very nice, close to several tourist attractions . In the building next door there is a huge supermarket. The host is very helpful and helped me in several situations. On the first day he stocked the apartment with several items for breakfast. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely stay again when I return to Toronto. Nothing.
• Woodworth (9/5): It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely use this again. - The security and the location were great. Parking was convenient. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds and couch were comfortable. The pillows were especially nice! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. They provided breakfast items for us which was a very nice gesture. Overall a very nice stay. One bathroom lacked a towel rack. It appeared to have been on the wall but was torn off. There were some hooks behind the door. Some tissues and a lamp next to the bed would’ve been appreciated. The use of the key fob was not fully explained. We didn’t receive instructions on how to use them in the elevator and the automatic doors.

Would definitely stay here again! - If you are attending an event at Scotiabank Arena you would be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Also within walking distance of the train station. Unit itself was very nice with water, coffee and light breakfast items provided. The unit itself looks like it is due for a little refresh and the beds were small for sharing between two adults but it was clean and convenient.

A variety of tea, even a couple of choices, would have been nice too. The lighting. A couple of side table lamps in the bedroom, possibly living room, would have been good.
• Nobuko (9/5): Very centrally-located, clean, safe and convenient stay. - Great location , cleanliness, safe neighborhood and underground parking. -Despite directions, the parking was a bit confusing and the entrance process (entrance-elevator-lobby to another elevator-apt) was a bit tedious. Also, the main bedroom bed is super stiff!

• Mostafa (8/5): Brilliant escape in the heart of Toronto downtown ❤️ - It’s just right. The right location next to union station with 3 minutes walk, pubs around, restaurants, probably 15 mins walk from Eaton. We loved it. The host made sure to have breakfast snacks ready by.
• Peter (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent. Convenient. Good working space. Flexible owner re arrival/departure. I would highly recommend. Ideally there should be more than one fob. I’m not sure breakfast inclusive was true for our stay. Main bedroom mattress is very firm. I was concerned but actually had no issue but just to note.
• Vollhoffer (7/5): All is all it was good except for the bed in the master bedroom. - Having eggs on hand was wonderful. It would have been nice to have had bread or English muffins to toast and put the eggs on. Orange juice would have been nice too as both of us were not coffee drinkers. the bed in the master bedroom was as hard as a rock. I felt like I was laying on concrete. I took the foam topper and folded it in half and slept on that instead.

• William (9/5): Apartment and location were great, and hosts were responsive and helpful. - Appreciated the provision of breakfast supplies! Would have liked to have more than one key/fob, as there were three of us and it made it difficult for us to split up and do different things in town.
• Kara (9/5): Superb - The location is amazing, easy to get to and close to Downtown. If you are seeing a concert, baseball game or hockey game this is where you want to be! Easy access is you are coming by car or train or Billy Bishop! I have no complaints!
• Liz (10/5): Excellent place to stay and enjoy Toronto! - The location was amazing close to Scotiabank Arena; easy access to sports, metro, restaurants, sights, harbor, etc. Parking is available, too! There is a grocery store in the building, too. The breakfast amenities were spot on fantastic. Condo was clean and the views are awesome. As someone who doesn't live in the city, this was such a great experience. Host gave clear instructions for obtaining keys, but it required a lot of instructions and concierge was confused but we figured it out and had no problems after that.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete and it was a bit too hot in condo. Also personally didn’t like dealing with two separate elevator situations and having to use a fob to get through every single door. But that’s city living in a high rise I guess.

• Andrew (10/5): Perfect location and very comfortable. Highly recommended if you plan to stay in downtown Toronto! - The breakfast food provided was great. The location was perfect, walking distance to anything we wanted downtown. I really can't think of anything that would have made the stay any better. There were no pods available for the Nespresso on arrival but one message to the hostess and they were dropped off.

Pillows super comfy, very nice tv. Comfy couch. The balcony was great for getting some fresh air and a sliver view of the lake. It would've been great to have two key fobs for the door. Having only one made some outings a little complicated. It wasn't such a significant issue that we bothered anyone at the 9th floor desk.

• Christine (9/5): Our stay was fantastic we will be booking again in the future, gorgeous view, balcony and easy to access. We loved it! - loved the location, cleanliness and loved the personal touches for breakfast. Parking was a bit of a mystery but I come from a rural area so city parking difficulties were to be expected, finding our spot was time consuming. I should also have double checked about how to access the pool, I assumed it came with the price but its an additional cost which I did not see when booking.
