- Diego (9/5): - El apartamento era perfecto para 4 parejas. No tiene sala de estar pero si una cocina comedor amplia. Esta bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. El trato que nos dio la propiedad y el servio de limpieza no fue apropiado en relación a la categoría del apartamento.

Izcils variants lielai kompānijai, ka ir iespēja dalīties un visi var tikt iekšā katrs savā laikā un pēc vajadzības. Kluss, mierīgs rajons. Sabiedriskais transports tuvu. Tādu lietu īsti nebija. Varēja būt Tuvāk centram, katrs brauciens uz pilsētas centru aptuveni 40 minūtes, bet sabiedriskais transports ir Tuvu, līdz ar to par būtisku mīnusu šo nevar uzskatīt.

- Walter (9/5): Superplek en makkelijk om in het centrum te komen. - Goede plek een beetje verwijderd van het centrum maar makkelijk openbaar vervoer zeer dichtbij. Toilet mag een een nazicht krijgen. Kom je met de auto reken dan wel een 3/4 uur om hem volgens de regels te parkeren in de langetermijn parkings van Wenen. Dit hoort bij het beleid van de stad. Maar je moet er rekening mee houden.

Хорошее расположение в нескольких минутах ходьбы до станции метро, есть рядом Лидл, если вы хотите купить что-то на завтрак - в нем много свежей выпечки. Все мелочи также были предусмотрены хозяином, все в чем вы нуждаетесь на время пребывания было в квартире предусмотрено.
- Edyta (9/5): very intense and exciting 2 days stay in Vienna. - Very nice appartment, large and comfortable, I like also the minimalist estehtic. Quite far from the city center, but we use direct tram (public transport however is quite expensive) or bus close to the appt, so it was not an issue for us. Shops and bakery -2 mins by walk. We travelled by car, hosts recommended us the P+R (25 mins walk distance) very comfortable with good proce (4,40/ day). Very easy access to appt. street parking is limited to 2h only. quite loud location, appt is very close to gas station & public transport so with open windows it was disturbing, but we managed, however If someone is very sensitive to noise I recommend to take some earplugs to feel more comfortable during night.

- Market (7/5): Stay at our apartment - The place offered lots of facilities and had a very fair price with a decent position in vienna. we liked how close to the supermarkets and the bus station. the place wasn't very clean, it really wasn't a hotel more of an airbnb and the place didn't feel very well kept, especially the balcony.

- Rebeka (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and it did the job for 2 nights. The train station was just across the street and we could reach the inner city in 20 mins. The furniture pieces, the bedsheets and towels were quite worn, so we had that feeling that they are in heavy use. The usage of the spaces are not that good. The rooms were too big for having only a bed in them, but we were missing a comfortable living room situation (or at least a sofa). It's not that welcoming if you can only sit either on a bed or on a metallic dining chair in a huge apartment like this.

Garage parking is available but not nearby. The reception wasn't really good! I was told to read the instructions and messages sent without asking more questions. Stayed at the apartment with balcony - 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with wc, 1 separate wc and 1 separate shower room. so it was very convenient for the 8 of us. Enough pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils for cooking. Blackout curtains. Beds were comfortable. 24/7 Gas station next to the apartment so it was always noisy. Dining chairs could have been more comfortable.

Also directly near the tram line which is only a short throw away from many Christmas markets Only criticism is that there isn’t a bin in each room - only a minor thing. First night it took a while to get the place warm - maybe something that can be done before guests arrive.

- Apoorva (8/5): It was a good location and recommended one for Group stay. - It was good and clean apartment. Very good for a group of people. 2 min walk to Lidl and Metro so was very confortable. Asked for Fans as it was vert hot in there and got a response I should not be angry although I was not so felt little shocked on the response. Good part, they provided Fans very soon to help out.

(10/5): Amazing flat for friends or family - The flat is absolutely gorgeous, modern, stylish, clean, large; two bedrooms are very spacious, and very nicely furnished, the third small but very cosy. The kitchen is perfect, with dining table, it has everything you need, including a coffee machine and coffee capsules, salt, pepper etc. The bathroom, the shower, everything is perfect. And the nicest thing: the large terrace! It is close to the main road and therefore a bit noisy, yes, but for us that was an advantage, because you can chat comfortably on the terrace, nobody is bothered; the bedrooms look on the other side. The location is really great, 50 meters from many public means of transport, so you can get everywhere very quickly, there is LIDL and many shops and food options nearby; there is a petrol station directly in front of the house where you can buy the necessary things even at midnight. We enjoyed EVERY moment here. As a tourist, you can park in Vienna on the street just for max. 2 hours (and even that is expensive), the usual garages are very expensive, so it's worth leaving your car in a P&R Ottakring, which is only one S-Bahn station away and it costs 4,10 Euro per day (In June 2023). The entrance with the code is very simple and easy, the owner is very helpful via email or phone. THANK YOU! When we come back to Vienna, I really hope that one of the flats here in the house is free!
