Stock für ältere Reisende kein Problem. Umfangreiches Gastronomieangebot und Supermarkt gleich ums Eck. Zugang in die Stadt sowohl zu Fuß als auch per Boot sehr easy.

• Richard (9/5): Venice apartment on the 2nd floor. - Location close to train station. New kitchen. Induction stove top. Spacious apartment. Good windows to open and take in the sounds of Venice. Shower needed a clean around the door. Sofa was very damp from a recent clean, needed a day to dry. Limited hot water at kitchen sink. Master bedroom needs a plug socket or extension to other side of bed, lamp couldn't be plugged in.

• Maria (9/5): Perfect location, close to train and so much more! - The location is amazing! Literally one minute from Venezia train station, which is exactly what we wanted. Lift for luggage was great! Nice size apartment for our family of 4. It was such a good location, close to so much. Kids loved how well the AC worked. The address on booking.com and real address are not one in the same. I made the mistake of sending a message to host after my family & I couldn’t find the address. He wasn’t nice about me not reading his 3 page PDF instructions that he had sent. After that he checked in every day to make sure all was well.
• ARUMUGAM (9/5): - Very near to the Venizia SL train station. It was convenient. The host guide is very well through watsapp. So we didn’t feel any difficulties. Can hear sound from top floor. Food step sound.

Abundance of good dining options within a free minutes walk (without paying as much as you would in the busier areas). Rooms and beds were comfortable and had everything you needed. • Graeme (8/5): A retreat close to the action - A great location adjacent to the Grand Canal and associated transport links. The two single beds are very low and are unsuitable for anyone with mobility limitations. The kitchen isn't particularly well equipped. With no cork screw, we were found to be desperately trying to find a way to remove a cork from a bottle of red wine :)

I would recommend, and re-use, this facility in the future. - Thev central location was extremely convenient, close to the rail station and surprisingly quiet. Entry was easy, via a keypad and a lockbox thereafter. The place was airconditioned and provided a cool respite at the end of busy days afoot. In addition, it was neat, clean and the amenities well maintained. The beds were a little soft, the springs a little squeaky. Afforded a reasonable night's rest.

• Debra (10/5): We had a great stay close to all attractions and most importantly the train station. - We were given precise instructions and a video so it was very easy to access the apartment. The apartment was spacious clean and included everything we needed. It was close to everything Venice has to offer including lots of restaurants and shops. The wifi was excellent which was a bonus as our granddaughter had school work to complete. I would definitely recommend staying at this property 👍

• Alison (10/5): Spacious place for a family vacation - Plenty of room in a very convenient location. The place is not fancy but comfortable and everything is like the pictures. It worked well for our family of 6. It was great.

Setting you free from trolling the luggage through rocky stone path or climbing bridges throughout the city. The waterbus runs to the main attractions of Venezia. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Supermarket just around the corner. Clear instructions for self check-in.
• Ng (10/5): Highly recommended for leisure stay at Venice. The rooms is quiet with sound proof from external noise. - Excellent location, a few foot steps from train station with elevator . No need to drag luggages up any steps. Outside a lot of food. Able to prepare light meal as the super market is a few doors away. Thanks to Sebastiano for providing very clear instructions and have been accomodative to our request. Able to Check in earlier based on availability and deposit our luggages one hour after check-out time. None

And even assist when we were facing language prob - Exactly 2 minutes walk from St Lucia Train Station and do not have to drag luggage over the bridges. There are a lot of eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. There is a lift up to the 2nd floor. Check-in process was clear and easy. The unit is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Washing machine was not inside the unit but was at another floor.
• Karin (8/5): Very good - Location is great. Check-in and out easy. The stove did not work unless putting a pot on - which our host did not let us know until after our departure, despite our inquiry. This was unfortunate, as we had bought groceries, which we had to let go to waste.

Pullout couch was stained and smelt of what appeared to be vomit. This needed to be Commercially cleaned. There were long black lengths of hair found all over the floor. Cleaning was substandard.
• James (10/5): Venice comfort! - The location (literally 2 minutes walk from Stazione de Venezia Santa Lucia) was amazing after a long day of train travels! The space was very gracious and allowed us to spread out and not feel cramped on top of each other when travelling as two couples. The local restaurants were phenomenal! good value and atmosphere! Sebastiano was very responsive when messaged. Maybe a little more clear detail where the washing machine is. Had to go through everyone's terrace till we found the right terrace belonging to the apartment. Just felt awkward as didn't want to disturb other people.

• Amir (10/5): Amazing location - It is located exactly 2 mins from the train station and 2 mins to water taxi stop. Very convenient to explore Venice. The restaurants and mart are just steps away. The self check in process was smooth the owner stayed in touch with us over Whatsapp. condition of the unit is decent the beds could be more comfortable, we enjoyed our stay here.
• Esha (9/5): Wonderful apartment in a GREAT location - Fabulous location, 2 minutes from the Venezia St Lucia Station. It was amazing just walking out of the station and not having to lug our bags into the Vaporettos, or over steps. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes as soon as you walk out. The apartment was HUGE!!! 2 bedrooms, a huge living and kitchen area - we were spoilt for space here as compared to the rest of our stays in Europe. The kitchen was well equipped. A separate A/C in every room including the living room and even in the bathroom!!! The air conditioning worked fabulously - this was SO important to us because Italy was very very hot when we were there in late July. There was also a private rooftop balcony area with a washing machine and drying area, which was much appreciated. The sofa in the living room and bedroom was a little shabby and dirty looking. Apartment was a little basic and bare but I didn't mind that too much. No actual quilts/ duvets were provided, but I later realized this may be an Italy in the summer thing. We then started turning up the temperature a bit, so that it was comfortable with just the sheets that were provided.

• Tyler (8/5): Fabulous apartment that is very convenient if you are arriving by train or bus. Sebastiano is an excellent host and answ - We liked the terrace and location. The apartment had many amenities we appreciated (like AC and a coffee maker). We unfortunately ran out of toilet paper and had to get a bit more but there were 6 of us!

We could have used a bit more information about how to access the washer, etc at check in. We asked if there was additional toilet paper as we only had 2 very small rolls provided at check in. ( 5 adults and 2 night stay 2 rolls?) We were essentially told that was all we were getting so we bought more because there was no way that was adequate.

• John (6/5): Pleasant - Really convenient location. Easy walk to everything. Nice spacious apartment. Cleaners did not leave behind much toilet paper. When I told the host we were out... Only reply was cleaners should have left some. Basic need not taken care of is not acceptable. Not ideal for 6 people. The location in the booking app takes you 100m away from the actual apartment. The host sends a PDF just before check-in that has the accurate pin drop linked somewhere in a 3 page document. Wasted an hour trying to find the door because of this. The host needs to make sure the booking app is accurate, and until then clearly state the app does not provide apartment location. This place would be a 9 if the host took care of guests' needs, and the apartment location was accurately listed.

• Ofelia (8/5): Amazing location - LOVED that we did not have to drag our luggage up and down bridge walkways to get to accommodations. It is literally next to the train station which made our departure easy. There is a very small elevator which we loved. Bonus space on the roof (where laundry is located) wish we had taken advantage of rooftop space earlier during our stay. Everything was easy to walk to. rollaway bed (sofa) was difficult to open close; cover was awkward to put on.

• Patrick (5/5): Apartment in Venice close to Train Station - The location is good, only a few minutes from the train station. The air conditioning worked well, and this was quite nice as Venice was about 97 for the few days we stayed. The beds could be upgraded. Not comfortable and I ended sleeping on the sofa. Even though the apartment did not have a stench, the little alley where it was located, had a bad 'sewer' stench. There was no personal touch with the host of this property. Everything was done with phone apps and computer emails. Had to use a code to enter the building and then the keys were in a lock box, and for some reason I think if my son was not with me, I would have had a difficult time figuring this all out. The host should meet the guests in person, as it happens with all of the places I have stayed thruout Italy, If there was more of a personal touch, things would have been much better with everything I am sure.

• Diana (9/5): I totally recommend! - The host, Sebastiano, was great! So nice and trustworthy! The location was very good - we walked every day to San Marco, it was like 40 minutes. There is a supermarket next to the apartament and also the train station. We landed on Treviso airport, so the station was perfect for us. There are also restaurants like 30 seconds walk:)))) The apartment is very big and 2 families could easily stay here together. There is a kitchen, the bathroom is also big. You can find glasses, plates, a microwave, fridge, a stove. The only thing I did not like was the cleaning - the apartment needs a little bit more cleaning, at least in the kitchen and living room.

• Man (10/5): Perfect location spacious room and good facilities☺️ - Very convenient location 2 mins walk from Venice S Lucia Station. Supermarket and varieties of restaurants to choose close by. Complete set of kitchen equipment with everything you need. You can even wash your clothes in the laundry room👍🏻. Very nice and friendly host🤗 💯recommended! Not a bad thing but just to a reminder to close your window otherwise a lot of bugs will fly in. Electric mosquito swatted provided by the host tho:)

The drip coffee maker was out of order and we already bought a pack when we found out. But, there was an option available so we managed easily. We had bit of trouble locking the key case when we left but managed after 15min.
• William (8/5): The apartment is very clean and location is great. - Location is wonderful, so close to the water bus and train station. Kitchen knives were missing which makes cooking dinner very difficult. Low on paper towels and toilet rolls supply. Wine opener was missing the corkscrew.

Apartment was clean and secure. Single beds were a little too low for our age group, difficult to get in and out of.

• Irem (9/5): Superb - I only had to deal with the mosquitos in the house, would be better if we had all protection in advance that we found in our second house in Florence. Even though I asked all stuff for 2 rooms, the owner of the house brought 1 electrical device to be used and 1 hand use which did not work throughout the second night. Apart from this issue, all was good.
• Hanica (9/5): as mentioned above - everything great except heater requirement no heater and the requirement to stick to 20 degrees Celsius for airconditiong (or be charged if higher than that) on an exceptionally cold spring season (temperature going down to 9 degrees Celsius) is the only thing I did not like. this is the only property in the 3 properties I stayed in Europe on this trip that imposed that requirement on heater at the rate the unit costed.
