• ursusteutonicus (6/5): Sehr schön und neu, aber leider mit funktionalen Mängeln, die leicht behoben werden könnten. - Sehr schönes modernes gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Das Schrankbett ist ok, die gesamte Matratze gerät jedoch leicht in Schwingung, wenn sich eine Person bewegt. Die nahegelegene Hauptstrasse ist bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar. Frühere Gäste haben in ihren Bewertungen das Türschloss kritisiert. Es ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert aber. Obwohl das Apartment noch fast neu ist, gibt es leider erhebliche Mängel bei der Instandhaltung, die offenbar schon länger bestehen und leicht behoben werden könnten: 1) Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nur sehr langsam ab (gefühlt fast garnicht). Vermutlich liegt eine teilweise Verstopfung des Siphons oder der Abflussleitung vor. Die Warmwasser-Durchflussmenge der Dusche ist sehr gering. 2) Ein Innenrollo hängt schief, droht bei Benutzung herabzufallen und ist nicht zu gebrauchen: Die Befestigungschrauben des Rollos haben sich teilweise aus der Wand gelöst. (Schrauben/Dübel).

The key process is complicated and the risk of being fined 700 CHF is just bizarre. It's also a bit far from the train station by foot. It would be ok if it was cheap, but it was expensive.

C'era polvere ovunque, nonostante erano previsti due ospiti c'era un cuscino solo, una tenda era rotta e per uscire in balcone era complicato e dentro un cassetto della cucina era sporco e unto. In bagno c'era un solo asciugamano grande e stava per terra corredato di capelli vari. Insomma, non è stato il massimo dell'ospitalità.

Might as well put a proper more comfortable bed in as I doubt anyone staying there ever bothers to put it away. If it wasn’t for the bed, I would probably book this location again. - No sockets nor reading lamps next to bed. - Indoor Blinds missing string to pull up or down - Whenever people use their washing machines in the appts which seemed to be often, it was very audible in our appt. Just a constant banging noise. Not super loud but still irritating… - We had some ants 🐜 in the kitchen while we were there. - More crockery / glasses etc would be useful otherwise we have to keep washing up which defeats the object of having a dishwasher

• Andreas (5/5): - Recht ruhig trotz Innenstadtlage Duschablauf ist verstopft > beim Duschen schwimmt undefinierbarer Schmutz von Vorgängern herum - finde ich ekelhaft. Die Türschliessung der Wohnungstür funktioniert nicht korrekt. Bei der Abreise klemmte das Schloss längere Zeit > ich verpasste den Zug ☹️
• pier (9/5): LOCATION PERFETTA, HOST DA RIVEDERE. - Appartamento nuovo, pulito e con tutto l'ESSENZIALE (dico essenziale). Posizione comoda ai servizi, a 5 minuti d'auto dal centro e a pochi km da Lugano, Locarno e Ascona. Stupendo l'affaccio del balcone sulle montagne. Divano letto ma molto comodo. Cucina completa, grande frigo. Ottima la cabina armadio separata. Bagno grande e con grande doccia. Host un pò assente ( si comunica solo per messaggio). Pur essendoci un parcheggio assegnato all'appartamento ti viene chiesto di pagarlo a parte (in contanti). Il set di ingresso non comprende : ospiti per bidet, tovaglioli, canovacci, spugnette per ripulire e carta igienica extra (abbiamo avuto 2 mini rotoli per 4 giorni e 3 notti). Mancavano le batterie al telecomando e le informazioni presenti non corrispondevano al reale funzionamento del Tv. Bagno poco luminoso e cieco.
• Jane (8/5): Arriving in the rain 🌧️ was not the best, but when the sun shone, Bellinzona was beautiful - Location outside main town but good bus service with stop right outside property. Apartment smart, light and airy and the fan was very welcome. Weeds growing on terrace, which was a shame. Bed comfortable but fitted sheet was too big and came off mattress, which didn't have another covering. A handhold in shower would give extra safety, although shower itself good. Despite instructions on TV, we couldn't get it to work! Some general information on the area would have been useful although I expect the majority of visitors use their phones.
• Yehuda (1/5): Very bad experience. Lies and deception regarding the apartment's facilities. - Nothing We checked this apartment because it said it had air conditioning. The apartment does not have air conditioning. The host, in a desperate attempt to communicate with him after many minutes, suggested we use a fan. In addition, there were no sheets on the blanket. We left the apartment half an hour after we arrived as a result. The host did not refund our money and the city taxes even though we did not stay in the apartment at all. In addition, the knees were dirty.

• Vaclav_r (8/5): Excellent value for money. - The accommodation is excellently located in the greater center of Bellinzona, approximately one kilometer from the train station. There is a bus stop nearby, but the walk from the station through the city is very pleasant. Shops, a post office, and other essential amenities are all within easy walking distance. In general, I would say that Bellinzona is a strategically positioned hub for exploring (not only) the canton of Ticino. It is easily accessible from Malpensa Airport (Milan), with a direct train connection that takes approximately two hours. From Bellinzona, you can conveniently travel to a wide range of destinations by train or bus. The city itself also offers numerous opportunities for excursions. Overall, I find this accommodation to offer an excellent balance of quality and affordability. The apartment is relatively new, bright, and spacious. A particular highlight is the large walk-in closet, which provides ample space for storing clothes and luggage—an uncommon feature in similar accommodations. Additionally, the apartment is well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen. A further advantage is the pleasant terrace, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. An additional advantage is the seamless key handover via a secure key safe and online check-in, eliminating unnecessary formalities on-site. The room is furnished with a sofa bed instead of a conventional bed, which may be less comfortable for some guests due to its firmer surface. A basic set of toiletries was provided, though items such as laundry detergent were not included. I wouldn’t consider this a drawback, but it’s something to be aware of and plan for accordingly. One aspect that I would rate lower is cleanliness. I likely stayed among the first guests after the winter closure, and it was noticeable— the bed linen did not feel entirely fresh, and the dishwasher required maintenance and cleaning, as it emitted a musty odor. In the bathroom, there was visible dirt and traces of human hair near the shower door. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were not entirely clean, but this is more about the guests who put dirty dishes back into the cabinets. Based on my experience from various accommodations, it is a good idea to run the dishwasher and wash all the dishes you plan to use before using them. The property is designated as non-smoking, and I appreciate that there are clear warnings throughout the building reinforcing this policy. However, despite these regulations, some residents smoked on balconies and in front of the building, which at times made it impossible to ventilate the apartment without filling it with smoke. I understand that this is beyond the owner’s control, just as is the noise from certain neighbors. The sound insulation is not ideal—footsteps and other disturbances from surrounding apartments were quite audible. The first night, I was startled by a loud bang from the entrance door, which made me momentarily think someone had entered the apartment. Noise from the hallway was also significant, adding to the overall disruption.
