• Rodman (10/5): We had a two night stay. 3 ladies each had our own room and 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyable. - Facilities excellent. Very clean. Great location and parking was a godsend. Access was easy. There was nothing to dislike. One suggestion is perhaps add a chopping board to the kitchen list.

• Tracey (5/5): Location was walking distance from most activities which was good - The washing machine and dryer were very good The microwave was old and damaged and the oven only worked on fan grill. The fabric on the dining chairs needed cleaning. The third bedroom bed was only a double size and wasn't very comfortable unfortunately

• Kath (9/5): Fantastic, spacious apartment in a great city location with parking. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. - Spacious, clean, tidy and in a fantastic location in Launceston city. The location let us walk to the waterfront, Cataract Gorge, Boag’s Brewery, lots of cafes and shops. The apartment also had 2 bathrooms and its own parking spot which really helped when travelling with extended and older family members. Other hotel users parked in our parking bay. Only happened once thankfully and not the fault of the owners.

• Megan (9/5): Perfect Lonnie weekend - The location was ideal, the parking was easy, the apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend, it was clean tidy and had a lovely view. Access to keys was easy and communication with Belinda & Geoff was easy. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend. As others have said, the pillows are not great, yes, there are lots of them, but they are not good quality, it’s not a hard fix to make it a top class experience. If you’re coming down on the boat in your car, pack your own pillow.
• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. Accommodation catered for all our needs. Clean and comfortable. The iron and ironing board were testing. A few firmer pillows would have been good. Middle bedroom had a squeaky door as well as the main bathroom door.

Very clean, modern and super comfortable. Belinda and Geoff provided us with a wonderful place to stay which ensured our time in Launceston was enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough, we had a ball. Thank you! Nothing. It was a great place to stay.

• Irene (5/5): Apartment is ok but owners could have made it more comfortable for the guests - It was spacious and had central heating The owners locked the wardrobes/walk in all the bedrooms except for one section which was filled with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, linen so it couldn’t be used anyway. We had to literally live out of our suitcases during the entire 3 day stay and nowhere to hang our coats/clothes. Cleanliness was suspect - we found a dirty, food crusted spoon in the cutlery tray and stained mugs. We had to wash the crockery and utensils before using them Views from apartment are of rooftop and building equipment. There’s a 15-20 min walk to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants
• Racquel (7/5): Spacious apartment close to everything - Convenient and had everything we needed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Appreciated the box of favourites on arrival. Didn't like that the fridge had some half used items in it. Gym was ridculously tiny.

I had a question whereas I contacted the owner and she replied instantly and checked on us later to make sure we were settled and comfortable. There was nothing I didn't like. Not a big thing but more of a suggestion. There was only 1 small milk maybe a couple more or even a 1 litre would have been better as I wasn't sure where a local shop was to get some. But not a big deal at all

• Aleksander (8/5): Very good - Size of the apartment, secure car park, clean, location More storage space needed for clothes, the apartment can accommodate 6 adults but there is only 1 wardrobe in smaller bedroom with clutter inside. Also the car park may not be accessible to high clearance 4WDS, that should be noted on the description, mine barely fit into the carpark.

The pillows and bedding weren’t very comfortable - I had a neck ache for days - and the towels were scratchy and not fluffy, but the rest of the facilities were great. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow!
