• Milan (8/5): It was ok, we enjoyed our stay. - It is perfectly located close to the sea and the tram station so you can easily go anywhere. Large apartment. Not enough dishes and glasses. Pans and pots are not usable (completely burned), no glasses (only 2 glasses for 5 guests) and the owner suggested to use coffee cups as glasses 🤣.

• elisabetta (9/5): - posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia praticamente basta attraversare la strada, mare e spiaggia pulita, libera, vicino al centro citta di atene, comodi i mezzi per raggiungere piazza sintagma in 30 minuti di tram, comodo dall'areoporto basta prendere il bus numero X96 il viaggio dura 40 minuti circa e la fermata EDEM è a 10 minuti dall'ubicazione. comunque appena potro ben volentieri ritornero in questo appartamento sperando che i miei consigli siano apprezzati, sono anche io un affittacamere in Italia a Senigallia (AN) casa sul mare aggiungerei qualche padella , uno scolapasta assolutamente e dei coltelli ( uno grande per il pane), dei coperchi per le pentole, almeno 1 tovaglia e degli strofinacci per chi vuole anche cucinare , ora l'attrezzatura per la cucina è un po misera niente altro tutto perfetto.

• ANTONIS (6/5): - Μια όχι και τόσο καλή προσπάθεια ανακαίνισης διαμερίσματος σε μια σχεδόν εγκαταλελλειμένη πολυκατοικία. Οι περιττοι αυτοματισμοί μας έκαναν δύσκολη την ζωή και γενικότερα οι παροχές ήταν σχεδόν ανύπατκτες. Μέχρι και οι οδηγίες για το wifi ήταν γραμμένες με το χέρι σ ένα χαρτόνι. Κακό.

• George (4/5): Expected better from the advertising. - The position was good, as was the size of the apartment The bedsheets were not clean and not ironed. The clean sheets were still on the washing line outside. The shower head is faulty/broken. The soap dispenser was basically empty. The towel rail looks like it’s about to fall off. 4 pairs of dirty flip flops were left scattered across the living room entrance. Cleanliness left something to be desired. Disappointed is the word!

• Kelly (10/5): Great apartment. Great location. - Great location. Tram stop into Athens Centre is right outside and about €2 for a 24 hour ticket. Also tram stop opposite takes you all along the Athenian Riviera. Edem Fish restaurant opposite is amazing with stunning views. The beach is clean and the sea is crystal clear. Apartment is really spacious and exceptionally comfortable with everything you need. Some noise from the main road but nothing too bad. Supermarket just opposite for all your essentials. Definitely a good base with great transport links. The X96 Airport shuttle stops just along the front outside Poseidon Hotel and is around €6. Would definitely recommend this place. 👌 So when you get to the front of the building it isn't the prettiest looking place. The lobby is a bit shabby and needs a good lick of paint but once you get into the apartment you can totally see past that. I'd say don't judge a book by its cover. The apartment balconies don't get the sun and there's no outdoor furniture which is a shame, although you are just directly facing other apartments.
• Ananiades (8/5): Very good - Very nice and spacious apartment! The owner was very helpful and left no questions unanswered. The location is perfect!
• Georgina (3/5): Dissapointed - location - close to shops , beach and public transport. Spacious kitchen and living room (nice soft couch!). Flat is on the 2nd floor and it has an elevator. We could not open the building door (had to wait for more than hour on arrival for the host to answer/help - ended up ringing all the doorbells until someone came to unlock. Issues persisted for the duration of the stay e g we had to ring the lovely Neighbour to open for us. Flat was scattered with post it notes 'AC doesnt work', pls turn off power etc.. Main room A/C was not working and it did not get fixed for the duration of our stay - just a post it note stuck to the wall saying it was leaking dont use :( . luckily it was not too hot by the time we came home at night. Place was not very clean and the laundry room still had a pile of dirty laundry on top of the washing machine. Host would not answer her phone not once! - on day 3 ( i think) the toilet stopped flushing - host sent me pictures how to open and fix it myself. Some of the towels were not washed, there was clutter and rubbish under the bathroom sink (used single use gloves etc) Pretty disappointed.

The location is unbeatable, close to everything you could want. We had the best time exploring the area and relaxing. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in recent memory. Highly recommended!
• Ana (9/5): Superb - Overall, I think the apartment was a bit expensive for the location and what it offers, but I appreciated that it was clean and that the host was very nice and welcoming.I would book it again in the future and definitely recommend you if you want to stay close to the beach and it is easy to get to the centre of Athens. This property is a 2-room apartment, located on the 2nd floor, and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment looks better than in the pictures and was well cleaned by Lily. On arrival, Lily was very careful to facilitate our access to the properties and checked if we needed anything else. Nearby there are about 3 supermarkets that do not appear on the Google maps search of the area, in addition, next to the supermarket there is also a pastry shop with local products and a shop with food cooked in the traditional way at acceptable prices. I would recommend to the hoast to add a few chairs and a table on the terrace, the terrace being beautiful and quite spacious, a good place to sit in the summer
• Delia (3/5): Poor - Very good location, near the sea Bad smell of cats in the block and also inside the apartment. The towels and the sheets have ready bad quality, are syntheticall and uncomfortable. The towels were smelling bad after the first usage.
